The BMW staff had everything planed perfectly and the day from the events, to the water/snacks all day and lunch went smoothly. We had plenty of time in the cars at each event although I could always use more- LOL Why not right? We were broken into 3 groups and we rotated throughout the day. Drag Racing- in M2 Competitions, and M5 Competitions, Auto Cross - in 240i, and follow the leader- in M-Performance 440ix and 330i. As the day went on it became clear that this the BMW staff and the MMC are focused giving you the most exhilarating experience in a safe environment. You really got to see what these cars are capable of in a controlled environment. I was impressed at the grip and handling of the BMW cars at my limits and the nimbleness of all the cars especially the large 4300lb M5 Competition. I'm a grown man and cannot remember a time I had more fun, ever. The hot laps at the end of the day with the instructor driving showed you that as good as you think you are, you are nowhere close to giving any of these guys a run for their money. They make it look so easy, and very same cars under their hands and feet are so much faster around the track, so much more balanced and settled feeling and smooth as compared to the best of the weekend warriors that attended this event. This is a place I can see you really honing your driving skills and becoming better and better each week. The beautifully landscaped grounds, state of the art physical plant, the most amazing BMW M cars, the best track in the NE I've driven and the caliber of the instructors really make the difference. The instructors I drove with were John, Tyler, Eric and the Rally Car Instructor who took me on a wild hot lap in the Powder Blue M3. With all the speed, G's and surgical execution of the track on that hot lap, I must have repressed his name but if I recall I will come back and include. His calling of the track in the lead and follow was amazing. Calling out where your wheels should be in relation to run out strips, red cones, white cones, run over humps, and he called brake zones by flag number. I'm still not sure how he saw us all in his mirror giving us pointers the whole way while driving himself. It was a fun learning adventure and made us all better drivers for the experience with him. I cannot wait until I can figure out a way to get back to MMC !

I understand weather is unpredictable, but what made this situation far worse was the appalling customer service I received when I reached out to discuss a refund or even a simple reschedule. I do not live in the area and was trying to be reasonable in asking for some type of accommodation since I wasn't able to experience what I paid for. Ian, however, treated me with the most disrespectful, rude, and dismissive attitude imaginable. From the second I brought up the issue, he acted as if I was inconveniencing him by even asking a question. He refused to work with me in any way. no understanding, no willingness to discuss options, nothing. His tone was completely unprofessional and frankly condescending. It was made very clear that getting a refund was "not going to happen," as he put it, with absolutely zero empathy or customer care. I've never been treated so poorly when simply trying to get a fair resolution. To take people's money for an event that was rained out and then treat them with such blatant disrespect when they seek help is completely unacceptable. I will absolutely never recommend this experience to anyone and would strongly advise others to avoid it. Customer service should never make a bad situation worse but Ian certainly did.

We had a very bad experience with the company. In error we booked the experience on 8/21/2025 for…read more9/19/2025, the issue was that it went in as 8/22/2025 which we were not in the state for, it should have been for 9/19/2025. We paid $2,500 in total for 2 people along with the extras. When we returned from vacation. we realized the error on the date. We called them yesterday and again today to discuss the error in booking. They will only rebook us for 9/19/2025 if we pay an additional $1,100 (booking fee), which is their policy. There is no comprise. We spoke to Ian (owner of the company) today and he said that is the only thing they can do. If we don't rebook, then we lose the entire money. They wouldn't even consider doing the 50% of the $1100 rebooking fee. We understand their policy, but they need to allow for exceptions. They don't allow for human error or any other issue such as an emergency situation. I did ask if I had passed and my girlfriend asked for the money back due to a death, they said they wouldn't give any of the money back. It's extremely disappointing, because we did the experience last year and it was an awesome experience. Their policy needs to be revised or at least they could do is work with us. Keep in mind that you MUST show up or you lose all your money or pay more to rebook. That's absolutely crazy!!!!

This place is such a gem. From the Hartford area, the drive out to Lime Rock is beautiful in and of…read moreitself. The park is in an idyllic location, with gorgeous, hilly scenery as the back drop to the track. The race we attended was such a fun way to spend an afternoon with family. You seemed to be able to bring your own picnics, which makes sense because there is camping there also. There were also plenty of food trucks and vendors, beer tents, etc. and of course lots of cool race cars to look at. Pit row was open for fans to walk around and get close up, which was very cool. My 6 year old son was able to get a racer's autograph on his hat, and he thought that was pretty cool. The event staff seemed pretty lax, friendly, and helpful. We were with my parents, who especially appreciated the golf cart ride to the track from the parking area and back. Great experience and looking forward to returning.

Our favorite activity was ballocity. It was so cool! Lots of plastic balls flying around and cannons for the kids to shoot them out of.
