They do clean on Saturdays, which was exactly what we needed. I was surprised how soon they were able to come out. Keystone has cleaned our carpets for 14 years. They do a great job EVERYTIME. We bought our second house in 2008 and immediately replaced the carpet with a plastic version of carpet that would only last 8 years. With two dogs, we didn't want to spend a lot of money for carpet that might get ruined by pets. Wow, I could not be more pleased with their work and their prices! I found Keystone on Yelp, and when I called to schedule my cleaning with them I mentioned that I had found them here, which immediately saved me $10. I made some other calls to get price comparisons, and these guys beat the competition by $40 or $50 easily. They cleaned three bedrooms, four closets, two baths, stairs, an office and our living room all for $180. Amazing. They also removed multiple stains (black grease from our couch included!), and filled in two bleach spots - without charging any additional for that extra work. Both men were very professional, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable the entire time (I am a female and was home alone for the cleaning). Great service from the minute I called to set up the carpet cleaning. They were very friendly on the phone as I made my appt, and gave me an estimate that they said would be confirmed before any work was done. The window of time they were showing up was between 10 and 12. At 9:45, they called me to let me know they were on there way, and they arrived 20 minutes later. 2 professional looking workers took a quick scan of the rooms we wanted cleaned and gave us our final quote (which ended up being $10 less than the phone estimate, what a deal!) I called them and they showed up on time. Steve and Brandon did a superb job on my daughter's bedroom carpet it had various stains well as some pet urine. The carpet came out better than expected. I highly recommend this company they did a superb job they told me any additional charges and how much they were. They were above board on everything. The techs would not move even the smallest piece of furniture. They seemed very rushed and that was reflected in their work. One of the carpets they cleaned was just as dirty after they dried. We put the carpet in the garage and will have another company clean it. I would not recommend this company at all. When I mentioned to them that I did not like their service they just said thank you and hung up. No 'were are sorry'. Obvious they don't care. read more

Showed up on time and ready to work. Most efficient team I have ever seen! Three guys for my 1,100 sq ft home. Treated, scrubbed, made my floors sparkle. They cleaned not only my carpeted areas but my grout as well. I forgot what color my grout was supposed to be! Wow do they look GREAT! In and out in less than an hour. I just moved in and this company came out to clean the grout and tile. There are thick dirt streaks around all the walls and they won't come off with bleach or anything else. I called to check on the appointment time changing and the receptionist was very rude about it and eventually hung up on me. This firm did an excellent job. The 2-man crew was very polite and professional. They come in, measure the area to be cleaned and then provide you with a firm quote so no surprises later. They also provide you with an estimated completion time. We had them do approximately 1k sq ft of carpet and 22 steps in a rental unit that we were moving out of. I could tell that when we moved in, the people before us did not use Keystone. While we didn't have any bad stains and we used our rug doctor every few months, the results from Keystone were much better than what we could do ourselves. And they use a carpet rake to fluff the fibers when they're done for a nice added touch and to facilitate drying I'm assuming. Most impressive was the work done on the stairs. The center of each stair had a lot of wear and it was just darker from all the traffic. Couldn't even tell once Keystone was done. I would not hesitate to use them again. The pricing is very reasonable and while you may try and find that 4 rooms for $69 deal in the Valu pak mailer, you get what you pay for. Also, no chemical smells or any off odors. Basically no scent at all once they were done. read more

I have used Keystone many times in the past and never had an issue. Recently I moved to a smaller home and was ripped off they charged me more than I paid in my bigger house. I was told there was a minimum of $75 when paid $70 in the past for a much bigger home I also told I was receiving a discount which was a joke. No one could explain why the price difference. whomp whomp whomp... second time using them, and not as impressed or happy. i HATE to do this because of the most amazing experience the first time... but this time around, not so good. I had different techs come out this time, they were nice enough but they seemed to just rush through it (not that i wanted to hang out all day and get my carpets cleaned, but I wanted a thorough cleaning). I asked for the "pet treatment" and I really couldn't tell any difference other then it left a weird hard texture to my carpets that I didn't experience in the first cleaning with Keystone. They also over saturated my carpets and they took almost 2 days to dry!! Unfortunately, these two techs weren't as careful with their equipment and left A LOT of scuffs along my walls, corners and stairs. My cleaning ended up being $140 (2 rooms and a hallway) and pretty mediocre :/. I'll try them one more time and request my first two guys that came out and hope it was just a fluke this time around. Otherwise, I might have to search elsewhere. Bummed. read more

I was moving out of my apartment and i needed help. My puppy had chewed up some of the padding under the rug and I needed it repaired. I also needed a cleaning done since the high traffic areas were dirty even though I didn't wear shoes in the house. Keystone came in and did their magic. When it came time to turn in my keys, my landlord was amazed at how great it looked and commented that it looked in even better condition than when I first moved in. I ended up giving them the number so that they could use Keystone for their own home. They're pricing is really reasonable too. I paid $100 for a 1200 sqft condo. read more

Been using this company for OVER a year. They finally ruined my opinion of them by using the "bait and switch" technique that so many carpet cleaning businesses are infamous for. Charged me an extra fee for something which they have always included as part of the service (steaming the area rug in my one bedroom apartment). The technicians flat out said they don't clean rugs, when I called Brent to find out what on earth was happening he claimed they "never do it without an extra charge and noting in on the paperwork." Well that is funny, seeing as how they have always done it with the regular carpet cleaning without any extra charge or issue, and why is it my problem that they haven't included it in the paperwork? How on earth would I be privy to what should and should not be included? Brent said it always has to be noted in their service and it has never been noted in mine... At this point he was basically implying that I was lying about the fact that they have always included cleaning the rug at no extra fee, when in truth I was completely unaware of this "policy". Idk what the guy wanted me to say, every team has ALWAYS cleaned it, without question, so this entire time I have been under the impression that it was simply part of their service (which was great up until the last two visits where things have really gone downhill.) This is an example of yet another company trying to make an extra buck by surprising their clients with new charges that simply did not exist before, at least not to the client's knowledge. Surprise! Unfortunate, because I have been a client for so long and everything started off so well. Brent wasn't even the least bit concerned over my situation or surprised by it, instead he told me it would be $10 dollars. That is where the customer service started and ended, not even a canned apology or "our mistake," just an attitude of "it is what it is, get over it and pay us." This company sent an employee who could not pass the simple warrant/background check at the gate of the military base. They then called us ranting about "Nazi militant bastards" and telling us they would not clean our carpets because the base was in "high alert". The gate guards told us it was an issue with the person the company sent. We tried to reason with their manager at the time and let him know his employee was the problem and they refused acknowledge the issue and send someone else to clean our carpets. I had my carpets cleaned yesterday by Keystone and they are truly the BEST! Day of Scheduling: The receptionist was really nice setting up the appointment when I first called. Day of Appointment: The guys actually waited for me b/c I was across town running late. I apologized and they were cool about it. No biggie. They were friendly, professional, and fast! I asked if they could spot clean two chairs in addition to my carpet, and they said sure, and there was no extra cost for the spot cleans (woot woot!).
