I was recommend by a friend who has used them for years. Our first experience was great. The Tech…read morewas thorough and explained everything well. He informed us that the first round rarely gets all the bugs so to call within two weeks and the follow up spray was complimentary. He was right as there were still a few spiders and a scorpion or two that didn't die. Things were great for a couple month till the bugs reestabisued so I called again for service and the same tech was out a day later. That visit was great and I told him I'd keep an eye out for anything still moving in the next week and a half. A few things were still not dead so I scheduled what I thought was the free two week follow up only to find out later I was billed for the visit. I explained this to the office assistant via text and she simply said I'm sorry for the miscommunication but the follow up sprays are only for monthly customers. I paid the invoice and said fair well to this company that can't seem to be clear with its customers and seems to not value them enough to care. Edit: since posting the customer service department has reached out and apologized for the miscommunication and refunded the fee. Hoping this will help with future communication from what was an otherwise good experience.)

They sent a text! Asked for my address and email address. Said they could get all the information off of the counties website and send me a quote. Why do they assume it's ok to text? Not everyone has unlimited text. It's also very impersonal! My home is not everyone else's home! The county website is not always correct. I returned the text to ask: "Why didn't you leave a voicemail? Do you think everyone has unlimited texting? How do you know the county website has correct information?" No return call just another text. Very unprofessional!! "WOW!!! We've been texting with customers for years and have never had a complaint. People work and can't answer the phone but they can respond with a quick text. As far as the counties website most of the information is correct enough to give a quote that we will stand by even if it turns out we have to do a little more work. Most people don't want a high pressure salesman coming out to get them locked into a contract that they regret later on. I think you'd be better off dealing with one of those companies as we are already off to a bad start. Have a nice weekend!"

The card they had on file was a business card. I changed credit lines for my business and didn't know they had a bad card. My wife tried to call the number given to pay the outstanding bill and got a business in NY. She tried more than once and got no answer. She then tried to text JB to fix it. Instead of calling to talk to us and get a new card and proper payment, JB texted my wife insulting her, called her a liar, then told her "the world doesn't revolve around you". Obviously, she was upset since he didn't understand where the anger was coming from or why. She then asked me (husband) to call JB and figure it out. I called the number given assuming JB just had an employee that had a bad day and randomly fired off on some of his customers.......That was not the case. It was JB himself who initiated this "argument". I called him simply to pay the balance and as he was telling me his side of the story, I was convinced he was talking about another customer. He described this entire interaction this morning and I responded with "I think there has been a big misunderstanding and you've got the wrong customer." I then assumed it was simply a mistake and tried to pay him the unpaid balance. and move on. I gave him my new card number, he ran my old card instead, then said it came back "insufficient funds" which doesn't happen with a business card with no credit limit. Then he exploded He then started yelling at me, telling me to me him in person to "settle this face to face" and that I "talked tough" on the phone (for trying to pay him and give him exactly what he wants). He continued to yell and threaten violence for me TRYING TO PAY HIM, I simply hung up the phone. I don't think JB is well. Nothing about this interaction makes sense and I think he was taking his rage about something unrelated out on me. Stay away and DO NOT LET THIS UNSTABLE PERSON ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE AND FAMILY!

The weather stripping around my front door was missing and worn down from years of use. It was so bad that I could see sunlight coming in around the bottom and sides of the door and dirt and bugs could come in super easily. Matt measured my door then ordered and installed the new weather stripping to create a tight seal. He also ordered and replaced the metal door draft stopper as it was bent and not long enough to cover the whole door.
