Very dirty restaurant. Don't have any plates for your food when eating inside. Tables were all very dirty. How do you eat a chicken dinner and sides with no plates or utensils? When I asked Michael (the very rude and hateful manager) he didn't want to give us any. Then when my order was wrong. I ask again to get what I actually ordered. And he got a big attitude with me, shoved the receipt he had in my face and made a big scene. I just wanted what I paid for and a clean place to eat. MICHAEL (the manager) ruined that experience. Today we had a party of 5 at this KFC location. JESUS, the person in charge, refused to give us to-go boxes for our leftovers. After spending 65 dollars on our food. I needed to kill two birds with one stone by picking up dinner for my family and using a restroom so I stopped in. There were no consumers in the restaurant get the trash cans were filled to the brim. I thought that was odd. I also noticed in the restroom that toilets won't flush to him there was no picking up that had been done probably all day. This made me question getting food from there. I will also think before I return about the possibility of going elsewhere before I would go there. Tonight 1/8 I stopped by KFC Fort Payne Alabama. Well I ordered 20 fill up and extra Mac and cheese. Received my order and they put the Gravy on top of the chicken. Handed it to me and the 2 girls left. So I waited about 3 more minutes and another girl finally said can I help you and came to the counter I asked her please put the gravy in a bag as it will fall out in my truck please she did so and then I had to ask her by the way can I have my receipt please as the other girl did not. She went over to the register and handed it to me i departed. Got home and opened the chicken and what I found was unsatisfactory both legs and wings were a disaster and basically had no meat on them. Wife was very upset. As was i when she showed me. I ordered a $30 fill up online and paid. I received a message saying when my order was ready, and directing me to park and someone would bring out my order. I sat for twenty minutes past the time it said my order would be done by. Went to the door, the employee assured me my order would be out shortly. I waited twenty more minutes, went back to the door (it was locked) and I stood and knocked for about five minutes while watching four employees snicker and laugh, while refusing to come to the door. I left. My husband went back and went through the drive-thru asking about our order. One of the employees said I was supposed to pick up my order through the drive-thru. The notification from the website and an employee said for me to park. I also watched two other cars have their order brought out to them. They finally give my husband our food, and when we got it home (over an hour past when we were supposed to receive it) the gravy for the potatoes were missing and we received none of the sauce I'd requested in the online order. read more

I went to this location once, and I won't be back. My husband and I ordered one of the assorted buckets, but when we pulled up to the drive thru, the attendant told us they didn't have ANY legs left for us! It was a week day at dinner time--how do you run out of legs???? Anyhow, they ended up giving us these small wings in place of the legs. They were DEFINITELY not comparable to the legs. So, we ended up paying for a lot more than we actually received. So disappointing. read more

I am not a big fan of chicken in general, but I love chicken livers. I have yet to find chicken livers anywhere that can beat KFC chicken livers. That also goes for KFC coleslaw. When I do eat KFC original chicken it definitely has a unique flavor and very good as far as chicken goes. I have never had anything but excellent food and excellent service anytime morning or night at the Fort Payne KFC. I have been buying take out at the Fort Payne KFC since the store opened. read more

The entire staff for as long as I can remember has consisted of 15-18 year olds who care as much about you and your food as you could imagine teenagers would. I would not go after 4pm. Kept getting crispy instead original. Very dry. Tonight after waiting nearly 30 min was told by Vanessa I didn't order anything. Produced my receipt and was given what I thought was my order with 2 extra pieces for 40 minutes of my time. Got home and it was their leftover pieces,not what I ordered or eat, one piece was so dry I fed it to the dog,he took it and my other piece and buried them. Pretty bad when a dog can't eat it.
