I ordered from KFC the Coke, fries, biscuit coleslaw chicken tenders, normally $17 for $10 because of World Cup. It's really awesome. It's a great special. That meal will be for for lunch and dinner for me. It was it was also really great. Everything tasted fantastic. The service was awesome. No idea on the ambience because I used the DoorDash. But I do wanna thank KFC for the special. And every piece of meat was so tasty and everything was so yummy. I recommend everyone to order some yummy food from KFC and Laurel Canyon KFC and some of the other ones are good but that one the chicken was really really delicious so we're biscuits. I'm so the fries and coleslaw. It seems employees there are great and so is the manager so I wanna thank all employees for doing a great job. Who in their right mind does not like KFC? The iconic, legendary, chain that has been around since 1952, Way before most of us were born. Still going strong!! Walked in around 1pm today and got a nice welcome from Sandra. She took my order and told me what their special deals are and gave me the break down of their menu. I ordered their family meal- original chicken that came with 2 leg, 2 thighs, 2, wings, & 2 breasts. Basically the whole works! I asked for 3 side orders and they were: Coleslaw, fries, and mashed potatoes, gravy on the side. The chicken was way to greasy, and salty. It was still good though. It was fresh, hot and just incase, I asked for mild sauce. I ate inside the restaurant and whatever that I couldn't finish, I took it home. The place was nice, clean, with one gender neutral restroom. Parking is a challenge. Street parking only. They do catering, 3rd party orders, pick up/delivery and of course dining inside. My entire meal costed me $32:99. A tad expensive. Let's not forget to mention their warm, fresh, buttery biscuits that I got 4 of. I tried ordering on line. A simple order but was unable to order WHAT I WANTED. I don't recommend using the APP. It's not confusing. It's poorly structured and you can't order want YOU want. Today we stopped in on a mission to get lots of food for 9 people. It wasn't busy at all and they seemed to have only two people working (but I can see why with such a small location.) Even with only two people they were able to get our large order out pretty quickly! I will say I'm surprised (or really not) to see how much prices have gone up. KFC used to be a family meal place but now for these prices families might as well pick a full blown, sit down restaurant! All the same, the food was hot and fresh. Ordered two pieces of chicken for my dad and a biscuit for myself (I'm vegetarian, slowly reintroducing meat back into my diet but not quite finished yet). Order arrived and biscuit was tossed in the same box with the chicken, no separation whatsoever. My biscuit was absolutely utterly covered in fried chicken pieces and oils. At this point in my reintroduction of meat eating that biscuit would cause significant physical symptoms due to the cross contamination. It is really, really, really not that difficult to ensure no cross contamination for an item that isn't fried in the same oil as meat and isn't likely to share the same spaces as meat due to the only prep for biscuits being warming them up. You don't know if every item in a single order is for only one person. (Considering I also got TWO water bottles, should've been a hint.) Tossing it in with the meat instead of simply putting it in a separate small paper bag (which is standard for sides at most other fast food places) is a choice. It would not have been that much more extra effort, yet you simply decided not to. Thanks for helping me waste my money. Much appreciated. /s read more

The price was ridiculous at just shy of $19.00. I don't know what has caused Kentucky Fried Chicken to decline so badly, but this chicken was absolutely terrible. I'm a teacher at the local elementary school and have visited this KFC a few times over the years. Today, I ordered a Famous Bowl, which was handed to me quickly by an employee named Sindy. However, the window was immediately closed before I could ask for salt and pepper. I knocked and lightly honked to get her attention. When she finally reopened the window, she responded curtly that they don't have salt and pepper, and her tone was quite rude. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. Worst customer service ever. I will no longer be eating at KFC. With all the options we have out here, I can live without KFC. I will be either making my own or purchase from other establishments with top tier customer service and I wouldn't mind tipping. Placed an order via app for pick up on 7/11/25 at 9:04PM. Got to the drive thru and announced my name and mobile pick up. Got to the window and asked by Cynthia or "Cindy" to show my name on email. This also happened with same person Cindy on another prior visit where she reacted with attitude when I stated the email doesn't show name. For those who order online, know the name does not appear on the email, only order number. Cindy hands me my bag and immediately closes the drive thru window. I remained idled and stated if I can have some ketchup. Cindy opens the window and I had to repeat myself. She proceeded to hang me five (5) ketchup packs and closes the window immediately without asking if there was anything else I needed or a simply "thank you". I ordered two (2) large sides which awarded a free eight (8) piece bucket. When I got home and opened the bag, there were no utensils, plates, or napkins that I added onto the order and appears on the receipt. I immediately called the location and spoke with Diego who advised me that they do in fact have utensils, plates, and napkins but they forgot to add to bag since they were "busy". I actually ordered via KFC app while parked across the street at the shopping center. There was one (1) customer inside the restaurant and no one in the drive thru line. I asked Diego so my order is incorrect and he replied, "I guess". Thereafter I filled out order survey with the above-mentioned information and receive an email on 7/14/25 at 11:23AM from Joseph Gabriel, Guest Services that they apologize and that they will be addressing the issue with my visit with the location. I replied to thank him for the reply and will be looking forward to hear the results from the conversation with this location. Till this day, 8/3/25, I haven't heard anything. When I pull up my past orders on the app, KFC has changed the utensils, plates, and napkins as "unavailable". Even on an order I placed on 7/6/25 at 8:52PM at another location, 12044 Roscoe Boulevard, North Hollywood, CA 91605, the receipt now indicates "unavailable " which is untrue because I did get utensils and napkins without plates with my order. This shows KFC has staff who will alter records to protect their poor customer service and mistakes while marketing to customers to eat at their restaurants. While also expecting customers to eat mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese with their hands and fried chicken without napkins. Disrespectful and dishonest company. KFC can keep their promos and points I have accumulated. I will never purchase from KFC ever again and will never trust KFC to prepare my food.
