This is just a funny and stupid thing for us! Ordered their bucket meal thru drive thru 8pcs chicken 2 large sides and 4 biscuit. Added mashed potato and gravy on the side coz we loved their gravy... Told them if they can give me all thighs, they said THEY CANT, which I FULLY UNDERSTAND! Came home with 7pcs of chicken, funny right? Unfortunately the app and the store interface doesn't work well. Ordered for pickup on the app and then drove to the restaurant when I got a pickup confirmation. They'll take either Visa or MasterCard. There's no extra charge to use your credit card either. When it comes to fried chicken, KFC is my absolute favorite. KFC is KFC. So their space here on yelp advertises the $20 fill up. It also states it was posted by the owner. But when you get there, they do not honor the price and say it is $24.99. I'm not sure if it is illegal due to it being here on yelp posted by the owner but if you are not going to honor the price, you shouldn't advertise it. Service was fine. Food was good. It has been awhile since I have been to KFC. New Year's Eve seemed like the perfect time to enjoy. Extremely DISAPPOINTED. Drive through Service was amazing. Food awful. I returned home 10 minutes after receiving order to find a bucket full of mush. There was so much grease on the bottom. My husband and I each ate one piece of chicken from our 16 piece meal and the dog enjoyed the rest. Last time for us. Coleslaw was good, rest of sides not so much. Horrible customer service. The guy with the name Daniel on the name tag is extremely rude. Daniel also passed money to the window cashier while wearing the gloves he was using to handle the food.
