I came to this KFC and when I pull up to the drive thru they ask what would I like to order. I ask for a family fill up and they tell me that it's a 40-45 min wait because they are out of chicken. This happened to me last Sunday around the same time. I ask for a corporate number and they said that they can't give it to me. I asked for to speak to a manager and she said that he is not there & they can't give me his number. How is it possible that they are out of chicken and they are still open. How is it possible that this is the 2nd time this happened to me on the same day around the same time. This is very unprofessional! Who is in charge of this store? What kind of management & employees do you guys have working there? Why can they not give me a corporate number? I would of gave no stars but I had to give them one! Dining room still closed, went to drive through. Told operator that the sign was not lit up, actually one of the panels was burned out. She said it was on a timer. Anyway told her I couldn't read the menu but wanted 3 piece dark meat. She asked what drink, told her Diet Coke or Pepsi. Drove to the window. She was busy for about 5 minutes before she opened window. Asked what we ordered? We told her she said we hadn't ordered. She had the order ready for the car behind. I reminded her of the conversation and she remembered but said we had to drive around and order again. I told her No, we would wait right there for our order. I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager. She called someone and came back and said we were harassing her. We finally just drove away. This is not the way to treat customers. There's nothing wrong with the food. But the people that work there are kinda lazy. I ordered my food and I literally waited 20 mins the food to come out. While I was waiting I had to ask someone to wipe down a table because every table there was dirty. It looked like the workers weren't doing anything either and it wasn't busy at all. Then the cashier wiped down all the table but forgot to wiped down the trash area and forgot to sweep what she wiped off the tables. We were the first ones in after the opened and all of the employees were just hanging out at the tables. There would be nothing wrong with that if the place wasn't absolutely filthy. The floors and tables were all covered in crumbs and drink spills. I went to use the bathroom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days and there was zero paper towels. I noticed when we walked in too that there was a bunch of chicken stored in glass containers which made me weary that maybe it wasn't all that fresh. This particular KFC has two things guaranteed: 1) they will mess up your order 2) promotional signage will remain up though they no longer serve the items. This was okay. Not great. Place could be cleaner and neater, like someone coming around to wipe up tables. But then, maybe other people are slobs or something. The soda fountain area was an awful mess. The guy who took our order had a hard time with it and got it confused, but we did end up getting what we wanted, after some exchanging of things between us. This was our priciest meal for our vacation, but at this point, we didn't want McDonald's and we just wanted some food and get home.
