Me and my family have been coming here for years (actually decades) - first when Ken was there and now with Kevin. Always dependable, friendly, great service, and trustworthy - I highly recommend them. Unless I can't physically get my car to Ken's, I always get my tires/alignment from them and get my tires fixed from them as well. Somehow my tires seem to like driving over nails and other sharp objects, over potholes, and into curbs. So yep, I'm a frequent visitor of this establishment. My dad loves this place because they always give him a good deal. But, 3 stars because they tried to scam me for more money. Psshh, just 'cause I'm a girl doesn't mean I'm not coming in knowing the price I should be getting. Word of advice: you can always haggle for $15 cheaper than what they tell you. Service is quick and friendly. They thoroughly explain what your car needs and why it needs it. I've never gotten tire service here, so I can't say what that's like. But, I can tell you that the man who helped me out with my car was honest. I, like the dumb-a that I am, hit a curb while meeting with a client. It caused a little chip in my rim, and a gash on my tire. As I wallowed in self-pity for hitting my brand new car that doesn't even have plates, I yelped this spot. When I went to the location, they checked out my tires. I don't know ish about tires, so they could have lied up the wazoo about it. Instead, the man was honest and said "you only facially ruined your tires. The actual tire is fine." Then, he filled up my tires for me for free! I love free things! I took my brother's car in to get his wheel patched up since it got a nail in the front passenger wheel, I had taken it to other shops and they told me that they couldn't do it because of the location of the damage on the tire. The staff here is fantastic even a very hot summer day (most of the shop is outdoor and this was a day where the weather is around 106) was very attentive. I came here to switch out two of my front tires and I had originally called for a quote. They told me the price over the phone and i agreed. Upon arriving here they inform me that the size i gave them was not the same size as the ones I had put on. They explained to me what I could do and the price still managed to be reasonable. I arrived here around 12:00pm with no appointment and still had a chance to get both my tires and alignment done. He educated and empowered me. I brought my 2004 GMC 6.6L Diesel to Ken's this morning cause I had a big screw in my tire. As soon as I drove into his place I was greeted friendly and asked how they could help me. I told them I had a screw in the right front tire and they started working on it right away. In about 15 minutes I was told the repair is complete and I went to find out the cost for repair. His prices are reasonable and has been known around racing groups for years. Oh and his alignments are amazing. Very reliable, fast, and great service here. I came in because my tire pressure kept consistently decreasing. They found a metal object in one of the tires and plugged it no charge. There are regular tire shops, and then there's Ken's tire. I've been to other places and no one gives the fast quality survive that Ken's does. They don't give you the runaround on pricing, they give you a set price and even Includes the tax. I have had a bad history with auto repair shops. And if I could give this place 7 stars I would! Ken's is AWESOME! I called several repair shops getting price quotes for front brakes and rotors. Most places told me $250, $300 or more. But Ken's replaced by brakes and rotors for $125!!!!! For a hard working single mom like me this place was a God send. All the guys are so cool and Ken has this charming personality. There was bitt of a wait to have the work done, but it was all good because there are a few eating places near by to hang out at or you can go to the shopping center down the street. The staff here is super personable, knowledgeable, and always demonstrate such high levels of competency. Admittedly, I'm a fish out of water when it comes to automotive related things. Ken's team has always explained things to me clearly, and have advised me to go with more reasonably priced tires as opposed to the more expensive tires they also had in stock. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity and pretty much encourage everyone I know to go here. I had to leave the tire overnight so the sealant can completely dry so they were so quick to put on my spare and I was on my way. Fantastic service! I pulled up 10 min. before closing & without hesitation the staff begins working on my tire. If you buy your tired from them, they will service them at no additional cost. About a month ago, I ran over a nail. Didn't realize I was running a flat. Not only did they patch up the nail, but they also re-mounted my tires from passenger to drivers side since the staff noticed that my tires are wearing unevenly. Do not come here for an alignment. Hello my name is Roberto I am a ASE certified mechanic, I work at ford of Ontario. And I'll tell you why you shouldn't go to kens for an alignment. Most of you leave positive feedback for kens tire because of his great service and how nice he is. I won't disagree on that. But being that automotive is my field, quality is what I look for. I'm local to the area and my car needed an alignment sure I could have had it done at work but Ontario is nearly 40 miles away. So instead I just took it to kens and let him (Kevin) deal with it. Well Kevin is not just the manager he's also the alignment guy. That means he's running around dealing with customers, answering phones, directing his employees, receiving tire deliveries all while he's trying to align your car. So ask yourself is he 100% focused on your car? I don't think so. What he needs to do is hire a dedicated alignment specialist. But my guess is he's being cheap. That not all, if for some reason you still take your car in for an alignment pay attention to how he tightens your bolts after making alignment adjustments. He puts a pipe over a racket to get the most leverage and cranks it down YIKES! This could totally snap bolts. In the automotive world theres torque values. He needs to buy a torque wrench, look up specs and tighten it to the proper torque value. But does he have time for that since he's busy running around? I don't think so. Last but not least if he cannot align your car properly he will push the tire (by hand) to the direction he needs it to go to manipulate a proper adjustment while he ask his worker to hit print on the alignment computer.
