For some reason, someone didn't have time to press the soup lid down. Nor did they tie the small bag they place the soup in. I even showed him my phone with the code and the item that was free. He then told me again that it was not working and there was nothing that he could do. I was like really? You cant just manually take off the sandwich and refund us the money? He was wearing a blue shirt so I assumed he was the manager on duty, however he surely did not act like it as he did not listen to the customers needs and clearly the code was visible and active on my phone! He then said it was just to accumulate points and not to get a free item? That sounds like false information to me. After that interaction with him we drove off and said okay thanks. Looking at my phone after that, they clearly took my code along with my points! I only have 951 points now. He clearly needs to learn customer service skills, and not have the customer have to act like it's pulling teeth just to use a valid code. No wonder they have 1 star on this location! I saw them all working as a team to get the order filled. First time trying Wendy's breakfast and coffee and was pleasantly surprised that the chicken biscuit tasted good and the coffee was better than I expected. Would definitely pop into this location again because of the great customer service.
