Great Jersey Mike's location. Right at the corner of Lankershim and Camarillo street. The only reason I have them as a 4, not a 5 is the fact they are located on this busy intersection and the parking here is very tight and usually busy. But the store itself and the employees inside get a 5 in my book. Decor inside is your typical Jersey Mike's what you would expect and no surprises. Clean inside, although they could use with wiping down the tables a bit, but not too big of a deal. Went with my typical, #6 as a bowl Roast Beef, sub Swiss for provolone. Save a ton of sodium by not eating the bread and changing the cheese, a healthier option. I also usually have my own extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. They have this I know, but their oil is a seed oil blend with olive oil, so again, me having my own, a bit more healthy. They really loaf up the bowl here, I always ask for extra lettuce, tomatoes and onions, no salt, add oregano and banana peppers. Very nice meal, although I do miss the rosemary Parmesan bread, love the bread! But my choice I guess. Enjoy! read more

I can also specify that I have a wheat allergy. Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches ever and good gluten-free bread. I ordered a #10 on the app and using Apple Pay, a message popped up, "payment did not go through, try again." So, I clicked again and it went through. Turns out when I got there, the order had processed twice. The guy handling pick ups handed me two bags and I explained I had a problem with the payment so it ordered twice. I explained I only needed one sandwich, so he says "You don't want two?" I said, "nope, the app did the double order." My client recieved thee worst experience today. He was charge for an extra sandwich and was treated with passive aggressive behaviour. He informed the manager that he was over charged and the manager was not trying to resolve the issue. Elias Maldonapo continued to be super rude and refused to give him a refund. After having to repeat himself that he was overcharged, he finally decided to give me a free sub card to shut him up. Once he noticed that didnt work, he continued to be very rude and inconsiderate. My client has been going to Jersey Mike from the beggining and is very hurt by this matter. This specific location was very filthy. All tables were very disgusting and he couldnt even enjoy his meal at this location. Lets not even talk about the state of the restroom! On September 23rd, I was hungry and wanted something remotely healthy to eat in the later evening. So, I thought a Cali Veggie sub would be a good choice. I told the employee, black male with dreads, what I wanted. He did not seem very friendly or welcoming, and he did not say anything, but I tried to keep an open mind. He already had gloves on when I told him what I wanted to order. After I gave him my order, he went to the register and pulled a receipt, walked over to the oven area, and put the receipt above. Then, he came over to the prep station and started to prepare my sandwich. I was very bothered by that. That was so unsanitary! I wanted to say something, but I was trying not to make it an issue. Unfortunately, it was all I could think about from that point on. I should have said something or just told him to cancel my order. That is what I wanted to do. But, I did not. I was very concerned about being exposed to bacteria and germs that could possibly have adverse effects on my health. It is sad that I have seen many people (especially in food service) who believe that their hands are clean, if they have gloves on, regardless of what they touch. That is very inaccurate!
