Mike our server, was very friendly, attentive and efficient. He has a great personality and is a single dad and a hard worker. My husband and I have a particular affinity for hard-working servers as we used to be them. We used to be the ones giving up all of our holidays to wait on others, but now we're finally benefitting from the fruits of our efforts and enjoying restaurants on holidays as customers & not servers. We both opted to get the Filet Oscar! First though was The Ststion salad with mandarins, strawberries, slivered almonds on spring mix with mango dressing. We enjoyed it so much. The chunks of sweet highest quality crab meat over perfectly cooked 8 ounce filet, Medium, was as good as it gets. The hollandaise sauce was the best I've ever had- rich, tasty and I could taste the lemon in it too- I loved it! We also got dessert! The towering chocolate cake and cream puff! I cannot wait to enjoy my leftovers! The Station has always done wonderful holidays. Valentines is no exception with tables bedecked with lovely flowers and glittery heart in a mini vase. I opted for the crab cakes and Hubs got the Caprese Chicken. The sides were not an afterthought. I got the steamed broccoli and the Mac and Cheese. Hubs got the stewed tomatoes and the house salad. He needed a larger bowl for the salad! There was enough to lunch on. We got the cheesesteak quesadilla and the soup of the day Pasta Fagioli. To top it all off we opted for the cheesecake of the week. As you can tell by now we thoroughly enjoyed our date night dining!! Thank you Ashley! You will be hearing from us again. I could not find Teaberry anywhere else so it was always a treat to stop. Sadly yesteryear is gone and so is the quality. The Teaberry ice cream today was bland... The vanilla malted milkshake was watery but cold, I could not detect any vanilla or malt. I remained in the takeout area waiting for my order, and I observed that the ice cream case was in a state of recently neglect. Many of the ice cream flavor signs had fallen into the ice cream tubs. The inside of the ice cream display was somewhat sloppy as was the countertop. The place did not seem dirty but recently neglected. Although I saw other employees in the store, there was only one young lady who was working in the cash register, making the milkshakes, serving ice cream, and where I observed her waiting tables I observed that the other employees remain in the back scrolling on their cell phone phones.
