I stopped into Timberline at DIA after what had already been a pretty rough day. I normally do not leave reviews but wanted to leave this one regarding my waitress, Arianna. From the moment she greeted me, Arianna's warmth and professionalism stood out. She was incredibly kind and attentive without hovering. Even though the airport was busy, she took the time to check in on me and make sure I had everything I needed. Her energy completely changed the tone of my day. The food was great but Arianna is what made the experience memorable. It's rare to find someone who can brighten your mood when you're stressed and exhausted, and she did exactly that. Timberline is lucky to have her. If you're passing through DIA and want something great to eat and actually feel taken care of, definitely stop by Timberline and if you're lucky enough to be served by Arianna, you'll be in great hands! read more

Tuesday October 7, 2025 My child wanted steak so we came to Timberline of course! We enjoyed our lunch and our server Darce very much. We felt so bad because we were very needy but he treated us with so much hospitality we wish we could come back and be regulars! Thank you for the great lunch! My daughter's ribeye was the star of the show her mashed potatoes and gravy were soooo delicious. We did not like the broccoli cheddar soup but we did very much enjoy the Caesar salad. The pulled pork was ok. I would not order it again though I think I would try the trout almondine next time all the yelp pics look great from the other yelpers. Very relaxing ambiance and management is very involved and all the staff is very nice to the kids. 10/10 will be back. read more

Overpriced, overly warm (AC problems) and nothing all that great. But, you're in an airport and it's a place to sit down and it's not a fast food. But you're paying more than double (WAAAAAYYYY more, if you're silly enough to order a steak) for what's essentially the sort of fast-casual food you get at a Chili's. Some staff was hustling and attentive (thank you, Armand), although there sure were a lot of other staff standing around yakking in groups of three. TL/DR: It's an acceptable airport restaurant, more expensive even in an airport than warranted by the experience. It has some nice decor, including a wall fountain by the hostess desk, extra large windows looking out where you can see the planes, a bar, TVs playing sports and plenty of dining areas. We ordered the FIRE BURGER, which comes with Queso, Roasted Green Chilies and Chipotle Aioli. It was NOT spicy at all. The green chilies were diced, maybe equivalent to one green chili!! TRUFFLE BURGER comes with Roasted Mushrooms, Brie Cheese, Organic Greens (spring mix) and Truffle Aioli. There were barely any mushrooms on the burger, which were basically just small button mushrooms. I wasn't sure they were fresh mushrooms because they were so small. Or they cooked them too long. I had to move a few of them to the front of burger so you could see them in the picture. You could not tell there was truffle in the aioli. And, there was barely any brie cheese on there. The burgers were decent. Warm NOT hot!! The fries were crispy though. Both were $22. The names of the burgers don't match them at all!! We probably won't go back. read more

