The service here is great and the meal is fast, the food is delicious, and the scenery is beautiful and funny.

My experience was great here, hot and fresh food from a friendly staff in a super clean restaurant. I really enjoyed everything more than I even anticipated. Ugh. Went through the drive through tonight an hour before closing. Horrible. Got the $20 fill up original recipe. They advised they were short a thigh and drumstick. Asked if they could substitute with extra crispy on the 2 pieces - I said fine, no problem. Got home. 2 pieces were original, a breast & a thigh. The remaining 6 pieces were extra crispy - not what was ordered. Coleslaw MISSING. Been calling to ask on this issue- phone has been busy for last 40minutes. Ridiculous. read more

BEWARE of this location like it has the PLAGUE This is the second time that I have been to this particular KFC in the last month. Both times I had to ask for my sales receipt from the same person at the window. Asked for a 3 piece grilled with potato wedges and slaw and a 2 piece original with potato wedges and slaw, No drinks on either meal. I got mashed potatoes on both. We don't care for your M.P. On the 2 piece I was charged an extra $2.29 for P.W. (didn't get them) and got no slaw. On the 3 piece I got M.P. and slaw and was charged extra $1.00 for the slaw. We were supposedly charged for both the drinks according to the receipt without getting them. I have been in customer service for a number of years and during any type of training it was always explained that its costs less to keep a satisfied customer then to get a dis-satisfied one back. There are so many other fast food chicken chains to choose from. Don't waste your money at this one. read more

I ordered four of your fill ups. At the drive thru window I was given my four drinks and asked to drive up and park as the ordered would be just a minute. After 28 minutes an employee brought me half the ordered. I asked for the rest of the order so she went back inside to get it. After five minutes I walked in to get the rest of my order. After a few minutes the same young lady asked me what ckicken was missing from my order? I told her two of the fill ups were missing. After a few more minutes she asked me to go to my car and get the chicken so she could see what was missing. I went out and returned with what I had been given. She then told me it would just a few more minutes for the rest of my order. I then asked for a refund. She went to talk to another employee and then told me she could not give me a refund as a manager would have to do it. She then told me the manager left and she did not know where he went or when he would return. She then repeated that it would just be a few more minutes for my order. I asked her if she would enjoy the watered down drinks and cold food that I was given? I again asked for a refund. She said she no one there knew how to process the refund. I then asked for my receipt and left with nothing about 38 minutes after I first ordered per the time stamp of the receipt. I then drove to Chicken Express and received a similar order in three minutes from start to finish. read more

Stay away. 3 consecutive visits were a disaster. First they said they didn't have my order, second 1/2 my order was handed to me so I had to go back, third was the worst. I drove up and was told they didn't have my order even though I showed them my email confirmation. They told me to pull forward while they fixed it. 3 minutes later they handed me a bag. I quickly checked and the right amount of chicken was there. When I got home it turns out the chicken was cold on the inside and seemed to be old. Tasted like cardboard. We suspected the chicken was in their metal boxes and given to us. The staff was rude and acted like it was my fault. My advice is STAY AWAY. I tried contacting KFC twice and never heard back. I love this place they are very helpful when it comes to certain orders since I have certain things I can't eat they were awesome about putting things on the side or taking them completely off even though it was a really absurd order. The good thing about it was they didn't mess anything up so me having to drive out to Highland Village from Lake Dallas is always worth the drive for me. read more

I had a great experience at this location today. My mother in law and I ordered 3 piece meals with 2 sides and drinks. Everything tasted great, I don't understand the bad reviews. The chicken was crispy and juicy, love their mashed potatoes and gravy and dipping the biscuit in the gravy. KFC is the only place I can get good coleslaw now (unless I make it myself). I've been frequenting this KFC lately because Chick-fil-A stopped selling coleslaw. They are no longer an option for me. Plus they are closed today because it is Sunday - strange business practices but it's their loss. I always go inside to get the food instead of the drivethru. maybe that makes a difference? Well Golden Chick wins. We went to this KFC location because they also offer a grilled chicken option. We get home and the $20 fill up meal was full of dried out pieces of grilled parts. No breast meat at all. Horrible.. .inedible. The one side of mashed potatoes actually melted through the Styrofoam container, so when I pulled it out of the bag it went everywhere. We should have known better....this isn't our first bad experience at this location, but it will definitely be our last!! read more

Fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Simple menu and all American right? We have tried this location 2X in last 8 months and the one on cross timbers. Both a HUGE disappointment. Ordered mash and got mac and cheese. No apologies. She put the mac back on warmer and gave us mash. What? We had already driven away and could have done something to mac. Food was not fresh. The worst chicken I've ever tried to eat. Placed my order at 5:40 pm and was told they only had 1 original recipe breast and no thighs. I should've driven off, but I didn't. I brought the chicken home and realized it had been cooked several hours before I purchased it. Dried out and not worth eating. My dogs thank you for a bad chicken meal. This is the second time I've experienced this result from your establishment. I will never purchase anything from your store again. I have never been to KFC in my life before this visit and now I know why. My son wanted chicken and against my better judgement I let him pick KFC. I passed up Chicken Express on the way there and foolishly didn't stop there. Got the family meal with chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuits. Went there with a buddy to get some food at 2pm in the afternoon on a friday (Lunch-time). we drove up and asked for a 6 piece chicken tender and a large sweet tea. The lady then said "a 3 piece?" my friend promptly said no a 6 piece and she then proceeded to tell us they only have 5.....REALLY?! My friend said fine the 3 piece will do. The lady then repeated the order to us as a 3 piece chicken tender and large tea. (This is also a Taco Bell combo resteraunt) Came to drive Thru- Lady asked for order. Told her I wanted the 2 Chalupa combo with steak. 120 seconds later she said "Do you want chicken, beef or steak?". I said "I just told you, I wanted steak". 60 seconds later, And what drink would you like? Told her a Slice. 2 min later (again), I'm sorry, What drink was that? Told her again. (keep in mind i'm now sitting at the speaker for over 5 min to place my order). Finally get to window. She takes my money and ask me to pull up and she will bring it to me. The receipt says 3:55pm. At 4:05, with my engine still running and burning gas, I went in to get a refund as I now DONT HAVE TIME to eat lunch, had to get back to work. Told the manager (who I think was an employee (based on the uniform) who said he was a manager, gave refund and told them to keep the food. Bottom line... DO NOT ASK ME FOR MY ORDER AND THEN IGNORE ME. TWICE!. If you employee is busy, ask me to please wait when you ask for my order, I EXPECT to have the undivided attention of the order taker. And after all of that, it takes over 10 minutes to get 2 Tacos and a drink???? (Total time from entering the parking lot to time I leave was about 20 minutes). AND that was the drive-thru.
