I understand she was packing orders or busy with something, but she could've at least said, "I'll be with you in a bit." Instead, she ignored me completely. I had to go to the drive-thru just to get my food because she wouldn't attend to me, even though she saw me several times and didn't acknowledge me at all. Meanwhile, she was just laughing with her coworkers and not paying any attention to me. This experience was very frustrating, and I hope you address this issue to improve customer service.
