COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small. I don't like coming to this KFC in particular too because of its small parking lot. Parking spaces are tight too. I always find it funny how Roscoe's Chicken is located right next to it. The competition must be fierce. Food: I ordered the popcorn chicken. It features bite-sized white meat chicken nuggets with a seasoned, extra crispy breading. The chicken had a relatively thick coat of batter on each piece, but it wasn't very crispy and I definitely wouldn't call it "extra crispy." I did notice that the chicken-less batter pieces were the crunchiest, but the bigger pieces tended to be mostly soft. Taste wise, it was bomb. Lots of spices and flavors from each popcorn chicken. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, fast, efficient, and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I tried the KFC Chicken Sandwich Box via Doordash and had it with sides of mashed potatoes, fries, and mac and cheese. Overall, the outstanding parts were the chicken being not oily but rather moist and tender. The fries having a uniquely "sticky" and starchy feel. However, both the chicken and the fries were quite salty. The salt doesn't stop there, though, since the buns were burnt on the inside. The mac and cheese tasted like fairly plain airplane food, and the mashed potatoes were tasteless without gravy. Overall, the Chicken Sandwich Box left much to be desired, but there were still redeeming qualities.

Hi, This hurts to write because I always liked KFC... But when it comes to lazy ass people working in their kitchen I have to let the people know. So, I came to this KFC after I got off work, I heard rumors about this place about really rude employees and cold old food, they were all true!!! So I asked because I ordered, is the food fairly new, rudely she said YES it was just made. And to make a long story short, when I pulled up the manager and the lady that took my order we're both looking at me laughing, when I opened that box I saw why it was funny to them! I don't know if this was made in the morning or RATS got to it and the manager and employees thought it would be funny to me! Let all get together and SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

    They went to "hide"

If i could give 0 stars, trust me, i would. I went to kfc drive thru and there was a car in front of me I'm chillen replying to my friends and i move up to the speaker to order. A girl comes on (she has an accent, this is important) and asks me for a second. I say sure She comes back after like 2 mins and says how can i help you I say to her can i get a number 8 She says I'm sorry i can't hear you, i ask again, can i have a number 8 Then a different girl comes on and says how can i help you? With an attitude! Again, i say a number 8 She goes i can't hear you, speak louder So i do! I say: CAN I PLEASE HAVE A NUMBER 8! This girl, proceeds to tell me: we will not tolerate you raising your voice at us and speaking to us like this. You can take your business elsewhere. When i tell you... My blood started to boil! I pulled up to the window, the girl with the accent was standing right there. She said how can i help, i told her straight up: look, i can tell that it wasn't you that just spoke to me rudely just now. Can i talk to the person or your manager about this situation that just happened because that's so wrong. All i hear and see is the other girl with her back to me, the lady who i assume is the cook standing right there looking at me confused , and the girl with the accent. The girl tells her to close the window and go to the back Yup, so of course, that shit triggers me more, i pull up a little bit, and see them standing there the cook is locking eyes with me and they all start to move and hide in the back. I pull up, get off the car, and start to take pics And i tell the girl: if you didn't wanna work, you of should have stayed home. I'm not the one and i will be speaking to your corporate and management and i left

The good: The people working at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. We took a while to order, and they were patient and courteous. They gave our kids free little light up chick toys that they absolutely loved and kept them entertained while we waited for our food! The bad: - The reason it took us so long to order was because they were seemingly out of half of their menu items. Everything we wanted to order was out of stock, so we settled on boneless chicken with fries and chicken gyoza - Something very important to note is that they primarily serve dark meat for the boneless chicken. Dark meat can have a pink/red color even when fully cooked. We had several pieces that looked so red that we didn't feel comfortable eating them because it just looked unappetizing how red it was and I didn't feel fully certain it was cooked because I don't carry around a food thermometer lol. But no one in our party got sick, so I assume it was cooked? I honestly don't know. -When we arrived, they were playing very loud, very explicit hip hop. I love hip hop myself and it would have been fine if our kids weren't with us, but with kids it was just kinda weird to be listening to very explicit lyrics at 10 AM lol. It wasn't just normal hip hop, it was like the extra explicit cut of some SoundCloud rapper. Eventually they changed it to very loud country music. Just weird vibes either way

On the screen it says "food takes 25-30min" I waited 50 min... There were at least 4 people waiting for their orders. The customer is next to you how can you not look at them...lol After almost an hour I got my food only to find that pickled radish was spoiled. Luckily I added an extra so it saved me. When I took out the container it was already full of gas and about to explode. When I opened it, smelled horrible like raw food left in the garbage disposal for weeks. I only ever order takeout from this location and there's definitely things that could be improved. The location is on busy Colorado so parking is a nightmare. The workers here have absolutely no sense of urgency. Often I've been the only customer picking up and the speed of service could only be described as "meandering" to find and hand me my order. As previously mentioned, there's no issue with the food. It's juicy and flavorful. But there's inconsistencies like sometimes I get the side radish and utensils but other times not at all. The attitude of the workers you interact with are that of someone who has absolutely no pride in their work and are simply tolerating customers. It would go a long way to improve this location if workers were trained to do everything as efficiently and quickly as possible. The cost is also astronomically high for chicken. A whole chicken is $31 before any taxes or fees. It's not competitive with other Korean fried chicken places and you have to imagine part of the cost is due to the location. I would be sad if this branch closed, since it is closest to where I live, but it wouldn't be a shock that it did close. There's a lot of low hanging easy changes that could be made. Better training from management, more local deals, and focusing on customer service.
