If you are looking for a nice restaurant with high caliber service and delicious food, Ke'e Grill is the place to go. It is my go to restaurant when in Florida. I usually get the island salmon which has lumpcrab meat. They always make it just the way I like it because I like my salmon on the rarer side. It comes with 2 sides. I get the spinach marie and baked potato. We also start our meal with a ceasar salad, which is big enough to share. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. If you judge a book by its cover, keep driving. The inside, however, is a gem. Inviting, warm not stuffy, kitchen and diners make a dining room sound that only adds to the ambiance. At a round that could have fit more, my family and I could hear one another without yelling. The staff was accommodating and not annoyed by the two small children at our table. The food...yup AMAZING. They took into consideration a couple of diet things we had and everything looked and tasted fresh, clean and flavorful. We had grouper...it was available a couple of different ways and all of them exceeded expectations. I've had a lot of group by my age of 52...this was the best. I have to say this place had a great atmosphere. The new staff Jo was great. Our server Rachel was pretty cool most of the time. The 4 small chili shrimp appetizer was over cooked and not worth 5$. The fried calamari was absolutely Devine and should be recommended to everyone. The manger Robert was inattentive even after I make conversation with a negative comment. Friday the 19th I dined at this restaurant. It has been one of my favorite places as I feel pretty safe that they are cautious with not serving me any dishes with gluten . I have celiac disease and I know that this is not a gluten free kitchen . I have never had an issue until Friday . As soon as I left the restaurant I started to feel nauseous and within a few hours I was violently ill. I called the restaurant on Saturday and explained the situation. This is one of our go to restaurants and we love it! Seems we can always get a reservation, large or small group. They are very efficient in service and moving you through and enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere is very Hawaiian, considering it's in Florida, and we love all the windows that allow the outdoor landscaping become the decor. Now for the food. They have something for everyone. Steaks, seafood, chicken delicious salads and a nice appetizer list. Two side dishes come with the main meals and they are delicious and generous in portion size. Love the spinach soufflé, mashed sweet potatoes and green beans are cooked perfectly crisp every time. One of our house favorites is the snapper with mushrooms. Yum! Can't go wrong with the grouper or if you don't like seafood, they do a great job on steaks. Portion sizes on everything are generous so don't be afraid to try an appetizer, salad and share a main course. Key lime pie for desert and you'll be a happy, and full, camper. Went here tonight for the 1st time based on the recommendations of friends. Wow, am I glad we did. The service was perfectly on-pointe. Drinks came out quickly. Our meal started with delicious garlic bread and was followed by grilled snapper, generous amounts of perfectly sautéed portobello mushrooms and an indulgent ramekin of spinach maria. We could see the manager actively managing his staff to ensure they were attentive and responsive. Food quality was outstanding: snapper was fresh, moist, and perfectly seasoned. Although this is the first time I am writing a review of this restaurant, we have dinned here often for years. Kee Grill is located just east of Federal Highway on what is Donald Ross Rd. Its attraction I believe is its tropical cozy décor along with its bamboo bar which appearance seems to have survived for years without an upgrade. During the high season, this restaurant is a buzzy eatery where reservations are necessary if you want normal time seating for dinner. We just decided that a 5pm dinner seating was healthier or we just took too long to make reservations. Dinner was as it has been in the past very good. All their entrée's come with your choice of two sides. I had chosen the Seared Tuna which was very good along with the Spinach Maria and baked potato. Although we all enjoyed our dinner experience, I found that the restaurant was pricey compared to others that I have dined in the high-end upscale district of Palm Beach Island. For those that follow my reviews, one would notice that high-end pricey restaurants is my name. The bartender introduced himself and extended his hand to shake and then the customer feels obligated to shake it. As a woman, I'm not a fan of that. Seems too forced and familiar. He also tried twice to upsell me on the liquor, but that's his job. Mixed drink- I ordered a margarita and specifically asked about any mix that was used and the only answer that I got was it their own lime mixture. The glass was tall, unlike most margaritas and I knew then, that it must have a lot of mix. It tasted like chemicals and I drank less that half. After leaving and a hour later, I had a terrible headache that lasted most of the night.. Omg I'm so full! Ke'e grill was my favorite restaurant when I lived in Jupiter at 30. (2000-2002) so I wondered if my taste buds had sophisticated since then. They have most definitely not! The food here is amazing! AMAZING! Family had volcano shrimp/sashimi ahi/calimari/and springrolls for appetizers (piggos) they were all Bomb! For dinner 2 ribeye steaks, I had grouper grilled (dry but for some at the table they loved it) and the full size seared Ahi plate. Delicious! Key lime pie for desert was amazing. Food was good and I can not complain about the service the waitress was very attentive and concerned about our dinner satisfaction, the shrimp cocktail was delicious and refreshing, the calamari on the other hand were not as good they seemed like frozen fried calamari as per fresh food. The steak was delicious and the mash potatoes very yummy. I expected to be expensive because I read other reviews but not to be a $300 bill for two people and no alcoholic beverages. I think is overprice. Good food but I've eaten good food like that at a more reasonable price. Location was convenient to us and it's more of an older crowd place but comfortable. I did not like the umbrella in the middle of the restaurant I think that's a bit too much. I would definitely go there again if I get a big Christmas bonus to be able to afford it. Good food. Bill before tip was 365.00.
