The service here is terrible. I ordered delivery and they forgot half my order and both of our drinks. We drove back to the location to get the missing items and once we gave them our name someone handed us the 2 drinks and said here are your drinks and walked away without allowing us to speak. My expectations of fast food are low; it just needs to be relatively fast, and the order is correct. Neither of these expectations was met yesterday at this location. When we (group of 4) arrived around 0720, the drive-through was still closed. So we were forced to go inside. When we went inside, we were the only customers in the building, and there were three staff. There were signs in front of the registers saying they were closed and to order at the kiosk. Of course being unfamiliar with the user interface, it took us twice as long to order. We each ordered a single breakfast item and a drink. It took close to twenty five minutes for them to get our food to us. And when we checked the bag, they had forgotten two items! Adding another 7 minutes to our wait. To add insult to injury, while waiting they asked my daughter if she needed room for cream in her plain black coffee, which she did not. When we got back on the road she opened her coffee to find they only filled the cup halfway! The only thing this location had going for it was that the dining room was clean. But again, it was first thing in the morning and we were the only customers in the store. Also their bathrooms were "closed for repairs". This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the county. read more

They say they didn't have the order. They then proceeded to argue with me for like 5 minutes before telling me to pull to the window to sort it out. I showed them the receipt and they still argued with me over the order for yet another 5 minutes before deciding to fulfill the order based up one the receipt. Then I had to wait yet another 5 to 8 minutes while 4 different employees tried to figure out how to fill a drink, make a Crunchwrap, make a burrito and nachos. 20 minutes to get through a drive-thru where I'm the only customer. This TBell is awful. So I'm on a road trip passing through Paso Robles wanting a lil Taco Bell action. We get there, order the food and eat the food there. It was pretty normal tasting. But then, before we leave, I'm wanting a big water cup to take for the road. I simply ask for one of the larger cup sizes so I could fill up more water and the lady looks at me like I'm crazy. She said that would be an extra charge and I said "even if I'm just filling it up with water for my road trip?" She said yeah, you are going to pay for that cup. I said ok then Nevermind I'll take a normal water cup. She then starts ranting at the other coworkers why I'm crazy for not paying for a damn water cup. What a shame. I'm sorry. I can't in good conscience, as an elite Yelper, give this place the 5 stars I guess I gave them in the past. Recently they have given us an entirely wrong order, left things out, or just plainly gotten the order wrong. Each time we've called them to let them know. Complete waste of time, because it doesn't improve. And we live up by the lake so it's not about just running back to cheerfully replace it. Also, just to clarify, your drive through customers are choosing the drive through option because of the convenience of driving through!! They don't want to drive all the way back, have to walk in, and get a cheerful exchange, they just want you to get it right at least 30% of the time. I come to this Taco Bell frequently and frequently I'm disappointed. Half of the time they either get my order wrong or leave something out of the bag completely. Last time I went through the drive through they gave me what appeared to be the correct order. Upon taking a bite we quickly realized we got the wrong item. Another time I ordered nachos and got home to find out there was no nacho sauce in the bag. Well that ruins my lunch. They're always willing to fix they're mistake but it is really annoying to have to get back in the car drive back and wait in the drive through a second time. If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered 5 simple items from the menu: cheesy rollup, cheesy gordita crunch, chicken chalupa, beefy 5 layer burrito, & cheesy bean and rice burrito. Not only were we waiting at the window for over 10 minutes for our order, but from those 5 things they only gave us 2 correctly; the cheesy roll up & chicken chalupa. The other 3 became, another chicken chalupa (in place of cheesy gordita crunch), a cheesy beef and rice burrito (in place of cheesy bean and rice burrito), and a beef and cheese burrito (in place of beefy 5 layer). I hate to admit that I stopped at a few TBells on my Holiday Roadtrip. Taco Bell happens to be my favorite fast food establishment, but not all are created equal. This is a small taco bell in a great location just off the 101 freeway.I needed a quick pit stop on my way from Santa Barbara to the Bay Area. I was in need of a quick break, some food in my system and some caffeine to make the rest of the trip. My first observation was that the restrooms were clean, which shouldn't be worth mentioning because all bathrooms should be that way. I tend to order, and love, the original taco bell basics. I love me a good taco or bean burrito. Since I was flying solo and driving, i needed something easy to eat in the car that i could eat without wearing it or getting food bits all over my car. I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce and a medium iced tea. My order was ready in fewer than 2 minutes and I was on my way. My burrito was as fabulous as a taco bell bean burrito can get. Can't find my purse. We pull over and I use my husbands blackberry to look up my yelp review to find the phone number to call the place and yes they have my purse. Dined inside and enjoyed friendly service from staff. They gave me my cheesy gordita crunch with black beans. You can also have it prepared al fresco style with more salad and tomatoes rather than cheese. Seating area was clean. I wish their cashier would've stopped texting behind the receipt printing machine and then maybe we wouldn't have had to have our order remade FOUR times. The first time we came through, they handed us a few bags and we asked the texting cashier if that was all of our food and she said it was. The second time, they gave us the order of the car behind us. The third time, they made the chalupa (ordered the chalupa box and they forgot the chalupa) wrong, and the fourth time they figured it out. The cashier also asked for the incorrectly made food back, which I requested to keep for our trouble. She said no and she wouldn't give me the rest of our order until we gave it back, so we asked to speak to a manager who told us to keep it. I work in a drive through so I know what it's like, and this is the worst experience I've ever had both in a drive through and at a Taco Bell.
