There's no dine-in option & I didn't want to let my car idle at the drive-thru, so I just parked on the street & walked up to order at the window. I got the double double, fries & a cherry Coke. Everything was hot & fresh though I felt like the burger was slightly over-salted as you shouldn't taste salt in a burger. The fries were pre-salted & weren't greasy. Pretty unfortunate experience here. This place has been here since 1971, and it seems pretty healthy in terms of business. I went here recently though, and I feel like it can really improve. Firstly, the queueing system is a bit disjointed with a lack of space for people to wait leading to confusion in the line. There also were a few cases where customers unknowingly were blocking the cars going through the drive-thru lanes, which seems like an accident waiting to happen. Secondly, and mainly, I feel bad for the employees here because they're really hustling and working the best they can. The quarters they're in--with the cash register, stove, soda machine, and two drive-thru windows--is incredibly small. It must be really hard to be efficient there and not bump into others, and I can't imagine it on very hot days. I believe that the setup here sets up the employees for failure because it's hard to serve two drive thru lines and a walk-up line. The cashiers also have to tend to requests like ketchup, peppers, spread, and refills, slowing down operations. The wait times here seem to be a recurrent issue looking at reviews here. In my case, I wasn't aware and know In-N-Out to be reasonably quick on most occasions. This wasn't the case for me here. It took about 25 minutes to get just one cheeseburger and a fries, which in the grand scheme of the universe is virtually meaningless. However, it's not really ideal. There are several reviews on Yelp for this location that describe it as the "worst". I don't know if that's true or not, but I don't think it's a coincidence. In-N-Out has the resources to fix things here, but I think they can do better by the residents and tourists that may visit this location. I'd avoid this location and visit other In-N-Outs until they can remodel or implement better practices. read more

I've been coming here since the '80s and today I went with a double double, animal style. No lettuce because come on, why even bother? Lettuce has no business on a burger. I go extra tomato and extra pickle every time. The employees always speak perfect English no matter where you go, which honestly still surprises me. Love In & Out burgers! This location is no exception to my love of In & Out. This fast food chain is all about fresh ingredients made to order and excellent customer service. Don't be discouraged by the long line of cars as it goes fast and it's well worth the small wait. As you drive up, your order will be taken as you get on line which gets them started on your order immediately. This streamlines the whole process. The burgers are thin and lacy and stack perfectly. I usually get a double double animal style (2 Patties with their home made sauce and grilled onions on a potato bun) but then I realized you can get a QUAD (4 burgers) protein style (wrapped in lettuce), animal style and that's become my most recent order (see pics below). Definitely give this place a try and find your favorite burger style at In & Out, it very well might change your life. read more

This In N Out isn't the biggest and you'll see why there always a line after lunch because it only fit like 5 cars in their drive thru before it gets to the street. I came in the morning around 10am so there was still 3 cars in front of me. I got a 3x3 protein style burger with chopped chilis and fries. It didn't take long and the way they made the burger was better than other places. You can never go wrong with In N Out, you'll get a great value with also amazing quality. I have been to many In-N-Out locations all over California. Even Nevada and Arizona. This is by far the worst of them all. This location is in massive need of a makeover. They have one single walk up window. Let me say that again, one single walk up window. At this window, they have one employee handling all orders taken, and all orders that are being sent out are also done through this single window. The quality of burgers are hit or miss as well due to the lack of staffing. I was here about a week ago, my burger looked like it was thrown together in a massive rush to move on to the next order. Maybe Lynsi Snyder needs to focus her concern with locations like this and not complaining about being a billionaire that must leave California. The state created your inherited wealth. Juicy fresh beef, creamy American cheese, grilled buttery onions, that decadent special sauce, accompanied by those crispy, unique fries. This fast food chain has become a monster, compared to McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, it has no competition at this point. I love In-N-Out. I did not love this one. I've been going to their restaurants since I was six years old. I have probably been to more In-N-Out locations during my lifetime than any other fast food restaurants combined. For context, I'm from northern California, where every single In-N-Out looks exactly the same. Same layout and everything. And while the lines are almost always long and the waits aren't short, there is always a high level of efficiency that gets you your food relatively... fast. You know, like how "fast food" should be. This was my first time coming across a very differently designed In-N-Out. I honestly thought it was cool when I first saw it, but then I realized how it actually worked. First off, there's no actual restaurant. The whole thing is just two lanes of drive-thru. No indoor seating. There's a small outdoor table area near the tiny and crammed parking lot, where you can sit and hear badly played saxophone loudly blaring from a guy down the street. But no bother. The food will be here soon, right? ...Right? I wish I would have known ahead of time that you have to stand in line for 45 minutes just to get your order in, and another 45 minutes until your order is actually ready. 1.5 hours of no food. All the while, the area where you have to stand in line is literally on the same driveway and sidewalk where the cars pull out of the drive-thru. Several times, I prevented other people from almost getting hit by the cars leaving. Here's the crazy part: when your order is actually ready for pickup, you can't go up and get it like at a normal In-N-Out. Nope, you have to wait until whoever is placing their order currently is done so that the person at the counter (the only person at the counter) can be available to hand you your order. Now go enjoy the terrible saxophone. Seriously, I love their burgers and fries, but this is the worst In-N-Out I've ever been to.
