I have gone there often as it is the closest KFC. In the future, i will be driving further to other KFC's because the service is so poor. 2 weeks ago, i had the worst experience i have ever had anywhere. I placed a large order at the drive thru and when I saw that the server had put all the contents in one bag I said you might want to separate it into 2 bags or double bag it she ignored me. As she passed the bag through the window the bag broke and the food fell to the ground and splashed on my car. She asked me to pick it up never apologizing. As i helped pick it up she turned to coworkers and in Spanish made fun of me calling me a crazy gringo. I did not respond immediately but bit my tongue. She began to put the food i had handed her into another bag with the plan to give me the food that had fallen on the ground. When i told her that was unacceptable, she rolled her eyes and told me to drive around and come inside. I did. After multiple minutes she handed me another bag without comment. when i looked inside i saw that she had not given me new food but repackaged the food that hit the ground. I asked to speak with her manager. She told me she was the manager. When i asked her for the name of the store manager she walked away without commenting. I then had to ask a coworker of hers to get her and asked again. I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that i would be making a complaint and again asked her to write the store managers name and number. she never gave me a number but scratched out a name of someone whose name i could not read. i will never go there again nor should you. read more

Came here at 8 pm. The place was dark, none of the exterior lights was on. No one answered at the drive thru. Parked our car and walked in. The manager said he would not serve us because we had a dog with us. We told him it's a service dog. "Didn't matter," he said. One of us took the dog out to the parking lot. I know people really don't come to yelp to read reviews on these corperate owned chain restaurants. I always love to share my experince as a visitor, shall I say. This has been a iconic brand in my family. In the world as a whole. Not the original location we used to visit in Revere Ma, which was either the dunkin or the wendys location close to the rotary. This brand today is a huge letdown. It's a letdown because it is owned by one of the largest corporate brands you would figure they would put in the R&D to at least make the food at least taste good. They didn't. This will vary by ethnicity. I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo with side , biscuit,potato wedges ,drink. It was terrible. Chicken is very brown in color which maybe the defaut color ...when I see fried chicken with this appearance, it indicates to me refried multiple times or past prime. So it does not entice your appitie at all. Biting into it, I was rewarded with a mouth full of grease. The flavor of the chicken is VERY bland. They state there is "11 seasonings" on it. They need to stop the cap. I taste 0. Bland as in bland as cardboard. I really don't understand what their selling here or why people eat this today. Huge disappointment when you had this in the 80's. The cornell would be rolling in his grave if he tasted what their selling. Mash potatoes and gravy. Bland and very disgusting. I taste no potato, the gravy is not remotely good, horrid would be the best description. Almost vomited fact I tossed them out. On the third bite. Potato wedges. Very bland distasteful. The drink was the best thing out of the meal it was pepsi. They over iced my drink. Took 2 large sips then I was sucking ice water through the straw.....Overall eating this meal made me feel like I was a contestant on the show survivor eating something putrid and disgusting. Not sure what this brand is doing. What their selling and why ANYONE stops in. Employee attitudes is just on par with the multi lingual demographic who gets these jobs...meh. Faculty is and was clean , plenty of comfortable seating. The price for what their serving today.... I rate it as VERY EXPENSIVE. Not remeotely worth the dime your paying. During my most recent visit, the "gentleman" they sent to the parking lot to hand me my order wanted to interrogate me before handing me my order - had they given me a receipt, it could have been resolved in seconds but I think his intention was to aggravate me. He also had a few rude remarks to say in spanish. Little did he know that I am also bilingual and understood him perfectly fine. I don't know his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag; how convenient. This is by far the worst chicken I ever ate. I spent $50 for two buckets, I ordered extra crispy all dark meat. I got two regular buckets that the chicken was so over cooked it was like eating sawdust. The mashed potatoes and gravy had maybe one 1oz of gravy on it. I had to throw the whole meal away. Believe it or not I like Kentucky Fried Chicken and yes I like it a lot. I've been going to this particular KFC for 30 years. The food is pretty much consistent since it's a chain. There's just something about getting a bucket and sharing it with friends. Could it be the beers? I don't know but everyone's always happy with the chicken. When I was a small boy we used to take a bucket with us to Mystic Lakes and enjoy at the picnic tables. The sides are pretty good to the fake mashed with gravy coleslaw biscuits definitely a lot easier than cooking on a hot day. If you haven't been to KFC in a while go grab yourself a bucket and enjoy. This location like most has it's own parking lot. The staff is courteous and helpful will not even complain if you want to pick special pieces of chicken which I like. I work next to this KFC and I sometimes like to go on my break with my coworker. They always mess up our orders and have an attitude. I never wrote a review but today was to much. We ordered a famous bowl and fries and they told us to wait at the front. 20 minutes later they never came out two other cars went through the drive thru and got their food. So we went back around and asked for our food again and again they told us to wait at the front we had to wait an extra 10 minutes just for them to forget our drink and fries. On the rare occasion I was craving KFC once again.. I decided that even though the service here was horrendous, I can put up with it just for what I was craving. I cannot believe what happened this time around. I'm still pissed off at the chain of events that occurred. I arrived there at around 1015 to find out that they're open at 1030. No biggie, like I said, I had a craving so I could wait. They eventually opened the doors at 1035 even though there were a few people waiting and I know they saw since we made eye contact a few times. So I go in and the two employees are just standing there in front of the kiosk and it is apparent there is something wrong. The cashier was on the phone for about 10 minutes.. I'm assuming trying to get in touch with her manager all the while speaking spanish the entire time. This will come into play later. So after 15 minutes of troubleshooting (which should have been done way before they opened), she looks at me and asks me if I speak Spanish. I inform her that I did not and she has this reaction like (dammit how am I going to explain this). How are you going to work in a fast food restaurant like KFC as a cashier and not be at least able to explain that the computer is down in English?!? I have given out one stars along the way, but this KFC wants to make me do 2 things. First I want to contact Yelp and find out how I can leave 0 stars for a place. I parked at 9:55 p.m. and was preparing to walk inside, but of course the door was already locked even though they close at 10:30. I regretfully went back in my car and went through drive thru. I got serious attitude from the lady that was taking the order. Is it my fault that I'm not 500 pounds like you and knows what every order comes with? Truly despicable customer service. This would have been nice to know as I was getting ready to place my order but what can you expect from a place that should have all zero stars. I waited and waited for my food. I finally said enough was enough and got out of my car and started banging my fist against the window of the store. Finally my food was brought out to me, 27 minutes later. One would consider KFC to be fast food, I guess I didn't get the memo that they aren't. I got home, opened the bag and just from looking at it I could tell this looks like the worst food I was going to encounter in my entire life. I grabbed the biscuits which were just thrown in the chicken bucket and what did I find but not one, not two, not three, but four burnt biscuits. Threw those right in the trash because I didn't want to break a tooth when I bit into them. I proceeded to try the chicken which I didn't have high hopes for as well and by this point it should be no surprise that the chicken was burnt as well. If you ask this place to give you water I'm sure they would have burnt that as well. I really hope for everybody else's sake that this review is the most recent review so you will know to starve yourself or eat your arm before placing an order here. Nothing could have prepared me for the horror that was a KFC in Lynn. Now I've lived here long enough (what, 3 months?) to have become familiar with the little diddy about Lynn (ya know, the city of Sin?) but really, KFC? First of all, when we entered I sort of knew we might be taking our life out of our own hands...the line was almost out the door. And the people standing on it seemed to pay no mind to the half-dressed 10 year old with more gold than the pimp I saw sitting in an Escalade outside. Seriously. Maybe they were together?
