The Niblick locations ice cream machine broke down last fall, maybe summer. It still hasn't been replaced, yet I keep asking, as it is the easiest and within the Walmart store. I go to the Burger King, in the store now, instead, for food only. Reviews are not happening any more here. People grab coffee and breakfasts still due to drive thru needed for handicapped. NO Pickle? In huge print on the food ticket, bite into it? Sour nasty pickles ruins the pallet and toss that burger as the stomach shudders! Gross sour pickles overpowering the burger, leaving a nasty taste, and 9 months later, SORRY, NO MILKSHAKES OR ICE CREAM TO DILUTE THAT TASTE! Too bad a zero doesn't exist for ratings! They have street people with signs at the drive thru wanting money. You can't get away from them and they are ALWAYS there at the drive thru. Worker inside said they are taking donations. Idiots. The money is for themselves. Also , on one visit, a homeless person brought her garbage bag INSIDE, and set her junk near the dining area. She went into the bathroom, and we never saw her come out. Easy access, quick service, small vacuum, large seating area, I don't like to have posters in the middle of the windows so you don't get to enjoy a few outside. I wish they put their posters higher so people sitting inside can see the outside and enjoy the view. Decent McDonald's and they pretty much required to order via the Kiosk. Used the app and got my order fairly quickly. No ketchup dispensers that worked so had to ask for ketchup by going up. Also the ice cream was unusually watery at this location. read more

I visited this McDonald's in Paso on my way back to LA from Monterey. I do come into to Paso fairly often for work so I knew I was going to stop in this most recent trip. I feel like this McDonald's probably gets a lot of business from people as they are traveling up and down the coast and also because it is located right off the 46 and the 101. Overall, this is a fairly standard McDonald's. Nothing to really nit pick about here but as always it's probably best to mobile order your food if available here so you're not stuck waiting in line. I parked right in front of the store and it was kind of busy but I think there was additional parking to the side of the building My food tasted great and I was in and out of there quickly. read more

NOT HAVE AGAIN: McDonald's restaurants, such as this one, do not know how to make Oreo McFlurries. There is almost no mixing of the oreo crumbs into the ice cream so the oreos remain on top. Not sure why this has become a problem, but this restaurant certainly does not know how to make them. The spoon is designed to mix the McFlurries. I usually don't write reviews, especially on fast food restaurants, but I wanted to make sure that the employees at this McDonalds are appreciated. I stopped by during prime dinner time on a Friday on a road trip. This is the fastest McDonalds I have ever been to. The drive thru was so fast and I was astonished by how quickly it went. I think I spent a max of 5 minutes from entering the line to exiting the drive thru. My food was also obviously fresh which I really appreciate (probably due to dinner rush) and I overall was really pleased with my visit to this McDonald's. It's been a couple weeks since my visit, but I keep thinking about it because I've truly never gone through a McDonalds drive thru during peak hours that quickly!! read more

I came here on my way home from a road trip with my niece and nephew and fam and the food was good, however it was a bit slow and they scammed me out of a chicken nugget. I get why, it was around noon and there was a lot of people, but would have appreciated it be a bit more thorough. Ok, so I'm giving McDonald's a 5 star review. I know, I can't believe it either! Stopped into McDonald's tonight, and our food was fresh, hot, and DELISH! I had the 10 piece nugget meal, and my husband had the double quarter pounder meal, and both of them were way better than we expected. Probably the BEST McDonald's that I've had in ages! My only complaint, is the service was ridiculously slow. The place was packed, and they had only 1 register open. I hope this location stays consistent with the quality of food. read more

