Double Cheese Burger with Mac N Cheese side $10.50

BOOM! Bar & Grill food done perfect right here. Its a spot in an unassuming strip mall of off Military. This place puts out some amazing bar food that puts some diners and restaurants to shame. A very neighborhood feel to the bar. Great Service friendly people. Kitchen Specials are banging!! Great prices as well, Mac N Cheese is a must try

Large Mac n cheese for my cheese crazed toddler.

I gave it 5 stars for the food! Best bar food in Omaha. It's a dive bar (which I like) and sometimes smells a little musty. BUT the food is worth it. Everything I've ever ordered from the menu is flavorful and the portions are large and in charge. Fairly priced, too.

Solid three star bar and grill. Although tonight I did not partake in drinking (full bar ahead will all your usual American beers), shuffleboard, or live music night---the burgers were buttery and tasty in my opinion. Fries were perfect too-thick cut and the perfect temperature and crispy outside. This place is in a strip mall that looks unchanged from the '70s, which gives it a bit of divey feel. The staff and owner were very kind, checking on us frequently and making light conversation. Worth a stop to try a burger and grab a beer. Your local bar and grill.

Went to Keystone for Burger Brigade back in September... and two months later I now can't remember what I had. Something with jelly off the 'secret menu' so who even knows at this point? Sides and fries were very decent by bar food standards, and I'm glad to have finally had an excuse to visit. I've heard rumblings that this place is a Packers bar, but one of the owners is also a Vikings fan, so that's a little iffy in my book. The burger itself was good as well, cooked to order and satisfying. Worth a stop if you're in the area and would like to partake in good grub and some colorful local atmosphere. Our visit was on a Tuesday evening and there was a solid group of regulars in attendance. Probably would feel a bit more at home here if I'd been drinking (which you can do from a gasoline can if the night edges in that direction).

The reviews were decent so decided to stop in. Cozy bar with a neighborhood feel to it. Super friendly guy serving drinks and taking orders...pretty sure it was the owner. They have Big Red Keno which was a plus, and the older lady running it was also super friendly. They are definitely family friendly as I saw a family with small children come in to eat. Seats are a little worn as are the tables, but everything is kept clean which is most important to me. I ordered the beef philly steak sandwich with provolone and a side of their talked about mac n cheese. The sandwich had large chunks of peppers, onions and mushrooms which was nice, but the sandwich was just way too big. I know...you're asking yourself what's to complain about too much food, but really there was no way I could pick up the sandwich. (see picture) The entire plate was covered with the philly steak and the bun buried somewhere underneath. It was a definite knife and fork meal. I thought overall the sandwich was too dry so didn't eat much while the macaroni and cheese was good and creamy. My dining partner had a patty melt which was "just okay". Saw on the menu they had homemade carrot cake which my dining partner was super stoked for. Bummer that they were out of it. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I'd maybe give another try for a night they have specials. Perhaps the prime rib melt sandwich night or taco Tuesday.

Came into here for a drink. This is a dive bar so be aware of it. They serve food but I can't speak on that. I do have friends who have been here when the food is being served and say that it was good. The drinks are a good price. I ordered something on a weekend and then came in the next weekend to order the same thing as it was great! The other waitress working the weekend when I came back told me was suppose to be a shot and not a drink but she would be able to make it for me. Overall it was a good drink, clean bar, and nice staff. I'd make it my place if I wasn't so far away.

Is it really a Packers bar? I'm from Northeastern Wisconsin and planning on moving to Omaha with my girlfriend next year and I want a place that will make me feel at home when I'm feeling homesick

It was, kind of; the previous owner was a huge Packers fan but the bar recently sold to someone else and all the Packer memorabilia was removed.

I ordered a martini, she grabbed fried pickles and a Mango Madness, and from the moment we walked in the customer service was rough. The first server barely acknowledged us, and everything after that followed the same half‑effort energy. The martini they brought out was straight gin (not dirty, not balanced), just... gin in a glass. I asked if it could be remade, and the server said sure, then never brought it back. My wife ordered a second drink and yep... they forgot that too. To be fair, the fried pickles were good, but that was the only thing that hit. Maybe it was an off day, but between the missed drinks, the lack of attention, and the overall "we don't really care" vibe, we probably won't be back.

When we ordered the waitress specifically asked if we wanted ranch my husband and I both said yes along with another person on our party. Only one of us got ranch when we asked for it for the two that didn't get it we got one. But seemed like we were an Inconvenience for asking. When it was time for the bill she didn't ask if it was going to be split or paid all together. She had the first group pay their portion then came to the other side of the table and told us the remaining balance. Instead of again asking if it will be split of paid in full. When we asked to split she made a comment about how was she supposed to know. Which I agree but she never even asked. My real issue is no changing table or space in the bathroom? You have high chairs but not a place for the kids to be changed. I'd think for such a new place that would have been a given.

I came for the Detroit-style pizza, easily the most underrated pizza style there is. If you know, you know. I ordered The Cadillac: cream cheese, cherry peppers, hot honey. On paper, it's chaos. In practice? A beautifully thought-out balance of sweet and spicy. Rich without being heavy, heat without going overboard. Someone in that kitchen gets it. And for a moment, it's flirting with greatness. Almost a perfectly executed Detroit pie... until the crust. That signature Detroit crisp--the caramelized, fried-edge crunch--is just a little undercooked. Not bad, but quickly soggy. Just missing that final snap that makes this style elite. Still, credit where it's due. This is a valiant effort, and not an easy style to pull off outside its home turf. I see you, Omaha. You're closer than you think!

They are located on the second floor. There are stairs and an elevator available. This spot is very family friendly. There is a short kids menu with the usuals (chicken tenders, grilled cheese, mac & cheese). They have coloring pages and Lego boxes to keep the kiddos entertained. I got the cauliflower wing with the citrus chipotle BBQ sauce and the Vis Major Raspberry Truffle Stout. Both were fantastic! The cauliflower wings were super crunchy from the nice thick breader and the sauce knocked it out of the park! I'll be dreaming about these wings for awhile. My husband got the Set Salad and raved about the dressing flavor. All very fresh! Their beer menu probably rotates but that Vis Major Raspberry Truffle Stout hit the spot!!! Loads of flavor, super balanced, just the right about of weight. 10/10!! Parking in Benson can be rough during busy nights so plan some extra time in to find a spot. The only note is that it gets super loud when it's packed and it's hard to hear. A great place to watch your favorite women's sports but maybe not the best for conversations catching up with friends.
