Visited on Sunday morning. Busy but not packed. As we walked to our seats, we noticed trash and food under tables but no employee seemed concerned enough to clean it up and it was all still there when we left. Our server was an older woman who moved rather slowly and was not very friendly. They use absolutely no seasoning on or in anything. The eggs were cooked perfect but no seasoning- no salt, no pepper, nothing. The bacon looked as if it had been cooked and then left in a pan of grease. It looked crispy but when picked up it was cold, soft and dripping with grease. The gravy was like eating unseasoned pastelike flour with tiny pieces of sausage in it. The hashbrowns were dry. I can only assume they were shredded, boiled, dried and then heated on a dry griddle top and again, zero seasoning. The biscuit was the only decent part of the meal. The was our first and last meal here. Do better! read more

Oh...my...gosh...so much food. Their breakfast is fantastic. Good selection, well prepared, and you can't beat the prices. Their home style potatoes are a must. Add a little Texas Pete and I can make a meal on those. Only been for lunch a couple of times, and it's been good, also. Good friendly service. You even have a great view of the tractors on display in the museum while you're in the dining area. This is a popular spot, so don't be disappointed if you have to wait a few minutes to be seated. It usually doesn't take long, and there are usually some attractions on display, and the museum gift shop is right there. read more

We were on our way to FL and stopped by the museum. Such a fun and unique place with all the tractors and trucks. The restaurant had excellent food. Generous portion and friendly staff! Will definitely stop by again if we are ever in the area. read more

My family, (3) along with another family (5) were seated for breakfast around 0930. Our server, Ms. Jessica, was the only part of our experience that was enjoyable. When we received our orders, our bacon and ham items were extremely over cooked, the bacon literally crumbled into dust when you picked it up, most likely because it was re heated from the previous day. My wife had also noticed a "short, curly black hair" that was sticking out of her waffle. Since some time had passed, and the diner had become more busy and our server was tending to other guests. I walked up to the bar area when different server had asked if she could help, I asked for a refill on my drink to which she then asked me to show her where we were sitting. When the other server came over to the table, she asked who our server was and we informed her it was Jessica, and I made it a point to inform her that Jessica was great but we had some issues with the food (the hair). The other server then walked away after rolling her eyes and sighed. (Leaving the waffle with the hair in it) Jessica then came in and was visibly upset. She stated that the other server was the "Owner's wife" and that she had told her that we were "not happy about our service" so she came to check in. As Jessica was speaking to to my wife, I walked back out to the bar where I overheard ("The owners wife) speaking to 2 other servers about how Jessica was "not doing her job" and making fun of her. I then proceeded to tell her that she in fact was the problem for treating her employees that way and that for creating a bigger problem when we were trying to respectful and not blasting the food issues out loud in front of other guests, and she should she be ashamed of herself for being in a owner/leadership role and having such low standards. She then got loud and stated she wasn't talking about her employee and that I was lying after she put words in my mouth to her employee to make her look bad. I informed the owner of what transpired and the only word to come out of his mouth was a pathetic "Sorry" I paid my bill in FULL, and as I was leaving, ANOTHER server approached me and thanked me for standing up for the wait staff, if that doesn't say something, I don't know what will. We ate here quite regularly, and have recommended this place to several people, including the other family that were with us. Sadly, I will not be returning. read more

Service was great, the line was really long but they moved us in pretty fast! The food was very good, croissant was hot fresh and had a yummy honey butter drizzle that just popped! My omelet was very good. Only wish it was a little hotter temperature wise. Hubby had the Keystone salad with chicken and it was fresh and yummy! Noticed the rusty roached out '56 Chevys on the rusty roached out car hauler alongside the parking lot. Then the signage for the museum caught my eye and I decided to make a quick exit off the highway and go check out some old trucks and tractors. Then in the lobby I see this BUSY little cafe. It was about 12:30 on a Wednesday: so I decided to have lunch. What a bonus! Awesome service, a tasty bacon cheeseburger and side of fried okra. Clean and reasonably priced. Noticed some nice looking breakfast items being served at lunchtime too! What a great surprise! Would be a mistake not to stop here to eat and take in an awesome display of trucks, tractors and a few cars, motorcycles and antiques. Admission at present is only $10! read more

