Tbh I'm not the type of person to write reviews especially on fast food as I used to be a fast food worker once but honestly this really bugged me. I love kfc and I enjoy coming to this one since it's so close to my home but their service is super poor I js came back from picking up a mobile order and the lack of manner is insane I went thru the drive thru and as soon as I finished grabbing my order I get hit with a slam from the drive thru window I've came other times and they honestly lack customer service, through the drive thru speaker they talk to you with so much attitude. One of the first KFCs in the miami area that did not underserve us on the famous bowl that we ordered!! Visited late at night so the workers weren't as enthusiastic but still were quick and efficient with our order. Overall it's good to see a kfc that is serving accurate portions for the price you pay for the food item. would definitely recommend!! read more

if I could give this location 0 stars I honestly would. Firstly we waited more than 10 minutes in a empty drive tru line, when we finally got to the speaker to order we were rudely attended, not even greated.... We were told to wait for more than 10 minutes again with an empty drive tru line. When we finally got attended we ordered- drove up to the second window and weren't greated again, we're told a wrong price total, our total was $23 and we were told $45..... when questioned the woman ignored us and proceeded to charge our card. No thank you have a goodnight nothing. And it made sence why we were waiting in line with an empty line when we got to the window and say everyone in there playing around as if this was some sort of playground. The woman- rudely slammed the window twice. And to make matters worse our freeze was incorrect. horrible service. read more

This place its disgusting idk what has happened with kfc but the quality of the food goes down day by day , i was craving kfc yesterday so i went to get a famous bowl to this place when i got to the line there was already a customer arguing with the cashier, when i pay i got my food and drink and first there was no ice, like literally they where selling all the drinks without ice and i asked for a pepsi and when i tried it the pepsi was watered down and tasted like water so i told the lady if she could gave me another drink, she got mad and slamed the drive thru door and put her back against the window and she gave me another flavor and when i open the lid there was a spit floating in the drink, totally disgusting i ended up trowing my food away and my money but i learned my lesson never again coming to get any king of food to this place and whoever read this you shouldn't either, if they do that to a drink imagine what could they do to the food.... read more

Best of both world's! Love there bean burritos from Taco bell and love the spicky wings from KFC. Everytime I go, there's a line but it move's fairly quick considering that there are two fast food chains. The lady's taking the order are nice. Place seems clean. read more

This KFC is the worst I have ever encountered. They NEVER have chicken ready!!!! Honestly it's KFC. we have tried several times in the drive thru to order different types of chicken. As recently as yesterday, we teased and said let's see if they have chicken ready! Guess what...oh we do not have any Chicken ready, can you wait 15 minutes... The worst KFC ever. The cheapest taco bell ever. This is a franchise owned establishment and I've had friends who worked here and said the owner himself wants them to purposely hold more meat chicken and steak back when preparing the food. The other day I went over and I ordered from both sides. The KFC half was terrible, their fries tasted like and felt like last week's leftovers, and their chicken strip wouldn't even be big enough to classify as a chicken nugget. You been to one Taco Bell/KFC u been to them all so we all know what it tastes like. One star rating is for the service. You get in that drive you n you'll easily waste30-40 minutes of your life waiting for the food. I been to several, but this one by far has got to be THE slowest one in its vicinity. I don't think I'll ever go back into this Taco Bell/KFC ever again. I went there with a friend of mine and when we got our order we went and found an acceptable table and placed our food down and went to get our drinks from the fountain dispenser and when we turned around there was some homeless guy opening up our tacos and going through them. The when we were like "Hey what are you doing" he responded to us with "Don't mess with me I'm hypnotized!" and then bolted out the door. Now I know that giving the establishment such a poor review based on someone that came in might not be fair, but why are they letting someone like that into their establishment in the first place. I would have rather the guy just asked me and I would have bought him lunch. They took a very long time to give the food the light went off The order was wrong because they don't know how to read about five minutes for quesadilla in about 20 for our box. It really isn't the best service ever. I've been to others with better service. read more
