I called a bunch of locksmith with 3 or more star rating and a lot of them don't make car keys for models after 2010. Then I searched on Google and called Dan at KeyLogic. He has a mobile service and came to my office to make the new key I wanted for a 2012 Ford Fusion after I made an appointment. I enjoyed talking with Dan while he made and programed the new car key. Highly recommend. My car key wasn't turning and I thought it was the ignition cylinder failing. I was prepared to pay almost $300 to replace it, but when Dan came and looked at the key he knew right away that something was off about how the key was cut and it wasn't my ignition cylinder at all. Here's the scenario... father passes away and we decided to put his home up for sale (too painful to live there... miss the parents tremendously). Had a "Coming Soon" sign placed .... just to stir interest and see what happens in this crazy Real Estate market boom that we are experiencing!! Locked myself out of the house this morning after an early morning run. KeyLogic was the first to answer my call at 7:40am and was at my house within 30 minutes (near downtown Cary), even though they quoted me 45. I didn't catch the name of the guy helping me, but he was friendly, professional, fast, and didn't damage my brand new lock. What more could you want? After paying over $300 to Southern States Subaru for a replacement key after losing mine while visiting Raleigh from out of town, not only did the key not work, but I was left stranded because they were closing. Forgot my house key at a friend's house on Saturday night. Unfortunately, I did not have many options other than breaking a window as my friend lives quite a long way away. Called KeyLogic, he showed up in less than 10 minutes, and was able to pick the lock in what seemed like 30 seconds! We thought we were out of the woods, however, we found out later that the deadbolt would lock from the inside, but for some reason, my key would not work from the outside. He came back free of charge, again within 10 minutes, and had the key working in no time. When I insisted I at least give him a few bucks for his trouble, he insisted that it was not necessary. Great service! If I have any other lock related issues, I will be sure to give them a call knowing confidently that they'll sort it out quickly! read more

Received recommendation from apex imports. They may want to rethink giving out keylogics number in the future as I now am wondering about their ethics giving out this number.
