Absolutely the worst experience . I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 4 tenders not a combo , one famous bowl a side of macaroni & cheese and two biscuits . What I got was a 30 minute wait 6 cars after got me got their food. Finally the guy walks out with our bag of food . Next think you know a customer in the drive thru honks there horn and a girl in the window is waving for the guy holding our food to come back . He walks back and takes the food with him . Then we notice two more cars go thru and they are each handed a bag . My husband enters the restaurant and the guy says they are waiting on the chicken sandwiches that take 15 minutes . A girl walks over and says it will be 3 minutes more . My husband said I was told 3 minutes more 5 minutes ago . So he returns to the car and we are waiting . Finally 8 minutes later the same guy comes out with a bag . My asks him to repeat the order , he does and assures everything is there . On the way home my husband asks me to recheck the order . I got 4 pieces of greasy and hard fried chicken . Uneditable hard biscuits . For the 30 minute wait the food should have been hot . Over $30 and the worst place ever . read more

The boys in my house wanted kfc so I went through their drive through I hadn't even finished ordering my first meal(didn't ask my drink) before the women on the intercom told me my total. I told her I hadnt finished ordering she then huffed and puff while telling me to wait a minute she has to pull my order back followed by a few more huffs. We finish my order (2meals and a side of mash potatoes with no gravy) They ask me what sauce and to have me pull forward. They bring my food and leave immediatelythey forgot my sauce and put gravy in my mashed potatoes. I go inside to correct it and I receive attitude from the manager (the one who took my order Connie I believe) I finally get home to give my boys their food and the Sierra Mist is bad there's no straws and no fries.. I came here with my overly excited family. They were so excited, looking forward to a KFC buffet. What we got was terrible. I mean dismal. The chicken looked like reheated left overs. The supposed crispy chicken wasn't crispy at all. And to make it even worse, there weren't enough pieces being made and replenished for the number of people in their dining room area. The sides were supposed to be in their labeled places. There were sides but they were not only in their labeled spaces but the sides that are there also aren't what the labels say that they are. Sides that get spilled between the bins and plates is all over the place. It hardly gets cleaned or wiped up. The coleslaw is warm and not replenished enough. There weren't mashed potatoes. I guess you could sorta consider it an "upgrade" of some sort but instead of mashed, they offered au gratin potatoes. They didn't have corn. Instead they had some strange supposed steam veggies. Those were gross. There weren't any biscuits but there was tons of honey and butter spread in containers next to the cash register. Plates for guests weren't always available. The trash cans were over flowing. This buffet was pretty gross. My hubby made excuses for their lack of this and that but it was all pretty horrible. We earlier went through the drive through of this KFC in Banning CA on Ramsey St. When we arrived at our destination in the mountains, we noted that our order was wrong. I ordered the 16 piece original chicken meal and 12 piece chicken hot wings. We only received 6 hot wings but paid for 12. I asked for the (4) sides to be (1) mash potatoes and gravy, (2) cole slaws, and (1) macaroni and cheese. I received (2) mashed potatoes, (1) gravy, And (1) of Cole slaw and macaroni. I asked for butter and honey, but received a few honey no butter. On top of all of this, the chicken tasted and appeared as if it has been cooked in 6 month old oil. We will not be returning to this location and recommend you not to patron them either. The sad part is in years past, I gave them an outstanding rating on Yelp. How times have changed. In my early years, I was a KFC Manager, and know what the quality should be. To mention, we had ordered chicken 3 weeks ago at the same location with the same quality of chicken. Enough is enough. Don't waste you money on sub-par food. I tried several times to call and speak to the manager, but the phone is off the hook or permanently busy. read more

Nice people. But they are to concern with beating the time on the drive through so they send you to park to just take longer to serve you. There is no efficient system in place. Once I got home I realized they Messed my up order so I call and the manager who helped me was so sweet said she would put my name down and to just come in and let them know my name is in the book. I come back another day and they couldn't find it another manager asked me what I was getting replaced I said it was the chicken little meal she says okay go park and we will get it for you. Went to this location to get a 4- piece combo dinner. No walk in service-drive through only. Did not check my order and got home-no mashed potatoes, no coleslaw, biscuit was hard as a rock. I went to this KFC last night