Customer service horrible 6:30pm and they are out of crispy chicken and don't plan on cooking any more I was told & they close at 10pm so for the next 3 1/2 hrs only orginal and to boot we asked for legs & thighs (unfortunately orginal) and didn't even get that right... The management is horrible. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken only, specifying that I only wanted thighs and drumsticks. They screwed up the order three times. First, I was charged an extra $12 or so for sides, which I did not want. Second I was told I had ordered 10 pieces, when I had paid for 12. Third, when I finally received my order it was a mixture of white and dark meat. The workers are filling orders frantically, but there is no excuse for the level of incompetence they displayed. While I was waiting for my order, they screwed up another order. They need to get their act together. KFC is a great product (although you should only eat it rarely if you don't want to be fat) but franchise owners and their managers need to do better. read more

Here's the deal. They know most of their customers are passing through either on their way to LA and with that in mind their motto is "f the customer, we'll never see them again"...totally rude from the moment we pulled up, they didn't have half of the things on their menu and got angry at us for ordering what was in front of us. Every time we'd say ok we'll get that, the guy would yell "we don't have that Jesus" as if we took stock of their kitchen that morning. Really bad experience. The man taking my order had no idea of what was going on. I told him my order 4 times and we went over it while I was at the window. I should have double checked the order but I didn't. I got back to work and they whole order was messed up. The food is average for a KFC, but the drive through experience is always very disappointing. Every time you place an order, the staff instructs you to park and wait for the order. It doesn't matter if no one is in line behind you. Sometimes they forget and you have to walk in and remind them you are waiting. When I asked the staff why I need to park, they said because the drive through window is on a timer. They said the manager, Matt, requires that people park and wait. It kinda defeats the purpose of a drive through. It seems like they are cheating the timer if they are trying to accurately measure how long it takes to complete an order. They are not getting accurate results at corporate, and instead just irritating drive through customers. Trip 5 here now and same problem, sadly. read more

I saw a $26 something combo meal (comes with drinks). We don't drink soda so I asked if they have any other combo meal without drink. The woman told me that I could order the same meal without drink for $25 something. So I did. After I sat down, I saw a big poster on the window saying "$20 fill up". I looked up on my phone and found out that's exactly the same meal (with one extra mashed potato). I went up and asked. A man told me that's because I didn't ask for it. Ordered online, saw that they had free delivery through GrubHub, so I choose that option. Don't do that. I ordered a bucket with "drumsticks and thighs". I got a bucket of "breasts and wings". The delivery was at hour late (not sure whose at fault here, KFC or GrubHub), and had obviously been sitting for a long time. The chicken was very dry. The gravy had obviously cooled and congealed and been reheated. The mashed potatoes were dry. Only the coleslaw was modestly ok. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Pizza sounds good. Terrible food. Ordered a root beer and a cheeseburger. Whoever cooked, and then served this has no pride in their work. The oversized bun was mushy like it had been wet. The burger patty was a good portion but was room temperature and therefore rubbery. The patty was so cold that the sliced cheese didn't melt. No pickles, no onions, a dob of ketchup on one side and a blob of mustard on the other. One bite spit back into the bag. Just a terrible cheeseburger. We were so disappointed with KFC this afternoon. There is only drive-thru & I ordered I believe it was a #1 & asked for 2 thighs instead of legs & for a small coleslaw. The guy at the drive thru window was very polite but when I got home I didn't have the coleslaw that I paid extra for & was terribly disappointed to find 2 legs! There was no one in front of us nor behind us, wasn't busy at all. Also my husband called when we got home but no one answered after the phone rang numerous times. I normally love KFC & enjoy the extra crispy which was also not an option today. I was on a walk with no car. I Tried ordering some chicken to go inside the restaurant. Door was open. Mgr told me to walk thru the drive thru. I stood behind a few cars and waited patiently. When I got to the ordering microphone/speaker thing I said 'hello" several times. I was never acknowledged. I continued up to the take out window and tried to make an order like the manager told me to do. He then instructed me to get out of the way of the cars behind me that had ordered. He also told me to go to the neighboring Taco Bell. When I asked for a customer service number he told me to go F myself.
