Update..... My favorite manager is gone This KFC/A&W by far has the fastest service, best food, and customer service. It's also fully remodeled. I don't know the managers name but he is there 90% of the time when I go. You could definitely tell management is running this place effectively. KFC at the corner of Brentwood Blvd and Nancy St: At 4:45pm Sunday evening on 10/9/22, I attempted to order the 1 chicken breast fill-up. I was told that there were no chicken breast of any variety ready to serve, it would take 10 minutes. I said no and changed my order to chicken strips and fries. I paid for my order at the window, was handed my drink and then was told that they had no fries ready despite at least 5 people working in the kitchen at that time. I was asked to pull over into a parking space and wait, but I refused because even though they tell you 5-10 minutes it's always longer than that and there's nothing you can do about it. If I wasn't willing to pull over and wait while they cooked chicken why would I be willing to wait for fries. This is FAST food, right? I used to come here way back I am a local. I don't know what happened but whoever hired the workers did not do a great job at all. It's KFC. The quality of the food is hit or miss. That's just a given. It's decent and I am satisfied with that about that part about 75% of the time. The customer service however is a whole other story. It is the worse part of the KFC experience for me 80% of the time. There were only 2 people ahead of me when I pulled in the drive-through this night on Sunday. I had to wait 45 mins for a simple 12 piece. And this is the norm. I have picked up multiple Doordash orders here, and there's rarely been a time in my experience that things have gone good or my order was done on time. Employees have made direct eye contact with me and simply walked past while I'm at the counter waiting for help. I've even been stared down in weird, awkward ways by them with no volunteers to greet or assist me. Workers have also come up to me multiple times while I'm in my car parked either in or nearby their lot (not in the designated online order or delivery driver spots, mind you) and asked me if I'm waiting for the order in their hands. They have 0 organization when it comes to getting mobile orders to the correct person and I'm sure it's easy for anybody to just say it's theirs when approached in that manner and steal the food. During one of these times an employee actually walked past my car and hit it with either his hand or arm so hard that it made a noise loud enough to make me think it was a knock! He didn't even notice or pay any mind either. No consideration, self-awareness, or courtesy. I've decided personally to boycott any Doordash order offers sent to me from this location because it's not worth it, and if you're also in independent contractor food delivery or just a customer ordering off one of the many food delivery apps I would strongly recommend you do the same. They have made me almost a half hour late getting my customers their food and negatively affected my ratings. Strongly encourage you to get your chicken somewhere else. read more

Hands down, I just had the worst experience ever at this KFC. First it takes forever to get to the spot to order in the drive through line. Then I'm asked to wait...five minutes goes by and I finally get to place my order. I give my order and some confusion ensues. Apparently the menu outside is outdated and no longer available. I have been here about 5 times in the last couple of months since moving to Brentwood and always have a wonderful experience. Their customer service is excellent. Today I came in to order the deep fried cajun turkey for thanksgiving which I tried last year from a different kfc and it was surprisingly good. It was their 1st order with the people in the store so they called the manager to make sure they were doing it right. While I was waiting they offered me a complementary drink which I declined and a minute later they said do you want a chicken bowl? Me "for free?" yes it was.
