DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC Ordered a 20 dl fill up bucket last night , it was the worst meal I have ever had , the bucket wasn't even half full with 8 pieces of chicken greasy , small , and disgusting chicken , the potato was tasteless. Watery n disgusting the gravy was like water I love KFC. But I will never go back there every time I have the meal is disgusting , I was hopeing they had improved but it got worse , the coleslaw was bitter . For 20 dlrs I exspect a good meal to feed my kids this wouldn't have even filled 2 people ,the chicken looked like it had sat there all night n was the scraps that got left greasy ! I think the food was amazing the chicken was great the potato wedges were terrific and the mac&cheese was awesome but the staff was very hard to understand and got our Oder wrong the first time but they quickly redeemed them selfs with the amazing food! I highly recommend this outpost! read more

So we get there to order some chicken tenders for my wife and son and I. When we place our order, we ask for chicken tenders and we get, "we don't have anything". When we ask what she means, she says that they only have chicken. No apology, just a rude, unintelligent response from a disgruntled fast food worker. Imagine poor customer service. Imagine waiting 20 minutes for something because they forgot about you. Add it together and you get this KFC location. This place was horrible. We were placing our order with a nice young man when the manager(?) told him to take an order outside. We were left standing with no acknowledgment. After awhile of the manager walking around I asked f we could order. We were told sure but still with no acknowledgement. Finally we just left. Also the place was not clean so they did us a favor. We will not return. After we left we went to Popeyes which was very clean and the customer service was exceptional. And the food was also good. Much better experience. The restroom had no soap but a big sign that reminded employees to wash their hands. The dining room had not been cleaned since lunch and I came in at 4:30 pm. No clean tables, dirty floor. The front cashier was restocking instead of cleaning the dining room. Food was already prepared and sitting in warmers, not fresh, but hot. Manager on duty was bagging for drive through and walking around the back area singing when their were no drive through customers. Doesn't matter how much money is spent on those weird commercials if the restaurant isn't clean and the food isn't fresh. Won't be back. read more

Worst service. I've been to this kfc several times because I love the famous bowl and it's the only convenient location to me. Every single time I go I have to wait 15-30 mins to get my food no matter how few, of any, other customers there are. Most of the time I go, they're out of something. One time, I ordered my famous bowl and they told me they couldn't sell it because they were out of lids! About two months ago, my fiancé went, and they told him they were out of several things and when he questioned how they were out of this that and the other the girl on the drive thru speaker said well we just don't have any cooked right now and you'd have to wait... and most recently, we went through the drive thru, ordered our stuff, having to change a few things because yet again they were out, and we were missing a cookie and mashed potatoes. My fiancé went inside because there was now a line in the drive thru and they had their door locked an hour and a half before close and wouldn't let him in! They finally let him in after he chewed em out through the door and they gave us free cookies and mashed potatoes. It's disappointing because we live kfc and it's super convenient for us, but we won't be going back again. read more

Hey , great service and good quality of Chicken !!! The chicken was not dry like other KFC locations.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to! The sad thing is I really like Kentucky Fried Chicken, and would go there often, but the service is awful! This location, you always have to wait, quite awhile and they are always out of some menu items. This evening we went and they didn't have chicken pot pies. The weather has been pretty cold for this area and probably would have been a good seller, but nope, the are out! This is often the case at this location. I have seen it at lunch time too. I have witnessed employees yelling at the top of their lungs because they had to carry orders out to drive through, and picking fights with other employees running the register. I'm am terribly disappointed in this facility. If I ran this restaurant, I would fire everyone starting with management and start over. Stick to customer service and the basics of running a good company. read more

The worst chicken I have eaten in a long time. They got the order wrong. I had a coupon for 2 pieces of chicken and one side and a biscuit. They wouldn't change one piece for a wing. Said couldn't use coupon .I said ok just give me the wings regular price. They charged me 2$ more. When I got home one piece was only 1/2 of a wing. There was macaroni(which I didn't order) and the chicken was horrible. Never again.....buyer beware!! Plus the place was filthy!!!! The colonel would roll over!!!! read more

My wife and I were there Saturday 11-3-18 at 3:00pm. We ordered the baked chicken at the drive through. The chicken was so dry that it should have been thrown out, not served. We were traveling so we did not see how bad our food was until we were back on the highway and didn't want to have to return. read more

This was the most unorganized place I ever been too. They didn't acknowledge my family upon entering, and didnt take our orders until fifteen minutes after standing there for someone to come to the register. Other customers where coming in from the drive through either wanting there money back or trying to get there complete order. The employees where bickering between them selves on who should have done what and when. To top it all of the order took over fifteen minutes to receceive, The table was not clean from the previous custoner and they didn't have plates to eat out of So they gave us boxes. I've never encountered such blatant disregard for the customer experience in a Kentucky Fried Chicken. This would be embarrassing if I was the store manager. read more

This place always leaves out stuff from my order when I go through the drive thru. So today, they left out my mashed potatoes and gravy and I am usually too tired to go back, but I went back to ask for it and the bonehead behind the counter (who was the one who gave me my order at the drive thru) told me 'customers come in all the time and say stuff was left out the order' insinuating that I was lying so in one sentence he called me a liar and a thief! Maybe it was just my lucky night, but I had delicious original recipe KFC fried chicken at this location tonight. I used to love KFC, but in the past few years have despaired of ever finding a good location again. Every town where we tried yet another KFC it was overcooked, dried out, old, they were all out of whichever pieces we wanted, etc. We went to the drive-through of this little location tonight in a feeding frenzy before Christmas shopping, and the chicken was incredible - just the way I remembered it, hot and juicy and seasoned just right.