I was so impressed with how quickly the food came out! Especially being at the airport you're usually pushing it for time. Fries were the best part. Delicious! My burger was pretty good. They cooked it well. I didnt like the sweet sauce on my burger though. I'm not a sweets girl. We also ordered a steak salad. They were not stingy with their steak which was great. Food at the airport is always a 50-50 shot in the dark. I have to say this time the shot in the dark turned out really good. Timberline had great service good food and I was able to watch a game while I waited for my flight. I think no, I know, these were the best chicken wings I have ever had in an airport matched with an ice cold beer and people that before my beer was empty were asking if I would like to have another one. What can you really ask for in an airport. Food that superseded expectations? Beer that has ice cold.? people that are warm and friendly? Stopped at this place randomly, this is at the airport. Their menu is PRICEY!! But I was hungry and already sat down.. took them 10-15 mins to come order my drink. Of course every place cards when you order an alcoholic drink, but they took my license to "scan it"?? Not sure if that's a Colorado thing, but I've never heard of such a thing. He took my license and walked away, came back another 5-10 mins later with my drink and my license. To me, that's not good, if you need to legit scan it, it needs to be done at the table in front of me, I don't know what you're doing with my license. My waiter was always no where to be found, I had to keep approaching the bartender or ask the people seating tables to make a request. The worst service! Denver,CO. Here we are again at DIA, looking for some dinner that just might taste good. We ended up here because I liked the word "Grille". The menu includes pricey steaks and burgers. We went with the pricey burgers which were very good but nothing at all special. The buns were thick and bready, you could probably enjoy the burger much more by simply removing the top bun. The Fireburger is puzzling. There is absolutely no fire nor is there any cheese. Skip this one. The sweet potato tots were an excellent variant of the familiar tot. A few go a long way though, quite filling. All of the waitstaff was hustling and getting everyone seated, served, and out of there in an efficient, yet friendly manner. My flight got delayed so I had time to kill and decided to get breakfast at a sit-down airport restaurant in the C concourse. Timberline offers traditional American fare and a casual atmosphere. It has a large bar and plenty of seating area. Not sure it's avoidable but I didn't care for the strong smell of booze at 7 am. I ordered the simple two egg breakfast ($15.50) and it was mediocre at best. I expected airport prices but it was poor value based on quality. Would have been better if served hot. That entree comes with two eggs cooked to order, sausage or bacon, and home fries. Serving of bacon was only two flimsy lackluster flavored pieces. Potatoes lacked seasoning and were hard and chewy as a result of being cooled. Service could also be improved upon. Host was friendly and speedy. Server was generally friendly but somewhat missing in action once I received my food. Staff who delivered food were especially lackadaisical and traipsed around with no purpose- probably why food was not served hot and fresh. OMG! I don't believe I have ever raved about an airport restaurant, but this here spot! A friend and I were waiting on our flights and he suggested the truffle burger, he swears by it ... I decided to try the shrimp and grits and I'm glad I did! The blacken seasoning on shrimp was spicier than I anticipated, which in this case was a good thing! The grits and a buttery, chessy favor and the bite sized chunks of bacon was so good! The one and only thing that kinda threw me off was the BBQ sauce drizzle ... that added an unnecessary dimension to the favor profit. We were seated in this busy restaurant and our waiter Armand came by pretty quickly. I ordered the Pub Burger and I really enjoyed it. The Pub sauce made this burger plus the bacon, the swiss cheese and stout onions made enhanced it. I ordered an upgraded side which was a side salad ($3) in addition. No complaints. A great place to stop at Denver Airport! Our server Sean was fantastic! He was attentive and very patient with us. We had two kids that were exhausted from traveling and he was very understanding. He gave great suggestions and made sure we were well taken care of. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. Did not have a good experience here at all. Came in on a Sunday afternoon (2:29 p.m. to be exact.) I was seated immediately by a friendly hostess. A little wait later, my waitress offered a drink. I opted for water. I ordered a burger with Swiss cheese and a side salad. While waiting, I started reading and didn't realize how long it had been. I was out of water, and no side salad had come. I also noticed two new parties that came in well after I did (I was seated when other parties were at those same tables and had finished their food) & were eating their burgers! When I searched for my waitress, she was delivering wine to one of those tables. She saw me and came over and asked if I wanted more water and then said, "I'll check on your burger." At this point, I had been sitting for 40 minutes! When she returned with my side salad, she said. "Oh, I guess the kitchen got backed up." I then let her know about the two newly seated parties that had their food (and were practically already finished) and she exclaimed, "Do you mean the little boy with the side of fries?!" I said, "No, I'm referring to the table in back of you." Shortly after, manager "Adia" comes to my table "to make sure everything is good." I let Adia know that it was not and that I would appreciate the honesty if my order never made it to the kitchen, to which she assured me it had. She tried further explaining that it's "because burgers take longer," but I knew at that very moment, she was making excuses (a No No in customer service.) I then let her know about the two tables receiving burgers and that they weren't even at the restaurant when I ordered. During our conversation, a different waitress comes to my table and drops off a burger. Problem was, it was NOT MY BURGER. It was a bacon burger (I didn't order bacon on my burger, never do!) Also, the burger had zero cheese (I ordered Swiss!) At this point, I'm so frustrated because 1. I'm hungry; and 2. I have a plane to catch (like everyone else there!) I asked for the manager and asked for my check. I told her about the burger not being mine. She said she would take care of the check. What I would have liked, is if she apologized, and asked me if I had the time, could they please make it right and make me a fresh & correct burger right then and there with ZERO charge to me. That is what a great manager does! I obviously eat out a lot (Yelp Elite, here) and I obviously know that sometimes mistakes happen (human nature), but when a manager can't be honest or manage her kitchen and staff, that's a huge problem in the hospitality business.
