Food: I had the Big Star Chicken Sandwich which was big, meaty, and tasty. The bread for the buns was light and airy. The breading on the chicken was well spiced and adhered to the Brest meat well leaving the meat moist and juicy. The elote bowl was a cold prepared grilled corn with a combo of herbs, cheese, and lime juice that made it very tasty. The chicken tenders were also well prepared like the sandwich but treated the tender cut just as juicy well. The sauces are a nice accompaniment to the food. The fries are "bag fries" but are still well prepared and not over-saturated with oil during the fry. Sodas were from Alameda Soda Company and had the Hangar 25 cola and Old Fountain cream soda (liked it the best). Will come back for the food. I love this place!! I'm a fried chicken salad lover and Starbird fulfills my cravings every time! I used to be stuck on BBQ chicken salads for a very long time but Starbird took me out that box lol! The chicken and fried are coated in an authentic Indian-inspired spice seasoning that's deliciously tangy and packs a good amount of heat, which is perfect if you want more of a dry rub than a saucy option from their menu. The wings were crispy and not too spicy. I was very impressed by the crunch factor since everything is gluten-free. The french fries were also good, but I felt like I shouldn't have ordered them since our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Since this was our first time there, we wanted to try a little bit of everything we ended up taking half of everything home. My friend had a salad which was enormous. She said it was delicious.
