Anytime I visit this KFC, there isnt really a line. It isnt ever too busy. The food is always very typical KFC food. I take advantage of their deals and it serves its purpose for a quick and easy meal for the family. When I order my meals via the app, I haven't encountered any issues. But every-single-time I order in person. Or via the drive through, I always get the worst mean mugs. I dont understand. Really horrible customer service. This last encounter, I went via the drive through. Order was taken, no problem. I drive up. I say "can you please make the bowl a combo, drink is a diet pepsi" the guy couldnt hold his eye rolling. I was like ok whatever. Its my drink. He gives me the drink, charges me. I have my daughter taste the soda cuz sometimes these machines have bad tasting sodas. Hands over the bag of food. I see there are no utensils, for a bowl of mash and chicken, and a side of mac.... so i politely say "sorry, can i please have some utensils" he goes to grab thr utensils. By the time he comes back, my daughter tells me the soda is sour. So I say thanks for the utensils and then hand back the soda and say "sorry im being a pain. But can I just change this to regular Pepsi please. The diet doesnt taste very good." AND OMG THE HUFFING AND PUFFING THIS GUY GAVE ME. Mind you. I did not have one person behind me at the drive through. So its not like I was holding up a line, which I apologized for, twice. Not only that, but how is it my fault you didnt put utensils in. And your soda was bad?! Just over this place and their rude staff. Only giving 2 stars cuz of the food and the one off staff that is nice. read more

This is by far the worst KFC location that I've been to locally to the Kissimmee/Clermont area. I've gone through this location two separate times and both times were met with sub-par food all around, along with mediocre service that's often found in the fast food environment today. I had to enter the store to pickup my order and the location was entirely empty. It still took the employees over 10 minutes to notice me in the lobby, and this was with a seemingly empty drive through as well. If you're looking for a much better location, I couldn't recommend the KFC tied to the Pizza Hut further down Highway 192 in Kissimmee/Four Corners just before SR-429 enough. read more

Always something with this particular store. Today they gave away our order to someone else or so they claim. They refused to remake or refund. I was ready to call the LCSO to make a report when the manager Mari said she would remake. She would not give her last name but will still call corporate. Always some with this store, last time our order was missing items, the time before that I was missing a piece of chicken on a 8 piece family meal. a couple of other times they were open and advised they had no chicken. Tried. I swear I tried to ignore past experiences but they were adamantly bad enough to remind me why I haven't been to any of their branches for ages. I am not sure if they deliberately undercook the chicken to either save cooking costs or to allow time for it to further cook under heating lamps. Or maybe they just lower the frying oil temperature to a result of soggy bloody disgustingly inedible chicken parts. The store was very clean and the staff were decent but just couldn't stomach any of the food. Even the coleslaw was lacking any crunch and tasted very bland. I don't normally write reviews. Especially if I have a bad experience. But this KFC is absolutely awful and if I can save someone's time by not going here I will. This KFC is something you should avoid at all costs. One girl worker went to the restroom with her phone in her hand then came out and went on face time. Then was touching her phone everywhere she went and touching all the food. Absolutely nasty. Possible Cross contamination extravaganza. Then when ordering, the girl at the register was extremely rude and had absolutely no patience. We ordered a sweet tea and she brought us out watered down sweet teas that tasted like the smell of toilet water. Then we asked for a different drink she didn't have it. Then all of a sudden ran out of almost everything but three options. We went to the cleanest table we could find which had sauce smeared all over it and crumbs. I luckily bring my own wipes and was able to wipe it down. Not a problem. When our food did arrive, we were missing many things. Not only did we miss food items our Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes had a film around the actual food like it had been sitting open. And our chicken tasted old. Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a KFC. Do not go here. I understand fast food places can be messy and things can happen but this was not like that at all. This was so bad! read more

