Lobster tempura
Mark H.

Service was a little slow but they were busy due to the Jo Koy show that night so I'll forgive that because everything else made up for it. Service was perfectly fine after the initial wait. I should mention we were seated at the bar trying to order dinner so I completely understand why there was a delay in service. ANNNNNYWAY, just wanted a light dinner so we shared plates. A Caesar's salad with shrimp added and lobster tempura. Both items were delectable and there was enough food to satisfy two people. I could've eaten a little more because it was just SO good but it was enough that I felt full but not overstuffed. I assumed the shrimp on the salad would just be a little pile of bay shrimp sprinkled on top but NOPE! They were extra large and prepared perfectly. And I can't say enough about the lobster tempura. Big, generous portions of lobster, tempura fried and served with some kind of chili aioli condiment. The drinks were drinkin' too! If you're ever at Pechanga, go. You won't be disappointed.

LATE NIGHT snack. Plenty of seating which is a PLUS. Food was delicious . The supreme pizza was a little soggy perhaps due to all the fixings on it but it was still tasty. I absolutely love their fries. I thought the fish was greasy but looks can be deceiving and yet again it was yummy! Our server was very friendly but service was a little slow. It took a while for our food to come out but it was worth the wait/

RIBEYE STEAK

It was our FIRST TIME at KELSEY'S and we had very low expectations. We also had a $20 dine in credit from Pechanga so we wanted to use that at Kelsey's. Let's just say that we were very impressed with our experience... PRIME RIBEYE STEAK: 10/10 STAR OF THE SHOW! The steak fries were very good and comparable to the steak fries at the WYNN CASINO in VEGAS! I also enjoyed the steak as much as I enjoyed the steak at the GREAT OAK STEAK HOUSE!... SIDE OF ASPARAGUS: 9/10 very enjoyable and love the char on it. One point off because I wanted a bigger portion... SERVICE: A+ EXCELLENT!!! KYLIA was excellent!!! I'm very impressed with the food and the service... AMBIANCE: 10/10 The atmosphere was very nice and on the quiet side sitting near the cashier and not inside the bar area. There's a lot of nice big screen TV for enjoying the game as well... ROCK ON KELSEY'S!!! I'm going to keep coming back for your STEAK ;) You sure know how to cook a STEAK!

Service was quick and good. The atmosphere was decent and they had large screen TVs throughout the place and there were a lot of booths and tables and bar seating also. It was situated in the east area if the casino and the menu was so so, not much of a selection, but enough to get you started. They serve alcohol as well. We got the Kelsey salad, corn on the cob and baked beans. The salad was okay and the corn and beans were good. I would return if I was in the area.

I absolutely loved Kelsey's. The service was top notch. I believe our server's name was Tito and he was amazing. I would definitely recommend the brussels sprouts and pork belly to start with and the mac & cheese as a side. Also, the Rocky Road dessert was to die for.!! this place turns into a little club after hours. It was so funny to walk by a couple hours later and see people dancing to it. DJ in the evening definitely give it a try.

Kelsey's is a sports bar inside of Pechanga Casino Resort. There are a lot of TVs at the bar as well as TVs on the walls inside the dining area. They have quite a selection of beers on tap, and quite a few bottles of liquor on display. If you are looking for more of a non-sports bar experience, they do have seating along the outside. This may or may not be quieter, depending on how busy it is inside and in the casino nearby. We have dined outside the bar a few times in the past and had a good experience. On this visit, we sat at the bar to have an appetizer and a cocktail. We visited around 8:30pm on a weeknight, and it was fairly slow and relatively quiet inside. For our appetizer, we ordered the fried pickles ($15). We usually prefer pickle chips, but theirs are fried pickle spears which had a good amount of batter. We let them cool off for quite a while, but we both burned our mouths biting into them initially. We let them cool off some more, and then finally enjoyed them. The serving size is ok, and it comes with regular and chipotle ranch dressing for dipping. I ordered the Desert Peach cocktail (Teremana blanco tequila, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, peach, lime, $16). It had a good mix of peach flavor and heat, and was not boozy. I liked the thick Tajin rim. She ordered the Jungle Bird (Myer's dark rum, Campari, pineapple, agave, lime, $16). The bartender warned us that this was a bitter cocktail, but that was an understatement as it was extremely bitter. Maybe they go a little heavier on the Campari than usual, but I wouldn't recommend ordering this if you don't like bitter drinks. Service was ok. As slow as it was, we only saw our bartender a few times after ordering. We saw the bar helper a lot more frequently, and he kept our water filled up. Kelsey's is a good spot to grab casual food and drinks, especially if you want to watch sports.

We were sat down quickly but boy the service was so slow, they sat 7 of us in the back of the bar. And our drinks were at the bar but we waited and waited for them crawl to our table It didn't happen for a long time!! We all were tempted to get up and get them our self's But finally another server came out and brought them to the table but my Ice tea wasn't there so I waited a bit for my beverage Then I received my ice tea I ask we ready to order Now he was so nice and we order 2 pizza's for the table and some appts. Sorry I didn't take more picture's. I was hungry a long day and no really breakfast

I had the best experience here! Highly recommend the cowboy ribeye for two with the cowboy butter. It was delicious. Also get the apple strudel for dessert it's so good. We had the best server Dylan, he was super awesome! I will definitely be back my next trip to Pechanga!

