The lady at the S. Beloit location (Char or maybe Carlene), is extremely rude. She is rude on the phone, it is obvious she is not happy, and you are beneath her ( wasting her time). She is not very accommodating when you ask her a question, acts like customers are a bother and more. I have gone in to purchase a filter, my husband has gone in, and I know of other customers who have been subjected to her very poor customer service. Do your self a favor, order your filters off Amazon, they are cheaper and you don't have to be treated terribly.

He fit us into his busy day to come help us out. We had an unknown problem with our furnace and he was able to give his opinion of what the problem may be. Greg came out and I brought him down the furnace. He offered to have me watch what he did so that I could maybe gain some know-how. Greg worked quick , and as someone who enjoys learning he was more than willing to educate me on what he was doing , and why he was doing it. Greg further educated us about heating and cooling in general and gave us some tips and advice. It was a cheap service call and he got our heat working again , what more can I say.
