    Can't believe it happened again. Sent my hubby to pick up dinner cause I just had back surgery. He order and brought it home. First off, his 5 piece chicken tenders end up being only 3. I called Cesar(manager) to tell him but I didn't know as of yet that and like a good husband he ordered dessert ( 2 of the little cake ) that did NOT make it in the bag. Guess from now on I will drive almost 26 miles out if I want good food and good service to be combined at a Kentucky Fried Chicken

    I rarely leave reviews but I've been coming here all my life and for some reason today the service was extremely rude and aside from that the food was a rip off. Ordered a simple famous bowl and when I open it I'm shocked to see ONLY 5 pieces of chicken which is outrageous for the price and considering how much was in it before and all the times I've gone . Ordered small fries which was my mistake and I litterly got half of the small carton of fries . Worst experience I've had in so long hope this goes under new management or something.

    First visit review: I'm sorry to see all the low reviews! Based on my my first visit experience I am compelled to give it a 5 star review. Below are the reasons: 1) Customer Service - Frida was fast friendly and professional. Our order (12 piece chicken family meal with 3 sides) was ready in 3mins 3secs. We came here for dinner at 4:15pm. 2) Quality of food- it was consistently good. Our fried chicken was done the KFC way - the hard way, made with hands. Our side orders were good too. Everything was delicious as we expected it to be. 3) Cleanliness of restaurant - no problems here. Clean chairs, tables and floors and restrooms! We shall return for round two!

    This place never has complete order I wanted half original and other half crispy waited 40 min on line just so they can say they don't have extra crispy and no thighs they need to get it together.

    I'm done with Hollister KFC chicken was so dry we threw it away lived for years in Monterey and KFC in Monterey so so much better my parents live in Reading we go to KFC all the time when we go up it's so much better you just get dry and tasteless chicken in Hollister

    No mayo or pickles, please....

    My letter to their website for complaints: I pulled up at 9:10 pm, Sunday, July 30, 2017. The door to the lobby was locked, so I went to the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me. 10 minutes later the car in front of me tried to order but I could hear them telling her they were out of chicken. She did not place an order. I got to the window and ordered a 2 piece, extra crispy dark meat meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese as my sides and was informed they only had 2 original recipe thighs left. I said fine and continued with my order. I then ordered 2 chicken littles with NO mayo and extra pickles ON THE SIDE and a small side of potato wedges. The boy taking my order told me my total and I SPECIFICALLY asked if he got the mac & cheese side (because I've been shorted that item in the past) and he said yes, he did. I also asked if he noted that I DID NOT want mayo on the chicken littles and that there would be extra pickles, all on the side. The boy again said yes. 10 minutes later I pulled up to the window to get my food. *PLEASE NOTE* that all of this time was for ONE CAR ahead of me due to the lady in front of me leaving due to NO CHICKEN that she yelled out her window (hahahahaha!!!!) as she drove away. Once I was at the window I asked the boy what time they closed. He replied 10:00. So I asked what time the lobby closed and he said 9:30. I was obviously confused as I had tried to enter the lobby at 9:10 but it was locked. The boy stated that they were running out of chicken so they just decided to lock the doors. He did say they "could" make more chicken, but that would take 20 minutes. What I saw through the window was they had all of the warmers shut down and they were mopping the lobby. Looked more to me like they wanted to leave at 10:00 INSTEAD of doing the closing work AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!! So now he takes my debit card and goes back to the first window to cash out my order but does not bring me a receipt, nor did he ask me if I wanted one. Then a different boy brings me my food so I asked him if there were extra pickles and if they were all on the side and no mayo was on the chicken littles. I also asked if I got the mac & cheese. He said yes to everything. I then asked where my receipt was, so he went back to the other boy who had to reprint it because he just took it upon himself to throw it away. I AM SOOOO GLAD I ASKED FOR IT!!!!!!!! Finally after being in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes, I went home with my order. When I got home there was NO mac & cheese, it was all barely luke warm (microwaved potato wedges are DISGUSTING, by the way) and I'll let my pictures (could not upload pics to Yelp) say the rest for me (yep, there were pickles AND MAYO on my chicken littles!!!). When I looked at the receipt, it was obvious the boys had just flat out lied through their teeth... SERIOUSLY???? I can honestly say, I will never return to this location, EVER!! And I WILL be posting this review on Yelp. Thank you for reading about my experience at your joke of a "restaurant". Sincerely, Laura Munoz P.S. From the moment we arrived, Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Not only did she check on us regularly, but she also noticed our puppies and brought out a bowl of water for them without us even asking. Cynthia deserves special recognition for making both her human and four-legged guests feel welcome! That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated! We started with the calamari appetizer, which was absolutely delicious--perfectly crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. My husband ordered the Blue Cheese Crab Sandwich and loved every bite. I enjoyed the clam chowder along with the fish special, and both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The combination of fantastic food, a welcoming atmosphere, and Cynthia's exceptional hospitality made for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Catch 25 to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service in Hollister!

They had a full house. Our food came out (we sat outside) it wasn't very warm and I didn't feel the portion for price was what I had expected. Clam chowder was pretty good! Forgot to take a photo it was a little chaotic with a baby!
