Needed to appease my fried chicken craving so we stopped by here on the way home. You know what you're gonna get when you order a Popeyes, hot chicken, mashed potatoes with a slightly spicy gravy and buttery biscuits. We noticed a sign that had a nine piece family meal with one large side and four biscuits that was quite a bit cheaper than the eight piece signature family meal. My suggestion is to make sure that you look at the signs in the building to see if there is a special that is cheaper than their typical menu items. read more

I like Popeyes. The chicken is usually tender and flavorful, and this location did not disappoint, as far as flavor. However, I was disappointed by the fact that I was here at 11:45 am on a Friday and they were out of those delicious fries. So, I settled on the coleslaw which was fine. I also ordered and was charged for their limited time Fried Pickles. It wasn't until our order was on the tray that I was told that they didn't have Fried Pickles. Why ring them up if they weren't available? They offered me something else, and as there wasn't anything else I wanted, I asked for a refund. I had to wait on a manager, but did receive a refund. We went through the drive-through this evening and the young kid who was working in the drive-through apparently hates his job. We were deciding on what we wanted and finally after about five minutes the kid asked if we know what we want. That's the only reading we got. And I completely admit that I took way too long to decide what I wanted. I needed another two or three minutes. At that point, the kid just says hello. My husband got some chicken tenders. I ordered a large fries and I asked for them to be crispy. He did not repeat the order and there was a silence why he tried to figure out our total. When we reached the window to pick up our food. My husband asked i the fries, be crisp. The kids said nothing and simply handed us a bag. Now the fries were only hot, but they were not crisp and a kid is an apparent asshole who hates his job. It's sad to say, cause I really like other Popeyes locations that the food here i always disappoints. We've probably only been to this location four times since they've been opened and I I don't anticipate returning anytime soon. read more

Had never tried Popeyes chicken so we went for lunch today. I had seen an advertisement for their Surf and tender meal. Four shrimp, two tenders, biscuit and a drink plus a side. We chose the macaroni and cheese. The shrimp and chicken were very good. The entire meal was yummy! Service was fast and the place was very clean. Tried ordering again tonight, at least this time they contacted me and told me they don't offer shrimp anymore, or any other seafood to substitute it with. This location has been here for awhile. I decided to stop in and check it out. Fun bright colors inside. It was a late lunch/ early dinner time so not too many people inside. On the menu they have chicken sandwiches, chicken by the pieces, sides and dessert. I opted for their original sandwich meal that comes with fries and a drink. Cost about $10. It didn't take too long for the food to come out and I was ready to go. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich. The bun spread with their mayonnaise sauce, top with pickle slices, then the spicy battered fried chicken golden red in color. Fries were golden in color with light batter. Both were really good with flavors that is inferential then the other chain restaurant. I am giving the 4-stars for overall experience, the food, cleanliness of the place, courtesy staffs and fast service. read more

I had become accustomed to poor service during visits to previous Popeyes locations, but this new location was running pretty well during my opening week dine-in lunch visit. The three-finger combo ($6.99 with online coupon) included three tenders (classic or spicy), choice of side, biscuit and a drink, making it a good value. I liked the good variety of sides including the flavorful, relatively healthy red beans & rice. The tenders were okay, the side of rice & beans was good, and the biscuit was warm and fresh. The combo was served at the counter immediately by a pleasant, helpful, management level employee. I found the dining area to be clean and new with background music. They also offered two drive-thru lanes outside. I liked the good specials and the okay to good fast food, so I'm going with four stars. read more

Not impressed. Will not be returning to this location. I placed a mobile order. And I did not get the "offer" after I paid. I was hoping the store will be able to assist. They were super busy when I walked in. Everyone was all over the place, including the waiting customers. Very chaotic. I waited for my turn to tell them what happened to my mobile order. Instead of offering to help or offer some guidance, I was told " we are too busy to fix your problem. Call corporate." Seriously? I was in a hurry so I just ignored how I was being treated. They messed up a lot of orders so they had to keep fixing it. One of the customer was throwing the f bomb because he was frustrated with the front house staff. It took awhile for me to finally get my food. I did contact corporate and was able to receive a credit on future orders. However, I will not be returning to this location based of how the manager was treating me and everyone else. read more

