Just had my car serviced here today and I have to say that this was one of the best mechanic experiences I ever had. I had a vacuum leak that I could not locate and Mike found it immediately. Many mechanics would see this as an opportunity to rip off the customer as they could tell you any number of things that could be causing the leak. I will start from saying I love this place. So to make it clear I'm a woman and women tend to have harder time fixing cars than man in general. Well maybe coz all mechanics assume you have no clue what's going on so they can pick and choose what to fix on your car to make more money. Im no different. Checking my engine oil level or windshield fluid refill that's pretty much it.... Ugghhh.... To make shorter my steering wheel start making funny noises so I took the car to random auto shop to get it looked at ( I also have bumper to bumper extended warranty on it so I thought I can get lucky) mechanics estimated a job for $1350 ( they said i have to replace all steering gear) well warranty refuses to cover it coz of bla bla bla offcourse. That's when I took it to Mike. Not only he was listening to my loooong story he said I don't have to do nothing except for changing the pressure host which is like $230 ...... Seriously... Nt a big deal just a $1100 difference!!!!!! I was thrilled with the news. But before appointment day he called me and said that Acura people told him there was a recall on exactly same part. After giving them my VIN number he found out there is one more part that on recall on my car. Really... Does it get any better than that? So in conclusion of my loooong story ( I know I talk too much) I have to say you might not find more honest guy out there. Because he could have easily keep that recall information to himself and just fix it for me. So yeah woooohooo as good as it gets!!! read more

My friend suggested Kiel automotive, please keep in mind my friend has a foreign luxury sports car and would not allow anyone else other than Mike from Kiel to work on it. After his suggestion I took my vehicle to be serviced, Mike explained what I needed to get done based upon my scheduling needs with the vehicle. Keil Auto is the best auto repair shop! The owner, Mike, only does the repair work that is needed, and the pricing is incredibly good. The repairs are done when promised- has always been on a same day basis for me when I drop the car off when the shop opens. If there are options to consider on a repair, Mike shares the options and his professional opinion. I completely trust Mike and know that he has my safety- and budget- in mind.