I give absolutely no stars for this business but per Yelp i have to put at least 1 to post.. The Keystone Grill was a place I had been looking forward to visiting with my daughters and grandson for several weeks. My oldest has been there a few time in the past months with others and always came home saying how much I would like it. We went in Saturday March 4th and was given about a 20 minute wait time. This was not a problem, I was expecting to wait. We then got taken to a booth and left with silverware crayons and color paper for my grandson. That was good because he is 1 1/2 and we needed the distraction for him. We sat and just looked through the window at the tractors and talking to my grandson, my oldest daughter stated she was going to the restroom and gave me her drink order before going. I asked her what she wanted to eat so when they come take the drink order I will order the food also since we have been waiting a while. During the time she had stepped away I make eye contact with the hostess and she came over and stated our server would be with us soon. Just after that another couple gets seated behind us and with in 30 seconds a server goes to them and takes their drink order. This made me a bit annoyed. Then my daughter comes to sit and at that same time she makes a joke saying what still no drinks. I said nope and at that time another couple gets seated and the server I saw the hostess talk to about us goes to that table and takes drink orders. Now this is beyond frustrating because I am now thinking great now my grandson may start to get a bit annoyed waiting too much longer for food. 10 minutes had passed. After the second table gets help we asked if we could please get a server. Finally about 3 minutes later a lady comes to the table looking very messy. Not how you want your server to look. She also seemed very put of it. Anyways she came and said what do you want to drink. Well I stressed to her how unhappy we were and all she could say was well I had a party of 6 before yall. Ok well that's not my issue. I get they are kind of busy but if you can not handle the party of 6 then a party of 3 and a half I am sorry. She never said I am sorry thank you for waiting or anything. She took the drink orders and started to step away and I stated we are ready to order. She again says what do you want. So my 2 girls ordered and I than handed her the menus and stated I wanted nothing. She then walked away. I think at this point my oldest could see and feel I was not pleased. She stated mom we can go if you want. I instantly got up took my grandson out the high chair and walked to the hostess and asked for the manager. My daughter took him out as I waited to speak with the manager. A few moments later the hostess nods her head in my direction while looking at a man so I guess that was code to the manager. When he walks up I stated I am sorry I am being this person, however... now before I could tell him my dissatisfaction he states to me yeah you are being that person and I am trying to figure out why you made my employee cry. Really sir this is the way you want to handle this. I said well I am sorry she is crying but I asked her to take our order, so if me asking you to do your job makes you cry them the food service industry is the wrong job for her. I than proceeded to explain my situation to him and he never said he was sorry or I understand the frustration or anything. He just kept giving me a look of will this lady shut up. Well that's just making me more dissatisfied with this business. I stated I would never step foot back in there. I later asked my girls if they saw how messing and out of it the server was, they certainly did and gave me their thoughts but I do not know for sure so I am just going to keep those thoughts to my self. I was watching the news one morning and they were interviewing people at the Keystone grill. I didn't know about the place, so I decided to give it a try for lunch. The place was very busy and service was quite slow. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I like the fact that you have a choice on how you want the burger cooked which I told them medium. It took around 25 minutes to get my lunch. The burger was OK, but the fries were soggy, which leads me to be leave they sat around for a while before the server picked them up. Maybe I went there when they were short on staff or something. I will try them out again for breakfast. They do have a great breakfast menu. read more

Went for breakfast upon recommendation from friends. Maybe we should have gone for lunch. For our breakfast, orders were mixed up. Husband got my order & I got his. Made a big difference because we had very different orders. My eggs were loose although I specifically asked for scrambled, very hard cooked and bacon. I ordered home fries w/ onions & peppers. One small piece of each, but not enough to feature it on menu. Husband ordered the 3 eggs, hash browns, country ham. I ordered 2 eggs, bacon, home fries. We each got wrong order. When we pointed out to waitress, she acknowledged that orders were mixed up. Country ham very tough. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy for special needs grandson. Mash was VERY watery - not good at all. Lots of local places we could have gone to. Will avoid breakfast at Keystone Grill in the future. read more
