Just dined in here. We were the number 3 and 4 dining in. The moment we entered there was nobody at the counter but someone saw us and came to take our order. I wasn't sure if it was a language or just a rude training given to people who are working here, but it wasn't helpful while placing the order. We finally placed our order with literally no help. We got our order pretty fast as it was all already made. There were atleast 2 pieces of chicken which were smaller than buffalo wild wings one wing. We werent that hungry and my wife wanted to report that. I was sure to get no acceptance for a criticism or a review on food. My wife still told them about it and wasnt responded well. If u r prepared for no courtesy and just barely above normal food spend money here. Forgot to tell you we spend about $18 bucks for 6pc chicken, 2 biscuits n 1 mac n cheese. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in tonight to grab some dinner. The woman working up front seemed like she was not at all happy to help you. However, there was a guy working the drive thru, making food, and also ringing in people up front. He seemed like he genuinely wanted you to have a good experience, and get the food you ordered. I believe his name tag said Jan. From the time we walked in, to the time we received our food was only somewhere between 5-10 minutes. Seeing that drive thru was busy and the front was also, this is understandable. To me it seems as though this restaurant is either understaffed or needs to get a few more employees like Jan who care about what they are doing, and don't just stare at you when you walk in, like a woman working there tonight. All in all, it was not a horrible experience. We were missing a side..if we weren't, I would have given 3 stars...but only because of the good service we received from Jan. These other reviews are completely shocking! This is my favorite KFC location. Really because of it's location. It's the only KFC for miles and miles that is in a good area, and always does it right. My local KFC (in Dedham) is much more renovated, but also in a much busier area and the clientele is much different (and not for the better). Plus the Milford location's parking lot isn't like bumper cars and is very large. Juan is very friendly and always checks the drive through orders for accuracy, as well! Chicken is always made to order and crispy, like KFC should be. Biscuits are also delectable. Really nice to find a KFC location that isn't ever crowded, provides great food, and is convenient in location to 495 and for me when in Milford. I will continue to support this location because of food and friendly staff. They are really a 5-star restaurant, and will receive that when they remodel like the other KFC locations. Also, just for note, they are supposed to be at 15 Medway Road, not 55! Manager is looking into fixing this...... read more

I'll break my review into two parts, one for KFC and another for Pizza Hut. KFC This location is chronically under chickened. I went in to get a bucket of chicken for lunch for a group of 7 people (I got the 16 piece bucket) and they weren't able to give me the correct pieces of original recipe. I literally wiped them out of original recipe chicken. They gave me some extra crispy to make up the difference, and between the two types of chicken, they had exactly 16 pieces. I went just before the lunch rush would have hit, so they should have had plenty of chicken. The poor guy that came in behind me was told he'd have to wait 14 minutes for more chicken. He left. They also opted to not put the lid all the way on the gravy for the potatoes, and they put that at the bottom of my bag. When I got home, the gravy had gone EVERYWHERE. It was great fun cleaning that up. Besides that, the sides were average quality. I requested 2 of each kind of dipping sauce to go with the chicken. I didn't realize this location only has 3 kinds of dipping sauce, most have more than that. Pizza Hut I'm not sure what the point is of even offering pizza at this location. They only have "personal" size pepperoni and cheese pizzas. They charge nearly $5 for it and they're about the size of a bagel bite. Oh, and they're frozen. No joke, we saw them prepare the pizza... it's this little frozen bagel-bite that they run through a mini pizza oven. It takes about 10 minutes and I swear they shrink even further during cooking. The boxes are about 4 inches square and are too large for the pizza. They cut it into 4 bite-size pieces. It's cute. If you like PIzza Hut (which I do) you won't find any resemblance between a pizza hut pizza and these frozen bagel-bite pizzas besides the logo on the box. read more

The only reason I buy food here, is when my mother is craving it. Otherwise I would not even step foot in this place. Almost everyone who works here is completely incompetent. How hard is it to keep up during peak hours? If I wanted to wait 15 min to a half hour for fried chicken, I would go some place nicer. I HATE coming in here. read more

Went to this KFC for a quick drive thru meal. What should have taken 3 minutes took 15. We ordered 2 famous bowls, and a big box. All combos with a drink. We drive to the window and the cashier dropped the money onto the wet ground and we had to struggle to pick it back up. Then she proceeded to ask us if we wanted drinks. We had to tell her 4 times that we ordered drinks and wanted what we had just payed for. She got them, and didn't put the lids on all the way. When they spilled when we were finally handed them, she laughed at us. We had to ask for napkins and ask for a receipt and as we waited I watched her continue to laugh at us and her manager stand there and watch. Horrible experience. Food was okay, but the cashier ruined it. Not good customer service at all. Nermen was not a very good cashier and should not be working drive thru. read more