around 11:00 pm and nobody answered when I went through the drive thru....TWICE!!! I even tried calling and no one answered. This wouldn't have made me mad if I hadn't seen the two workers through the windows just standing round on their phones. I even saw one with a headset on. So that means they heard someone had came....TWICE!!!! And heard the phone ringing yet decried to ignore me even though they closed a whole hour early. This particular location is interesting because it can be purchased as an all you can eat buffet style. The selection is limited to whatever is on the menu. So it's chicken and sides. Hot wings are not in the buffet :-( Buffet prices are decent at $9.99 for adults $, 7.99 Senior, and about $4 for kids. This place had better looking days in the past when it was newly remodeled. It still looks ok, but somehow didn't feel very clean. Maybe I just felt that way due to all the heavy rain... Every time I come here I'm disappointed with the lack of respect the employees have. They act like its high school and not work. They gossip in Spanish. Not even whispering! Was and is the last time I'll come here! (I only come here because its the inky one around) today I found a fried black hair in my chicken!!!! My order was messed up. I called and they said they'd replace it. When I got there both the cashier and manager argued with me. They were very disrespectful and rude. Refused to replace my order. Told me to go home and reheat my food in the microwave. I told them I wasn't gonna do that because reheating crispy chicken in the microwave makes it soggy. They basically told me, "that's a personal problem". I told them I was gonna sit in drive thru until they replaced my order. They both told me, "well you can sit there all night". I stopped by for the buffet which I have never tried until today. Never again! I have seen better buffets at Casinos and even Hometown Buffet! Stopped here for a quick rest stop during a school field trip. I didn't really enjoy the food here. I got the kids meal and it was nice because it came with juice and apple sauce, but the popcorn chicken I got was way too dry and salty. Some pieces were drier than others and almost rubbery. Obviously KFC isn't a place for a gourmet meal so I wasn't surprised. There is a buffet here that costs $10/adult. Decor is modern and quite aesthetically pleasing. I've been a regular customer of this establishment for 20 years and 80% of the time my orders are incorrect or missing condiments! I'd go elsewhere but there isn't any closer to my town. Today the cashier asked 3 times what I wanted...3 times...and she still omitted coleslaw, no butter or honey for the biscuits , and gave us 2 mashed potatoes $16 an hour and you can't get it right. Have eaten here many times, but this is the first time I drove through. Wanted to support the local businesses that might be hurting from the current situation, so we wanted some chicken. I placed the order no problem, the food came out quickly and I was on my way. I realized that one of my meals was AWOL, and I called immediately saying I was missing something. They offered me a credit for a future meal, but I wanted my food. They told me that my order was given to car behind me, the young man didn't think it was mine! I went back to get the missing food and I asked for the manager hoping for some kind of coupon on my next meal - anything to say SORRY, but nothing. Just a remark that they don't do coupons. I don't understand the health rating of an A . The place is dirty. Sticky tables , napkins on floors. Obviously needs a good sweep and mop. The chicken was way too salty and so dry. You place your order, arrive at the window and pay, you aren't even finished collecting your change when they're rushing you to move your car up 5 feet to the side door so that their timer stops and shows prompt and speedy food delivery.... seriously?! Shorted me on the two extra cole slaws I requested, they did give me when at that time BUT When I opened the box of 3 piece chicken there was only the mashed potatoes n gravy no coke slaw at all. Ok, so every KFC I look at on Yelp has 2 stars or less- no matter which KFC, the location city, 2 stars or less.! I haven't been to a KFC in 20 years, its just not in my rotation of fast food. However, I heard about their new chicken sandwich and on my long drive home from the desert I stopped at the KFC in Banning at 22nd street. You know the exit, the one with fast food row. Normally I'd hit the Del taco, the Farmers Fresh Burgers or Gus Jrs, but not this time. I steeled myself for a 2 star or less experience and drove to the drive through line. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with Fries (apparently french fries are relatively new to KFC?) and a beverage. Paid at window and young lady asked me to park as they were making it fresh. 6 minutes latter I had a fresh out of the fryer sandwich and piping hot fires! The sandwich is surprisingly good- spicy and tangy sauce, thick dill pickles, nice bun and excellent fired chicken. Their fires are good too- really tasty. Am I going to go back again before the 20 year mark,...? Probably, if I can get them to replicate this meal. read more
