Went to get the new plant based nuggets for my husband as he was very excited to taste the new beyond nuggets.They are really expensive $14.99 for 12 nuggets. I got my order it was wrong only 10 nuggets in the box and no fries. The manager on duty was rude as I told her that the order was incorrect. She stated that I'm the only one that ordered the plant based nuggets in her shift. My order was almost $20. We had the food and nuggets and fries were stale and DRY like a shoe sole as they were fried hours ago. I had to dump the food out in the forest. Skip this KFC. There's a ton of better places to eat very close. I'd even rather eat at a Chick-Fil-A than here. I've tried this location three times, and am never going back. For one thing, the staff is very rude - if and when they even pay any attention to you at all, that is. On three occasions I went in the person taking my order was either talking on the phone, screaming at someone in the back in Spanish, or complaining about their life - or a combination of all three. In addition, the place is just filthy and disgusting. Piles of rotting garbage sit out behind the back door (where it looked like half the kitchen staff was having a smoke break) and the windows, floors and tables look like it was last cleaned sometime when Carter was President. Good luck finding a booth that doesn't have holes in the seats or a table that sits true and doesn't wobble. Thank God they don't serve hot food, because if they did and you put your tray down it's very liable to end up in your lap. Stay away. Stay FAR AWAY. read more

We have recently moved to the area and were running errands. We stopped at KFC and it is the cleanest fast food restaurant. The chicken and sides were delicious and we noticed a gentleman cleaning, taking orders and was friendly to everyone, he was so pleasant and made our dinner that much more enjoyable. We were back in the area and decided to stop again. The food and service were great! To be fair on the old reviews, it could have been under new or different management. We plan on stopping anytime we are in Hendersonville. read more

Since KFC changed their recipe for fried chicken to be PC two years or so ago, I've not visited until a recent social group get-together. The chicken was't horrible, but nowhere near to how good it once was. An American tradition lost. Sad. read more

My family stopped to eat at this 4 Seasons location of KFC. I ran in just to take a look at their buffet bar & selection. As soon as I walked in, the smell from something stunk very bad. Used the drive through window at 7:30 pm today at 1903 Four Seasons Blvd in Hendersonville NC. Ordered 2 $5.00 Fill Ups. For $2.00 more I added a side of slaw to each Fillup. The plates came with biscuit, mashed potatoes and gravy. These sides were delicious and of satisfactory potion. For meat one plate had 3 chicken tenders and the other had a leg and a thigh. Though tasty the meat portions were very small. Frankly I didn't know you could have such small parts unless you used a Cornish hen or a week old chick. There use to be a great buffet at this location before it was discontinued. Now it seems that a reasonable meat entree size has been discontinued. I'll be discontinuing any future business with this KFC until something changes here. On occasion I'm in Asheville and eat at the KFC on Patton Ave. That place is a 5 Star Restaurant with 5 Star portions, both chicken and sides. The chicken there, in Asheville, is easily twice the size of the meat called chicken in Hendersonville. Lucky there is a Bojangles across from the KFC in Hendersonville. Sad to say that this KFC doesn't seem to be making any effort to get better. It is only so so, and the service has not improved. It is sometimes very slow and sometimes confusing, and so far we have not had our order done correctly. We tried it two times and one time on take out did not get the correct type of chicken, and when we tried the buffet, the person taking the order added two drinks to our order without asking if we wanted the drinks. I probably would have taken them if he had asked, but since he didn't I made them take them off. Don't know why they can't get this KFC in better shape.