Horrible experience. Just got lied to by the guy took the order 9/5/21 9:30pm The guy who took the order must be not cleaned in the state of mind. As I drove up I kept tell him this is not a mobile order I have to order with him. He just keep tell me to drive up the window to pick up order. I had to let him know several times before he took my order. Ordered 20 PCs plus 10 pc nuggets, reconfirmed the order twice and when picked up the order at next window was told there are only 20pc . And the attitude of the lady at the pick window is like. "If u have problems u will have to circle back the line and talk to the guy who took the order. However, got no time for that. This McDonald needs a audit and food handler check. In the drive thru my husband ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea and a Big Mac with a diet coke and a oreo shake. When he gets to the pick up window he is waiting for the sweet tea and is told oh Your sweet tea was switched to the shake ...Before leaving the guy at the window said the guy getting your order probably is eating too much candy and can't stay awake . When my husband got home he realized his Big Mac was actually a quarter pounder. We received a mix of fries being cold in the middle and hot fries in the same fry batch. Plus when we bit into our burgers they still tasted hot on the outside and frozen on the inside . For $30 you expect your food at least warm or up to standard even for fast food . This is not the first time we have been to this McDonalds , we have to drive to the one my Walmart . Given this place more chances then it needed. read more

For a McDonald's it's a decent one. Its usually pretty clean. The service is always friendly and helpful. I go to this location once in a while but I am always satisfied. I am always satisfied with my order and the speed of getting my order. The drive thru can get a bit backed up at times but, it usually works it's way through pretty quickly. read more

We stopped by McDonald's for a quick dinner on our way up to the Bay. This one is bright and spacious, with screens to entertain kids while adults eat and try to get out of there as quickly as possible. They had a $15 meal bundle (2 Big Macs, 20 McNuggets, 2 medium fries) which seemed to be a steal. Split among three, there was plenty to go around. The nuggets seemed small in comparison to other McDonald's locations but everything else was fine. We got in and out of there within half an hour. Bathrooms were clean and empty; the women's restroom had a major leak dripping from the ceiling. Really hope they get that fixed with all the rain California's been getting! read more

We stopped at this location as we were getting on the 101 after a drive from Fresno, on our way to the coast. Very disappointing visit. We ordered sweet teas and they were soooo watered down that they tasted horrible. My French fries were so salty that I couldn't eat many of them, even after wiping each one off on a napkin. The hubby got a half dozen chocolate chip cookies and even the cookies weren't up to the usual McDonald's standard we are accustomed to...they were too brown. Still edible, but a bit dark. The staff was friendly, but this location needs to work on the quality of the food they are putting out. read more

Like most travelers, McDonald's has always been my go to for snacks and restroom breaks. I've always thought of them as the "travelers" friend. Normally I hit the restroom first, then the food counter. Now, when I see a restroom door with a code, I will turn around and walk out, as I did at this McDonald's; and I really needed to use the restroom. I'm not going to stand in line to place my order, while jumping foot to foot. I've been on the road and need to pee, bad. Not to mention, my dog thru-up and I needed to wash my hands. WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED We drove through this morning. Totally empty drive through. The woman took 4 minutes JUST TO RESPOND to our "hello, hello." She proceeded to mess up every part of our order, she couldn't work the screen, she never said please or thank you or repeated our order... We finally pulled up to the window and asked for a manager, and she yelled that "it's not MY fault!" We were incredulous. My husband attempted to be kind, and the manager literally told him that she knew he "wasn't upset" because he "smiled." We gave up and left with our cold, faulty order, only to discover that they refused to give us the 4 juices we paid for and they kept our receipt. Retro looking, nicer and more colorful than other McDos I have visited. I liked that popped out on my way when I was super hungry and a Big Mac is always welcomed. The fries were super hot and fresh, not soggy like at other places where they rush. Looks like the people sitting down prevail here, so I liked that. These people need to work on their customer service skills. Learn to greet people. Proper etiquette on a customer service level goes a long way for businesses like this. At the drive thru, I get greeted with a "What can I get you?". No hi, no good morning, not even a "Welcome to McDonald's, what can I get you started with this morning?". And when I asked her to give me a minute, she gave me 15 seconds and kept interrupting me while I looked through the menu. Formality, etiquette, sensibility, personability, all seem to be a lost art in customer service in this generation. What a sad display. read more