I love placing a mobile order for pick up (expecting to eat in and have my food ready when I arrive) only to get to the location and see a sign taped to the door advising that it is drive thru only. Do not recommend this location. Both the parking lot and inside was empty. Doors were lock but they didn't close until hours later. The cashier's demeanor wasn't very well. Everytime I come to this location after 830pm, they do not have extra crispy fried chicken and they refuse to make or drop more chicken. They close at 10pm and 11pm and still refuse to make anymore chicken. So if the store says it closes at 10pm and you want extra crispy, that means it closes around 830pm. Tonight Sofia (That's what the drive thru cashier said her name was) came over the intercom when she heard me say I'll wait however long it takes for the extra crispy, to say "I'm sorry but we aren't making anymore extra crispy chicken. I ordered the new chicken and waffles.... two orders actually. Paid and waited for me food in the drive through. As I was handed my food, the guy says " we're out of syrup, so sorry." He did offer me butter and I took it. I drove away, but looked in my bag and there was 2 plain waffles and 4 plain tenders. I paid almost $20 for this and it looked pathetic. Without the syrup it was plain. I decided to take it back immediately. I walked in and told them I didn't want that and I wanted my money back. The manager was radioed, and as he approached I heard him say "Seriously, over syrup." Yep, over syrup and not providing what you advertised. The manager has NO ability to talk to customers. I moved to FL 7 years ago, from Chicago. I never had such poor quality food from KFC, until I visited this Store. I normally order the 8 piece meal and ask for 4 breasts and 4 legs. Normally, this isn't a problem, but my last visit they said they couldn't do it, because they were short on chicken. This was at 6:30 PM on a Sunday. The breading on the chicken is very little, and what breading there is, is soggy and under cooked. I'm sure it doesn't help that they cram it all in a small bucket. The Cole slaw is dry....very little cream to it. I go to KFC for the flavorful coating on the chicken, but I'm not getting that at this store. Instead I get $34 of soggy, coatingless chicken and dry Cole slaw. Unfortunately, there's not another KFC in the area, so I guess I'll be looking for a new place to get Chicken, since it appears that KFC doesn't take action when you fill out the survey, from the receipt. One time we sat at the order spot in the drive thru for 10 minutes saying " hello ? ", we had to make sure they weren't closed. It was 2 hours before closing and a line was building up behind us. We drove up the window.. and no one was there either. Finally we called the store on the phone. The guy answered and took 5 minutes to come to the window, finally took the order. And offered us a free soda, which we don't drink, the gesture was nice but could have been avoided. Every other time we come here, we're rushed to order and given a total before we finish. They take your card, throw the food at you, then slam the window shut. Their Customer service is Awful. Not even to mention, the food is usually cold and stale.. Decided to have a late lunch early dinner. Hadn't had KFC in forever so we pulled in. Ordered our food. Took a while to figure out what we wanted. Menu has been changed quite a bit since our last visit. Went and got our drinks. Went to look for a table. They were all dirty. Food, garbage all over the floor. Found the cleanest of the dirty tables. Our food was ready quickly. It was okay, not as good as I remembered. I tried chicken strips versus the regular chicken pieces. Next time I'll go back to pieces. While we were eating, one of the employees did come out and started cleaning. Probably wouldn't stop at this location again. Even before Covid, it was always very hit and miss if you would receive nice customer service or even a thank you. Tonight I received nothing. When I pulled up to the window, the window attendant didn't say a word to me until I was asked to pull around to wait for my food. While waiting by the front door, I got a nice glimpse of an employee wearing their mask at their chin for the entirety of my wait. 10 minutes later when I did get my food, it was the wrong order. The cashier was emptying the garbage while 2 customers were waiting to have orders taking. She was trying to tell mgr she was going outside to throw out away. When I asked if she would take our order she said she was going to through away the garbage! When I asked the manager if someone could take out order she told the cashier to "set aside" the garbage and take our order, so she did. There were NINE other employees in the back and not one of them bothered to take the garbage out for the 30 minutes we were there. The chicken was the greasiest ever! When I went up to exchange it the mgr didn't look too happy about it. She did not Ben knowledge me, I didn't not even thing she heard me, I was about to ask the cashier if she heard me then another employee just dropped another piece of chicken on the counter and ignored me as well. I went to get dinner for my family and when I got to the window the cashier name ash charged me then told me to pull up at the door that the food will be right out. I waited 20 min at the door, then I pulled back up to the window and I see the manager on her phone not once she acknowledged me. She finally came to the window 5 min later with the food. The Food was cold I try getting the managers attention and she ignored me. Ash finally came to the window. I explained to her the food was cold so she took the food and threw it in the fryer then brought it back to me and closed the window. The Food was greasy. I try calling ash back by honking, nothing. I knocked on the window several times while the manager was there. The manager walked away. I went inside and I called the manager she hid behind the line as I watched her hide. I called her once again. She finally came around. I told her I wanted to return the food because of the condition of it. She laughed at me. I asked her for her name and she gave me the other cashier's name. Not once I received an apology or anything. She laughed at me the entire time. I waited over 40 minutes for nothing. That is very unprofessional. This is a horrible place. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. She should not manage any establishment. read more

I came in for lunch. I haven't been to Kentucky Fried Chicken in ages. This was some good damn chicken. I had the little chicken sandwiches with some wedges and a biscuit. This place was nice looking too. Also, probably the cleanest KFC. The kitchen was spotless from what I can see. The service was polite and welcoming. At one point, the kid that took our orders walked around and asked everyone how everything was and if the needed anything else. Great customer service, immaculate establishment, and good food. This Kentucky Fried Chicken is where other fast food chains should try to either copy or exceed its practices. read more

I moved here 4 years ago and we keep coming back to this KFC since it's like right by our apartment, hoping the service has improved, but it never does. Our order never differs, it's always easy to understand, nothing complicated, no substitutions, and we NEVER get what we order. A mess up every now and then is understandable, nobody's perfect, I'm not going to freak out about it, but this is ridiculous. My order shouldn't always be wrong, the corrected order shouldn't be cold, and the employees shouldn't be rude about the fact they messed up. I'ven to better KFCs in backwoods towns that don't have a walmart. Colour me not impressed. Once, we ordered a large mashed potato with gravy - and all we got was two tubs of gravy. How?! And, if you go inside to correct their mistake? You have to wait for AN HOUR while the crew chats with their friends at the counter. And they will curse at you if you interrupt their catching up. I was so happy walking through the door of this KFC I have had a really tough day at work and really just didn't want to worry about dinner or cooking so I figured quick and easy let's try. The customer ahead of me was extremely upset with the cashier and were having words he walked out very upset I got the after wrath because the cashier gave me all the attitude and negative energy the last customer gave her it just seemed like everyone here needed first class lessons on customer service. Being a previous manger at a KFC years ago I know how they strive in customer service and I was so disappointed also it was a mess there were napkins all over the floors and trash misc stuff on the floors not in the lobby but behind the register visible to my view. If you like not getting what you paid for this is the perfect place for you! I bought a 3 piece tender fill up box and just got one piece with a small chicken less tender. When I brought it up to what seems to be a manager and asked if I can change it for regular piece he got mad like as if it was my fault. I haven't been here in a while and I'm reminded why I haven't.