The food is great! But, this location doesn't believe in customer service. I had a coupon I received through the Popeyes app for a 5 piece chicken with 2 sides. It clearly states to order in person if you want any customization. I only eat dark meat so I went inside to present the coupon and customize the order. I was told I could not get all dark meat. That I had to take two pieces of white meat. I told them I don't eat white meat. I only want dark certainly, you can make an exception. They said no. Grudgingly, I went ahead with the purchase And took my five piece meal home and had to throw away two pieces that I can't eat. They said that the coupon does not allow them for any substitutions or customization, which is a load of crap because at the same time my girlfriend was at a different location and they granted her request for all white meat because she will not eat dark meat. Anyway, I'll just go to Kentucky Fried chicken from now on because they will do it the way I like it. Don't go to this location because they don't believe in customer service. read more

Why would I talk about ambience when I couldn't get food to be able to sit down anyway. I've been to this location twice since it's opened. First one was a drive-through experience and got a chicken sandwich. The chicken was stringy and dry. This time, my wife and I felt we would just get some spicy chicken legs and breast. After taking our order we were informed they had no legs. No spicy legs, no regular legs. I don't know where they're breeding chicken but I know chickens are supposed to have legs. When I asked for my refund, they were not too pleased. Certainly would've made sense to let me know those details before I ordered. read more

We love Popeyes, but the customer service has really gone downhill. We placed an order online for three meals. I had reward points to cover one meal, but the app said this location wasn't allowing points to be used. When we went to pick the order up, they were out of two items, we were missing a meal, all of our biscuits, and the other two meals were thrown together in one box. When we pointed out what we were missing, they told us we were wrong and that all the chicken was in one box (which it wasn't). They finally gave us the third missing meal, but then we had to walk in to the restaurant to get our missing biscuits, which were handed to us wrapped in a piece of paper instead of being put in the appropriate food container. This place is usually a disappointment, but this is probably the last time we'll be coming to this one. I've honestly never been to a Popeyes with this much lack of care. Wings were dry and it seems like they added a teaspoon of sauce. It looks like they just grabbed a children's handful of the fries for a large size. The soda machine probably hasn't been worked on in ages because it tasted disgusting. Of course they forgot the side sauces. Mobile orders are usually a hit and miss with a lot of places but this was just laughably bad. Don't recommend wasting your money here, cuz they will let you down. read more

Usually don't rate fast food restaurants but today is the exception. Got lunch from this location today & hands down the best experience I've ever had at a Popeyes. Was acknowledged when I walked in the door. The gentleman who my order was extremely nice and friendly. Food was hot, fresh and correct. Usually they stingy with the sauce, here they gave me extra with a smile. The inside was cleaned and they appeared fully staffed. Definitely my go to location for Popeyes going forward. read more

Did a mobile order yesterday for 8pc spicy meal which offered free 6 pcs wings & apple pie. Placed it at 4:40pm & received my confirmation email. Drive up after work to pick up through the drive thru but was told they don't have my order. Employee asked if I might have received a cancellation email to which I checked & did not. After going back & forth I was told to drive to the window. The female employee asked me many question from the cancellation email to maybe indicating for a pickup at a certain time. Unfortunately the app did not give me that option. Finally after 5 mins or so she told me to pull up after taking a picture of my order from my email so they can start on my order & get it to me. Im not sure why my order was not received into their database from the app but Popeyes might need to look into this issue. The employees were nice about it but I sure did feel like I was the dumb one or something. Anyone else think about using mobile order might need to call to confirm they got it before driving up there. This is the WORST Popeye's location I have ever been to. The employees are incrediblely rude and there's always something wrong with my order. I had a reward for a free meal and after trying to order it on the app for pick up 5 different times it was cancelled by this specific store each time. I decided to just go to the store physically and use my coupon that way but I was told they didn't have scanners so I couldn't use my coupon. Absolutely unacceptable and a straight up lie. When I went to a different location the next day I had no problem placing the order and using my coupon.
