They have complimentary parking in the front, side, and back of the restaurant. There aren't a ton of spots, but there's street parking close by too. Ambiance (3.5/5): Like most Chinese restaurants, China Chili is pretty no frills. Which isn't a problem for me at all, I'm there for the food. It's a spacious restaurant with both regular tables and circular tables that rotates (good for large groups sharing dishes). Service (4/5): Fantastic service is also not something I expect at a Chinese restaurant. Yet again, I'm there for the food. With that being said, service, while not overly friendly, is typically pretty efficient. Which I always appreciate. Drinks (4/5): Pretty much your standard soft drinks, tea, and a limited selection of alcoholic beverages. My favorite option is their buddha beer which you don't see in a lot of places. It's a lager and it's in a buddha-shaped bottle. It doesn't get much better than that. Food (5/5): The first time I came was for one of my favorite dishes... Peking duck. There aren't a ton of spots in Phoenix that have it, but out of the ones that do, China Chili serves it at a high level. You can go with either crepes or baos (additional surcharge). The duck is absolutely to die for. Flavorful, juicy meat with crispy skin that fits in perfectly into your mini "sandwich" with green onions and Hoisin sauce. For a reasonable price too. Their food outside of duck is of a similar quality. I especially like their flat noodles with beef. Even classic dishes like sesame chicken have a twist here. It's sliced chicken rather than fully breaded chicken. Just as good as the typical way, the sauce is delicious. My only complaint? They give you a pretty small helping of white rice with your dish. Outside of that, the portions are generous. Everything I've had at China Chili has been a hit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

To make matters worse, each entrée is supposed to come with rice, yet only a very small portion was provided. At this point, it feels like this restaurant is cutting corners and poorly managed. I'm generally not someone who leaves negative reviews, but the lack of care, consistency, and food quality is impossible to ignore. This was my last time giving this establishment my hard-earned money. I'd rather spend it somewhere that values its customers and takes pride in the food they serve.

Given the lack of truly good chinese food in phoenix instead of giving this place 4 stars like it would receive from me anywhere else im going with 5 for lack of a better place. The decor in this place is pretty neat for a chinese place i dig the color scheme and a couple of the paintings on the wall are pretty neat. We arrived party of 3 and were seated immediately. The waiter was quite friendly and quickly took our drink orders. I think i might be a developing alkie as i ordered a rum and coke with dinner which was mostly rum with a splash of coke woohoo. We decided to eat family style and I ordered the BBQ sliced pork, the house special chicken, sweet and sour pork, and pork fried rice. The BBQ sliced pork was delicious could have used just a little more BBQ sauce but the flavor was terrific. The house special chicken is a slightly spicy, double-fried, and tender delight with a nice crispy breading that just holds a punch of flavor. The sweet and sour pork was by far my favorite with a really crispy breading, good sized hunks of meat and a nice thick sweet and sour sauce this might be the best sweet and sour pork ive ever had. The pork fried rice was a close second for my favorite dish with big tender pieces of pork and a flavor to the rice that could have only come from skilled wok searing. We munched down every last bit of food and were so pleasantly stuffed. The service and food here are both great the owner stopped by our table to say hello, none of our drinks ever hit empty, and the tasty food oh man the tasty food. Thumbs up! I've been spoiled living in the S.F. bay area for so long. There were always good authentic Chinese restaurants around. The food here isn't bad. Just not what I'm used to. I usually go to Chinese restaurants with my Asian coworkers and friends. They knew what to order that was good. When I'm alone, I tend to order classics like Hot and Sour soup, Mongolian beef, and General Tso's chicken. Americanized Chinese dishes! I had some of those items here and thought they were okay. My favorite dishes are: mooshu pork, pork fried rice, Mongolian beef, house special chicken, shrimp w/lobster sauce, egg rolls, lo mein noodles, orange chicken, egg drop soup and sizzling rice soup. Better than any other place I've been. And my family have been eating there for more than 40 years! The establishment was very clean about 9 tables. I get the feeling this a carry out place. We ordered the regular Pho and I had the seafood Pho. We both ordered it with beef broth. The servings were huge, the ingredients fresh and tasty. My seafood was also very good. However the beef broth was not very flavorful. This is the only reason they got 3 stars. I would still recommend this place just for the ingredients and service. We also had the shrimp spring rolls. They were outstanding.
