a minute ago Ordered a 6 chicken tender and was told a 6 minute wait. By the time I pulled up to the window and paid they had my order. I got home and you could clearly see they ripped the 4 tenders in 1/2 so it would look like more. Talk about RIP off. read more

We ordered three meals...drove from Big Bear because we miss our KFC...One meal was only ONE chicken breast ordered...but it had only enough chicken the size of my thumb. My boyfriends biscuit looked like it came with a bite out of it. The cashier that took my money was grumpy and was also the one that put the food together. No hand washing in between. This is my second time going and I get treated so poorly through the drive through. Hayli is far from being professional. She's rude, throws receipt at your face practically. Avoids all eye contact and laughs with co-workers about the customer, because you can only tell the is talking about you. This place will loose all their customers if they keep employing people like this. They should really hire someone that needs the job and will have good customer service. read more

Customer service is fantastic here as long as you get one of the older workers. The new guys and gals need serious work. If it wasn't for marquita and Paul I doubt I would return to this location since their food is not as spectacular as other locations. read more

I just wanted to give a big rave to Mary. Today my family and I went in and she was extravagant. She got us the best price for our food. But that's not why I'm giving her a review as we were eating me and my mother both noticed how she was helping an elderly couple with the menu. She was not only patient but very kind to them. Then to add the cherry on top a disabled woman came in and she offered to open the door for her when she left and took her time speaking to the lady as well. Went through the drive-thru after a long day of work. Had my freshly mailed coupons, placed my order from the coupon page. 1) pot pie $3.99, 2) 8 piece 17.99 3) 6 free biscuits with any order as advertised. The first thing I'm told at the check-out window is that the coupons I have they don't have in their system and will not honor them. I said, thinking they were thinking they were expired, told them that I just got them in the mail a day ago and they expire on 3/31/18. Told like I'm a BIG IDIOT....they (KFC) does not participate in these. So, I called the Hesperia location when I got home, told them what I just wrote above and asked THEM if they accept those and they questioned me what was on the page and I told them and they said, "YES". Also, on several occasions, I've had a wrong order, when I've asked for legs and thighs and was given mixed pieces, baked green beans instead of BBQ'd beans, and missing items. BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love Kentucky.fried chicken but I will never go to this location again! Spent $62 and when I got home (by the way.I.live in the Marianas in AV) we took all food out only to.find that there were no biscuits and they only gave me thighs. Also.it.seemed to me that the chicken was half old and half fresh and some original and some extra tough. After explaining to the manager my issues and trying to.get a hold.of.them for an hour I was told that I.needed to come back with my food and I would need to come in within 30 days to.only get my biscuits because by this time my family had already eaten the food. I have been going to this particular KFC for eight years, I have dealt with a few mishaps in the past. My last visit was my most memorable, and has made me a diehard Churches Chicken fan. I ordered two four piece wing meals, and was told they only make a certain amount of wings, so they could not complete order unless I mixed it with crispy instead of original. I assured the cashier I have ordered this meal for many years, but was sent away due to lack of wings. I guess the chicken farms are running low this year, so get your wings at Wingstop while they last. read more

I have been to this KFC 3 times because it is so close to the hospital & can grab some chicken on my way home... *** the first two times they were out of most all of their chicken... once an hour before they closed and once TWO hours before they closed! How in the heck can a joint that has CHICKEN in it's name NOT HAVE CHICKEN? But this last time (yesterday) was the straw that broke the KFC camel's back. We walked in and saw 5 employees servicing one car - literally one car w/one bag of food. Mary, the counter lady, saw us come in, looked the other way.... walked around doing her thing, looked right through us a couple of times, organized some stuff on the shelves - It was incredible. Maybe she thought the two girls chatting it up with each other were responsible for helping us - so she was waiting for them... I don't know... We are like "we're here" and she ignored us. Maybe she thought if she didn't make eye contact we wouldn't see her & she wouldn't see us. We waited for several minutes and finally she came up to the counter - looked at us and said "yes?" WTF? "yes?" Didn't even smile, didn't say HI, cold as ice. I felt like we were in the Twilight Zone. It actually felt as if we were a burden and a bother to her and she wasn't happy about it. She was older too & one would think she would know better & appreciate work. Boy, I have seen bad customer service in fast food (kind of comes with the territory - it's not fine dining after all), but she takes the cake for the worst fast food customer service I've experienced in a fast food restaurant. (And the chicken was wet & slippery - ewe) PS - If you have to go to that hospital to visit -- there is an El Polo Loco just about two blocks down toward the freeway & recommend that - they always seem to have chicken there (better chicken) & actually say Hello! read more

KFC is not nearly as great as it use to be many years ago. Their fried chicken seems much more greasier than I remember. Coleslaw is too 'watery'. Mashed potatoes and gravy do not taste as good like it used to. Prices have gone up in the last few years. read more

Went into this establishment to place an order. Placed an order for an 8-piece meal and specified that I did not want thighs in my order; only breasts (4), wings (2), and legs (2), original recipe and that I would pay the cost difference. The cashier went to converse with the cook as to my request and came back and told me they could not fill my order, that they did not have enough breasts on hand. I inquired that if they did not have enough to fill my order how were they going to fill any other orders and their reply was "we have 2 breasts." I could see the tray of breasts and there were enough to fill my order. I then inquired "how long would it take to cook more breasts?" I was told 30 minutes. Having worked in a fast food restaurant before I know that it does not take 30 minutes to cook the chicken. I often visit this establishment and HAVE NEVER received such unprofessional service/attitudes as I encountered today. I told the cashier I would go somewhere else and went to another KFC and got my order exactly as I ordered, no hassles!! read more
