I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. Called them and explained what happened and the guy said he could come down and get the alignment and then charged him for it when it was suppose to be included in the above amount. Not only did they tell…read moreme things in my car needed repair which was in tiptop shape, they replace a waterpump for me and they used the the antifreeze I had in the back seat and charge me for it along with charging me for using it . I took my car to another shop which had been in business longer and are more reputable. ( receipts below ) If they tried to do these things to me, it makes you wonder who else are they shamming? I reported the situation to the New Hampshire State Police and had a meeting with the head of AEI who is Will Dunn and showed him the paper work and his suggestion was to not take the vehicle back to Stratham tire. Oh and it would be nice to have my winter gloves back, although they were in the vehicle when I dropped it off and they are nowhere to be found now.
