For the last 7 years we have been attending different themed teas from Hocus Pocus (our favorite!) to Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, and many more. Each tea has a menu catered to that tea's theme. There is so much local history surrounding the tea room/home and Jeff is a descendent of one of the historical owners. We love that they allow into their home and to take part of these magical teas. They had given us our drinks with a number tent and told us they would bring it out to us but my son went up to ask about our order. After some time, they actually acknowledged people in line. No apologies for the length of time and our food was cold. We spent $40 on our food for bad service and a 30 minute wait for cold food. Not worth the money or my time. Have learned to just go to Culvers because I know they always give excellent service, and if I'm going to spend the same kind of money, why not. And I personally have never received cold food there. Avoid this place at all cost.
