Do NOT use this company. They supposedly fixed the leak in my air handler, and it is leaking again. Not only that they must've lost the screws to put the cover back on the front of the unit so they covered the unit and duct tape. When I sent them pictures and asked them if they were going to take care of it, I got ignored. So I still have not heard back from them. So I guess I have to hire another company to fix the problem that I paid them to fix. They will not return my calls or my text. read more

Horrible, would not recommend extremely rude and does horrible work, I had a issue with the ac unit he installed and he would not come out and look at it he told me to call someone else and when I called someone else to look at it they said they have never seen a ac installed this way and said there are many things that would need to be corrected! This guy is an horrendous person. I made the biggest mistake of my life. Rented one of Ketola's properties. Always having problems with the ac and leaks at every corner of the house. I was shocked when I found out he is a contractor specializing in ac and plumbing. He always send people worried about who's going to pay for the job because he got a reputation of not paying. Stay Away! The Owner, Anthony is a not just unprofessional, he is a jerk! We have owned several houses over the past 20 years and have NEVER been treated this way by any service provider. I had the same service experience as one of the other customers who reviewed him. We rent in South Florida and he yelled at me when I called him to see what time he would arrive because I was NEVER given a time. He yelled at me "The time always stays the same!" I told him I was not given a time which is why I left him a voicemail. He said, he ONLY DEALS with THE OWNERS because they PAY THE BILL, when I asked him to use my contact information for installation. He HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME after he said his guys were calling because no one was home at my house. (This was at 8am when I take my kids to school & and I could have made other arrangements for my children if I had notice) Next, HE WAS MEAN and UNPROFESSIONAL to my Husband when he called to ask him why he was rude. He called my husband the MIDDLE MAN and told him that he does not deal with THE MIDDLE MAN, so my husband had to explain to Anthony how a lease agreement works, and long story short Anthony Ketola is not allowed on our property. Also, on a previous visit Anthony did not know how to work our thermostat and our AC worked fine and much longer then he said it would. Additionally, ANTHONY tried to tell us before Christmas that the AC had to replaced before prices go up but I don't know if I would believe him or not. Ketola Air Inc. provided the antithesis of customer service as well as a total lack professionalism and reliability. We were left without AC for 6 days in the South Florida heat of August. To make matters worse we discovered this after returning to town, so the closed up house had reached a dangerously high temperature before we arrived. After four days the owner showed up in the late afternoon and when I enquired if his business has a back up for times when he is not working and he replied, "I have a life too lady!", never bothering to answer the question as to whether he maintained the status of emergency service for his contracts. When I stated that it was nearly impossible to have a life and function in this heat, he shouted across our front lawn to the landlord, "put her in her place!". He then started to come towards me as if to start some kind of altercation and I had to quickly close the door to prevent him from entering and further invading my personal space. Two days later, they finally managed a to complete the job. We were so uncomfortable and felt we were without recourse as the landlord was the client and not ourselves. We felt so uncomfortable with the prospect of them being in the house, we asked both the landlord and the owner to knock before entering our house. They proceeded to knock and immediately enter rather than wait for a response. They refused to answer any questions regarding the status of the service and when it appeared that the AC was restored, we asked if it was working (all windows were open) and the guy literally. grunted and walked out the door. Twenty minutes later we heard hammer above our heads in the crawl space Knowing how horribly communication had been handled, one would think they would at least give of the curtsey of knowing the job was done and they were leaving the property for good. This is a business that advertises they have excellent customer service, tailor to the needs of families, and provide reliable emergency service. I hope this review directs people who would object to this kind of treatment and service away from choosing Ketola and towards a business with integrity, quality service, BBB membership, and a sound reputation. read more