Order from there recently a take out order. On the positive the staff is a bit friendlier then before. However some issues occurred with our order. The family meal chicken pieces 3/4 of them were of poor quality and old. Next we didn't get the sauce we requested for our strips. For me...not the biggest deal. For the kids who are picky...impossible for them to not give me a hard time over sauce I was told was in the bag. Lastly we got diet Pepsi instead if regular. Unfortunately I can't stand diet beverages. Despite the fairly good service, the food was mediocre and order accuracy wasn't there. read more

I buy chicken here on a regular basis so this is how it feels like to be a costumer on this establishment. They don`t want you there: Its clear in their attitudes toward you on every time you are there that they do not want you there, they dont need you there and they wish you would never come back. They mess up every single order, ALL drive-thru attendants are Rude and Condescending. They are ALWAYS missing some chicken cut. They either dont have breast, or thights, or they only have wings, or belive me sometimes they dont have biscuits or mash. They will try to push your order to change accordingly to whatever meat they have left and if you dont agree with it, they will tell you very rudely, that you will have to wait 20 minutes then for your order. I have been there at 6 pm on a saturday and 3 pm on a friday and had them tell me "there was no chicken breast or crispy wings). Its bizarre how UNPREPARED they are! The manager is the worse of them all, Hes racist, he has zero people skills and he does not care about the KFC franchise or its costumers. Did i mention they also close the store 30 minutes before they should at least once a week? So there is it, i only come here because i LOVE KFC and this is the ONLY location around here. After one too many horrible experiences at this restaurant I decided to write a review. Just about every time I go to this KFC they don't have what I want and after talking to several people I realized this is very common at this place. The only reason I continue to go is because I live in Milford and sometimes they actually have food available. I can't give exact example of past experiences, but I can tell you about my trip last night, around DINNER TIME!!! I emphasize that because they should have food readily available during peak hours but they NEVER do. So last night at 6:30 I walked in. They lady in front of me was trying to place her order. They said to her, "original will take 12 more minutes and crispy will take 18 more minutes". These may not be the exact times but take note of that as I did. When it was my turn, I purposely ordered the grilled because I already knew I would have to wait for the original and the crispy. The cashier, Gabriella (I just now looked at the receipt to get her name), who was very sweet and polite, asked an older lady if they had any grilled. The older lady turned to me and said, and this is an exact quote "we don't have any (she then turned back to what she was doing. Then, almost as an afterthought, she looked back at me over her shoulder and said, "And if you do want it, it will take 25 minutes." I decided not to order but my friend ordered the Bowl. I don't, for the life of me, understand why they wait until they are out of food to make more. I just have no idea. Sadly, but I think I'm finally done with this place! The service is consistently horrible. It should be closed down or at least fire the manager and replace him/her with someone competent. read more

Carful if you order a family dinner thing they might over charge by 10 dollars an hope you don't notice I did and they said well nothing we can do we already charged your card. One day, my mom and I just wanted something quick to eat for lunch. We stopped here at KFC and just got some regular chicken with potatoes. The meal wasn't bad. Surprisingly they actually didn't screw up our order, they've never done that to us. When we got our food and sat down, I couldn't even touch mine because of how nasty this place was. I tried to eat, but I was absolutely DISGUSTED by how horrendous this facility is. I almost threw up because of it. I don't know if it's just Milford since it's a pretty nasty town all together, but there was a Friendly's right next door. We could've waited an extra 10 minutes for our food. I remember the KFC that used to be a few towns over in Franklin, that place was one of the nicer ones (since it is Franklin). Just get takeout at this place. It's not worth it to do this. literally the worst fast food place i have ever been to. i went in with my boyfriend and placed my order. i got a crispy tender meal with mac and cheese and then a separate side order of mac and cheese. pretty fucking simple right? well the lady who took my order barely spoke english (same goes for seemingly everyone working there) and had no clue how to use the computer. after about five minutes i got my food, minus the extra mac and cheese. the lady was then taking my boyfriends order and had to ask the manager, who wouldnt get off their ass in the office, what the hell to do. no help there. gave my boyfriend his order without his extra side as well. had to ask her twice to get it. i then had to reorder my side of mac and cheese. she then walked away. after a few minutes she comes back and asks me what i want. i tell her i didnt get my mac and cheese and she points at the one already on my tray from my first order. i look at her and tell her i literally just ordered another one separately so she goes to get it and mashes it in a container and smooshes the top on and it cant even close. so by the time i actually got to eat, it was cold. and im pregnant and hungry and pissed off and jesus holy hell. read more
