Not impressed. Will not be returning to this location. I placed a mobile order. And I did not get the "offer" after I paid. I was hoping the store will be able to assist. They were super busy when I walked in. Everyone was all over the place, including the waiting customers. Very chaotic. I waited for my turn to tell them what happened to my mobile order. Instead of offering to help or offer some guidance, I was told " we are too busy to fix your problem. Call corporate." Seriously? I was in a hurry so I just ignored how I was being treated. They messed up a lot of orders so they had to keep fixing it. One of the customer was throwing the f bomb because he was frustrated with the front house staff. It took awhile for me to finally get my food. I did contact corporate and was able to receive a credit on future orders. However, I will not be returning to this location based of how the manager was treating me and everyone else.

I had become accustomed to poor service during visits to previous Popeyes locations, but this new location was running pretty well during my opening week dine-in lunch visit. The three-finger combo ($6.99 with online coupon) included three tenders (classic or spicy), choice of side, biscuit and a drink, making it a good value. I liked the good variety of sides including the flavorful, relatively healthy red beans & rice. The tenders were okay, the side of rice & beans was good, and the biscuit was warm and fresh. The combo was served at the counter immediately by a pleasant, helpful, management level employee. I found the dining area to be clean and new with background music. They also offered two drive-thru lanes outside. I liked the good specials and the okay to good fast food, so I'm going with four stars.

This location has been here for awhile. I decided to stop in and check it out. Fun bright colors inside. It was a late lunch/ early dinner time so not too many people inside. On the menu they have chicken sandwiches, chicken by the pieces, sides and dessert. I opted for their original sandwich meal that comes with fries and a drink. Cost about $10. It didn't take too long for the food to come out and I was ready to go. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich. The bun spread with their mayonnaise sauce, top with pickle slices, then the spicy battered fried chicken golden red in color. Fries were golden in color with light batter. Both were really good with flavors that is inferential then the other chain restaurant. I am giving the 4-stars for overall experience, the food, cleanliness of the place, courtesy staffs and fast service.

The quality and variety of the food is EXCEPTIONAL. I never thought I would taste such perfectly authentic chicken and Korean cuisine once I returned to Kansas. I'm delighted to have found this treasure. The owner and his family put their hearts and souls into making sure you will have a wonderful experience. Whether you're coming in to pick up a take out order or stopping in for dinner, they are always attentive and service is prompt. A great place for a fun dinner date or to hang out for beers and watch your favorite sports. If I could give six stars, I would.

Portions were generous -- this isn't a place where you leave hungry. What caught me off guard was the salad. It came out genuinely crisp, not the wilted afterthought you get at most fried chicken spots, and they layer it right under the chicken so the greens stay fresh while the chicken sits on top. Small touch, but it says a lot about how much attention they're paying. Fries were double-fried and it shows -- shatter-crisp on the outside, still soft inside, finished with parm and herbs and a strong dipping sauce lineup. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. I'll be back.

The service is great. Upon entering, you're greeted kindly and told to sit wherever you'd like. Once sat, we are approached by our server which is also kind and friendly. We haven't had a single bad experience with any of the staff here. Their happy hour is phenomenal. I typically will get Vodka Wells, and during their happy hour, Wells are $3. This has without a doubt been the lowest price for Wells out of everywhere I've been. On top of that, the drinks are strong, so you will likely be very pleased with the happy hour amongst the other menu options available during this time. I've had several food items here to include Fried Pickles, Fried Mushrooms, Wings, Chicken Tenders, and Sliders. My absolute favorite out of these are the Wings. Our friends recommend we get them Charred which was an absolute game changer. These wings are crunchy, juicy, tender, and flavorful and when paired with a sauce of your choosing, it's a blissful experience. Overall, I truly enjoy Mr. P'z and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend everyone to come here and try out the different menu options.

My main complaint was after getting the check for a $350 bill, a credit card fee of 3% was added. We also went with the ONION RING TOWER which consists of onion rings served with ranch or Cajun horseradish dipping sauce. The Cajun is the way to go. Next we the wings, which have a wide variety of sauce options, we went with, MANGO HABANERO which is a very Tangy-sweet with a habanero heat, and the HELL'S FURY which is enough ghost peppers to blow your top. Flaming hot to say the least and not for the faint of heart. I selected the JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE Burger, which is a prime Wagyu beef patty topped with jalapeño cream cheese spread, peppered bacon, and pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun. It was moist cooked just right with a light sear. Perfection. My wife opted for the SICKIES BURGER which is a burger topped with Peppered bacon, fried egg, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and American cheese, topped with onion rings and a splash of hot sauce. We conclude with one of their shakes, and they have several options to choose from, Banana, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Coffee, Oreo®, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Vanilla. I went with the Raspberry and my wife sent with the Oreo. Both were very filling. The staff is very accommodating and attentive that matched with a 1950s dinner vibe, it is a relaxing welcoming environment and this both enjoyable and comfortable. If you are thur the area you are sure to come away full. Highly recommend this place, it will not disappoint.

I went with the Chicken Philly with jalapeños, grilled onions, and pepper jack cheese. It was tasty, just nothing to write home about. I won't knock them for the curly fries losing crispness during delivery--that's just the nature of takeout, and five minutes in the air fryer brought them right back to life. The real star of the meal, hands down, was the mac and cheese. The photo honestly doesn't do it justice. The pasta had the perfect bite, and the cheese sauce was rich, creamy, and decadent. (I wouldn't bathe in it, but it was pretty dang good!) All in all, a solid dinner. Next round I'll definitely order the wings to see what the hype is about.
