I came here because my typical nail place was busy... my first observation was that the place was dirty. I almost wanted to leave because of it but decided to stick it out. I got a gel manicure on a Thursday and it chipped by Monday. My nails did not feel nearly as strong as they normally do from my other salon. As an example, my last gel manicure lasted three weeks. The nails looked good the first day but I would not recommend this business due to the fact that they chipped in my nail broke within days... They also need to do a serious clean. I love cat eye nails and they have the best selection :) even adding on new ones since I last came years ago! They are very kind people, who work efficiently yet produce the best results. Anthony does it again! I'm a regular client of his and he always takes great care of me. This was inspired by the Moscow mule fall 2024 trend. It's color #250 with a chrome glaze. Sad to say that this is my first negative Yelp review. I got a regular mani pedi here because it was $3-5 cheaper than other places I saw online. The salon looked a bit dirty and messy. I got a little confused with what my pedicure artist was telling me about something simple (my bad) and she got short with me and gave me some attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable because it was something very little. My pedicure artist did a decent job which was good however there wasn't any fan or form of drying for my toes afterwards which I was personally okay with, but it just wasn't what I was expecting. I go to my manicure artist after that. She stopped to go on her phone for 2-3 minutes midway during my manicure so I was just sitting there awkwardly with my hands out. After that, she went put her airpods in and was talking on the phone. I'm not a big talker in the first place so it was meh/alright with me for the most part however because she was on the phone, she wasn't able to tell me what she wanted me to do with my hands. Instead, she would just gesture vaguely in one direction so I had to guess. When I made a mistake (once!!), she gave me a dirty look (while still on the phone) and rolled her eyes. Kinda petty, but during the massage part (which I look forward to the most), she only massaged by hand for like 5 seconds each. I was heart broken!! At the end when my manicure was done, she told me I could put on my sandals. She didn't offer to help, she just told me I could put them on. I have NEVER been to a nail salon that didn't offer to help put on my sandals, especially after only air drying them. Also, when I got home, I realized some of my nails were cut very unevenly. They started cracking the next day as well. I was v disappointed with my experience. They weren't very nice and the service was lacking. I'll just spring for the extra $3-5 next time and not be a cheap weenie. Hopefully they just had an off day with me, but I'll still be going somewhere else. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called ahead and they said they had availability. There were 2 people working and the salon was FILTHY! It appeared that there is no routine cleaning and everything was visibly dirty. Nail dust was everywhere, the nail polish looked old, discoloration and splatters on the walls, old equipment, disorganized, and disgusting. I waited over 30 minutes to just get gel polish soaked off. I opted out of the gel manicure due to feeling of uncleanliness. The woman was visibly rude to customers and the staff were not friendly. This is hands down (Hayoo, pun intended) what I'm looking for in a manicure joint. No frills, no overpriced services because they've built in the cost of a weak ass mimosa or glass of wine from a bottle that's been open for 3 days. $30 and the BEST gel full set I've ever had. Super nice staff, a crap load of colors to choose from, and a super sweet family owned place. My nail artist took her time with the burning pile of garbage that are my cuticles, she didn't scold me for how shitty my nail beds are, and she did not make me feel bad about how I sincerely don't have time to take care I my nails the way she does. She was very thorough, and my friend that joined me also walked away with a stellar manicure. Going back for a pedicure ASAP. It should also be noted that I totally went to Popeye's Chicken directly after my manicure and it stood the test of a 4-piece combo. Hell yeah. read more

Got my nails done for my wedding with the dip on my hands and regular polish on my feet and only lasted me a week. Came back today, trying to give it a second chance, and the top coat to my dip came out bumpy and guy did not even bother to tell me to wash my hands after not put lotion on. Stopped in here when it was absolutely pouring rain out and I literally couldn't see well enough out of my windshield to drive to my Western nail spot. This place was pretty good. Not as "swanky" as some nail places I've been to but it was clean and they had a good selection of colors. I've been very good about choosing colors other than my standard "burgundy red" -- and they had lots to choose from. Got a mani and a pedi for $30 -- a steal. Not one chip either and it's been 4 days. The women were very friendly and not toooooooo chatty which I like because I like to just sit and read or answer work emails on my blackberry during the pedi part. I would go back for sure. :) Also, you can do tips on credit cards! woo! Definite plus. read more