Food was delicious busy service was not great. Very slow and the food took a long time. The restaurant wasn't too busy so not sure why it took so long to get our order out. When we ask for appetizer plates they never came so we had to take plates from another table along with other place settings. We also asked for ranch dressing and extra plate, so when the server brought us ranch dressing she and told us the extra plate was what the ranch dressing was on. What?!?!? Not okay, that plate is being used to serve the dressing! Unbelievable.....

We went during the weekend of a previous UFC fight. We discovered that this restaurant was not allowed to play the UFC Fight. Good food. The old fashioned was very good. Nice spot to hangout and talk with friends.

Whhaaaatttt, 5 stars you say?! Shut yo mouth. Well, Yes Kelseys Restaurant located In Pechanga Hotel & Casino. Now, if you haven't checked out Pechanga located in Temecula, you're truly missing out on a Southern California gem. I remember coming here over 25 years ago and it was no bigger than large gas station, pun intended. Now when you drive up and walk through it rivals mega resort Hotel & Casinos across the world, I.e. Las Vegas. Pechanga does cater rather well to any type of guest, and wallet size. Hence my wallet has been fat, and I've had a great time. My wallet has been lite, and I still had a great time. They offer everything you can think of, and next time I'll review the Hotel Rooms from the Resort Tower, to the Casino Tower. But this review is about the Restaurant, Kelsey's. Out of about 6 good choices to choose for dining, besides the food court, Kelsey's is a top pick for its easy menu, mainly American flare. The menu offers enough, but it's not a Cheesecake Factory. I have eaten here many a time, and enjoy a lot of what they offer, the ambience is nice , it's tucked into the corner of the casino, and they do offer a full bar inside. Service is always good, and they're usually never packed busy, just right. I was seated right away, and my server came over in about 1 minute. I ordered for the first time the Lobster Roll. It's a chilled Lobster roll, which is different for me but I gave it a shot. It was fantastic, I asked for a little melted butter on the side and it worked out great. Comes with big steak fries, very good dish before hitting the road after checking out. Can't wait to return, this always seems to be a go to at least once while I'm there. So yes. Does it lack something for everyone, maybe, is the price point a bit high for some, maybe. But overall they do what they do and they do it right. I enjoy Kelsey's. So , if you're ever in Temecula and haven't been to Pechanga, go spend an afternoon and check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Been here a couple times. Hour wait for dining, but we sat at the bar. Service was good. Beer was cold. Food was delicious. I like their atmosphere and ambiance. They have several TV's playing sports. I will come back here.

We wanted something yummy to try in the casino on Christmas Day and the host at check in recommended this spot. The food was amazing and great portions. Cesar salad, classic can't go wrong with that. Wagyu hamburger comes with steak fries. According to the server we couldn't sub for any other sides offered on the menu. Just fries. (Isn't that weird) Brisket sandwich was really good and every bite was enjoyable. Again, also can get just fries. My son got the kids tenders and cheese pizza. 4 tenders. Lots of fries. Pizza was a decent big size. Had I known I would've opted out. It was so much food but we managed to devour it all. 2 stars why? Well our server Yesenia was absolutely horrible. She saw me and my cousin and son and gave us below the bare minimum service. Maybe because we looked young? Only came to our table once, that was to ask if I needed more Diet Coke towards the end of my meal as my glass was already empty. I asked for the check and due to her lag of coming to our table I immediately just gave her my card. She then asked if I needed to see the tab? I responded no it's ok. She continued to open the book and show me the cost. I smiled and said that's ok. Didn't get a merry Christmas from her or anything. I get it working on any holiday sucks! But still we went to pay for a service and we did not get that here. Hosts also went to seat us but then realized the table was taken already so she sat us in the next closest table that was open. Next time I will just place an order to go and eat in the room. Very disappointed having this be a restaurant in the casino rated #1. I wish no one experiences what my family did.

Funny the reason we chose this spot was because the food looked so good on yelp. Once we got our food I knew he wasn't lying. I got the Cuban and my friend got the Cesar wrap, both were great. We sat outside to enjoy the weather on the spacious patio. We never had to get up for a thing. We were well taken care of, our beers refilled and plates cleaned up. I would love to come back and try more of the food.

Once our order was finally placed, the food arrived fairly quickly. Everything looked excellent, with great presentation and generous portions for the price. The loaded nachos were outstanding--perfectly balanced with cheese, shredded beef, and all the other toppings. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. The EB Burger also looked great. For a $20 burger, looked promising and came with a generous serving of crispy fries and a large pickle spear. Although it arrived closer to well-done than the rare temperature I ordered, it was still tasty. The Not So Good: The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet it took quite a while to get served. We were only able to place our initial drink order after repeatedly trying to get the bartender's attention. Unfortunately, this became the theme of the evening. Even though guests around us appeared to be receiving regular service, we often felt invisible. When we finally got the bartender's attention to order beers, she hurried away before we could place our food order. It took additional time and more attempts to flag her down before we could order dinner. When the burger arrived overcooked, I couldn't even mention it because our server never checked on us or asked how the food was. Throughout the evening, I had to flag down other staff members just to request another beer or refill our water. Our server/bartender finally acknowledged the issue only after we spoke with another staff member about both the overcooked burger and the lack of service. To her credit, she offered to comp the burger. I initially declined but later accepted because it was nowhere near the temperature I had ordered. Despite the disappointing service, I still left a standard tip. I also told her it was a shame because we live right around the corner and had been excited to try this place. We were hoping it could become our regular Friday-night spot and somewhere we could bring friends and neighbors who enjoy good food and drinks. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't think we'll be coming back.
