I wrote a review earlier of KFC but it seems to have gotten deleted or misplaced....well...Ill write another seeing how I just went there.... Sooo I went here and got the 14pc Family feast...(cuz im fat on the inside)..it was good...oily...but good..i had to get the original cuz the crispy was out but all in all still good. The sides arent homemade or anything but there still good enough and the biscuits...yum! Yep..I guess ill be back sometime lol read more

I just went to the KFC in West Hollywood on Sunset. After placing the order that totaled 5.49 I handed the cashier my credit card. She tells me that they don't accept credit cards only debit. I asked where the sign was stating that and she says that there is no sign and calls her manager. The manager then tells me the same and so I hand over my debit card. As the card is swiped and being processed I then notice in small print on the machine that there is a 0.99 cent charge to use debit.....what the????? Totally upset now, I demand my money back and left. In this economy places should be wanting our business instead of charging us extra to eat there. Well, at least I got my money back in cash and went to another place that wants the business. read more

There was an eyelash inside one of the famous bowls my family & I ordered. Also, the chicken didn't taste fresh at all. Tasted like day old leftovers. Also, I ordered two famous bowls but after we paid, they asked again how many bowls we ordered without checking the screens or receipts, so anyone could lie & get extra. read more

This place sucks! I've been there on a number of occasions and the service is terrible. I have (literally) never been to this place and had my order correct. I've continually had to come back to get my order corrected. Food tastes just the same as every other KFC I've been to, just the service is TERRIBLE! read more

I just want to share my feedback from this Kfc. Excellent service, very clean place and fresh food and hot. That's why I always come back . Yes, they don't have hot wings available but except that everything else is what I expect . Fresh and quick served. They very friendliest and make me feel welcomed. This KFC doesn't honor national promotions. Drove here when we saw an ad for KFC famous bowls and special and they had "never heard of it". So they're happy to take the exposure for national branding but they won't honor national promotions. Lame. read more

The food is GREAT! I love the original recipe - so good. And the sides are awesome - I like the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the mac and cheese is ok. But, the best thing is the WINGS. These are the BEEST wings I have ever had. They are VERY BIG - with lots of meat. And so soft - I love them. If you go to KFC, get the Wings - it's worth your money and you will NOT be disappointed. read more

Just got back from this place. I had been here before, but this time I was blown away by the customer service! My order was taken by a cashier named Diana, who realized that what I ordered was taking a particularly long time, so she offered me a free cookie and drink for the wait. I wasn't complaining even before that, since I know this happens from time to time in stores like these, but without my prompting she wanted me to leave there happily, and the free cookie and drink sure helped! They also added new card swipers, so the transaction went much more quickly and smoothly than it used to. read more

This KFC was one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been too. The food was disgusting it was old and felt like it was just heated up from yesterday. No customer service. She forgot my straw and she forgot my friends utensils. Overall this was a bad experience and with all of this I have met a new best friend and his name is the toilet. When I came they had only a few chicken left. Seriously? The guys in front of me were laughing in shock at the fact that a chicken place didn't have any chicken ready to serve. It was only 8:30pm and they said the next batch will come out in 25-30 mins. Be aware that this location does not have any spicy hot wings or anything spicy. I was craving spicy hot wings today and drove all the way from Studio City here, only to find out that this location does not offer it. They told me that the demand was not there in this location so they stopped making it. Very disappointing cause I thought all franchises would offer the same in every location. read more

Haven't been to KFC in years and probably won't be back in years. Ordered the double down and a tater bowl. Tater bowl was good, but the double down was a joke. Spent $5.99 on the sandwich that looked nothing like the picture. The 2 pieces of chicken were nasty looking. They just looked old, dry, and super small. The cheese was slopped on the sandwich and didn't melt at all. Only a dab of sauce was applied to the sandwich. And the kicker, they didn't put any bacon on it. I'm not sure if they were out or if they just forgot, but I went back and the girl working the window didn't even apologize. I didn't take a bite of the sandwich, just ordered another tater bowl instead; therefore, I should've received my dollar refund, but the girl didn't care. And now neither do I. I'll just yelp away. This could've all been avoided if the girl treated me with respect. read more

Usually when you go to a fast food chain, you at least expect to get the standard amenities to eat the food you paid for with. Well, when you ask the person working in the drive thru THREE times if there are forks in the bag and they say yes, you would assume that there was indeed forks in the bag. After pulling off, woah and behold....NO FORKS. We went back inside to ask for more and said employee had attitude. After leaving, we finally get on the road and began to eat and guess what...no napkins either. Brand new car, greasy fingers, and no napkins. At least we had forks, which we had to raise hell to get. Needless to say I will not be visiting this KFC again. read more

Ok. I understand it's rough working the other side in food service but it's been years and not once has this specific KFC location gotten my meals right. I remind myself that there are off days but I'm usually left regretting ever giving them the benefit of the doubt, because they mess up my order everytime. There have been times where we just order thru and I don't get my order repeated back to me (which is an indication that I will be missing things) but even when they do go over the order a second time, I'll still be missing an item or two (items that I end up paying extra for) which shouldnt happen what was the purpose of going over the order a second time if I'll be paying for food I don't have! Almost as if they go out of their way to be super incompetent. If I go to any other KFC this wouldn't be an issue because KFC has standards. Standards that are not being followed at this location. Horrible manager. I went inside to get a famous bowl and handed the manager a $20. All he gave me was the cents and none of the bills. After a couple minutes of waiting for my meal, I told a lady "where's my change?" And the manager told me that I have it already and to empty out my pockets (in front of the whole store). So I did and he saw that I didn't have the change. I was completely embarrassed and angry since the manager was giving me a nasty attitude while I was talking to him calmly. After he checked the cameras he basically threw the change at me. I told my mother what happened so she went inside to tell him what he did was rude. His response to that was "F*** you". The manager's name was Gilberto. Worst KFC I've ever been to. read more

Awful customer service. I wanted to get the Nashville chicken in a family meal so I asked to substitute for the regular chicken. The cashier was new so she asked another employee who then asked another employee at the drive thru who automatically said no. I told her they had done it before. Then with her stank face and terrible eyeliner she proceeded to tell me "Nope. Not here." I didn't realize her memory was a database of every order ever placed at this establishment. Obviously I know what I've ordered, I know what I've had. So don't speak on what you don't know. After insisting on getting my damn chicken, stating that I wanted to upgrade, pay a difference.. whatever it took, another employee (who I'm assuming was the manager) then said there was another meal in which I could get the chicken as a family meal but it was just extra. Uhm hellooooooo? Why was this not suggested in the first place? While I waited for my order I asked the cashier for the name of the girl at the drive thru.. you know the one with the stank face and terrible eyeliner? But she was new and didn't know. So I asked her to find out. She never got back to me and my issue wasn't with her so I just let it go. Also the food.. terrible!! Fast food joints are always a hit and miss. Never know what kind of quality and service you'll get. And as for this experience? Complete trash. The worst experience of customer service, for one I was waiting at the drive thru for 15 mins so I decided to come in the store I walked in and what are the employees doing hearing ghetto music, there was another customer who walked in with me and I assume the girl who helped him was the manager well she called one of the other employees after she took his order to take mine, well she was nice I ordered some potato wedges and she said they'll be out in 5 mins so I was okay with waiting at this point I over hear their conversation and the so call manager telling her employees she's gonna go smoke a blunt to herself and she takes two of her male employees with her, while the chick who helped me was on her phone 15 mins had already passed and I'm waiting for my potato wedges, my other order was ready but it seemed like they didn't care all they cared about was having a good time.
