I rarely eat fast food, and if I do, it's usually In-N-Out, but I decided to try KFC tonight, and I sat at the order window for over five minutes, and they did not take my order, so when I drove up to the order window, they literally told me that I needed to drive around, and then a lady that was disgruntled because, obviously her order had not been taken either, so I had to back up, but for some reason she became I Wright, and I'm assuming , I don't know, cause I'm from out of town, but it seems like a lot of brown people down here I get really, really angry, and that was definitely the case tonight. Copied my Google Review that they hid immediately after I wrote it. Edit: Called 3/29 and the same rude "manager" says, oh so we are going to do this again? I will be posting this review to YELP also since I see it's been hidden on Google already. I will be contacting the district manager, KFC, the health department, and the store manager if they ever work. 2.9 stars is 2.9 too many for this place (Even less on YELP). First, we ordered through the app for pick up and instead of handing the bag out the drive-thru window during a time when they had ZERO people in line, which is all the time, they make you pull around and come in because they are lazy. I had my kid in the car because who makes someone who orders through the app come inside, especially when they place is a ghost town. Once you go inside, you see that you have to do the work of the workers and order your own food on the kiosk that they will still undoubtedly get wrong, while they stand there are talk to each other and do nothing. Great. Then you get home with your food and find that they re-cooked your chicken strips instead of giving you fresh ones so you cannot bite through or chew them, they smashed your biscuits, forgot the coleslaw, and gave you chicken nuggets that were not actually chicken nuggets but what resemble clippings from pieces of chicken that should have gone in the garbage. You call only to be met with a horseshit attitude from a hispanic female that pretty much goes on the defense immediately, blames YOU for the chicken being hard because you had to go home and drop your kid off and come back to come inside and get food that could have been given to you through the drive-thru. Keep in mind, I live across the street from the daycare in the same parking lot - it took 5 minutes and according to the app the food wasn't even done when I arrived back. She insisted that the chicken was hard as a rock because it took me so long to pick it up, literally 5 minutes. Most people with common sense would assume that after 5 minutes chicken might be COLD, but not hard as a rock, but no, that is the hill she wanted to die on. I didn't have time to come back as I had already been there twice and needed to go to work, offered to send her photos of the food that was mostly given to the dog except the pieces that were too hard and I feared he was choke on them. She said no that she won't be giving a credit or a refund, this after arguing with me for a solid 5 minutes that I didn't even order there to begin with. Then I said find, I will speak to your manager in tomorrow (today) she said OK but they won't be doing anything either. We both will refuse to give you a refund. Great, I will dispute the charge and send the health department over to your establishment for selling food to people that should have been trashed. Recooking old food and selling it because you are slow slow because of the rude employees isn't ok. Maybe fire your "manager" who is mentioned extensively in all the reviews for this location as being terrible at her job and rude. I will be disputing the charge and reporting the franchise to KFC and the health department. Just because you have a restaurant doesn't mean you don't have to follow your franchise agreements or health and safety laws. read more

Food Quality I ordered through the drive thru on 11-16-25 a 3pc combo without the drink. As I drove off and opened the box they put what appears a crumbled small piece of half biscuit in my box. I immediately turned around and went inside and approached them about it requesting better chicken quality. The chicken was dry asf and old. I didn't want the biscuit after all. The person who made that order knew they put the biscuit in there like that. That's unacceptable and poor service of lack of compassion to serve someone poor quality food. I go to a KFC, maybe once a year. One of the things that is great about KFC is that it really tastes the same no matter where in the country I have tried it. Preperation is what differs from location to location. Dark meat chicken was moist. The breading was crispy. I could really taste the famous eleven herbs and spices. White meat chicken was not nearly as good. While the white meat is what I usually prefer, this was dry and stringy. Breading on the white meat was soggy. I get the feeling the white meat had been sitting for a bit. Like any KFC, all food is constantly being made throughout the day. This means orders are generally filled quickly. Counter service and a drive-thru. Getting fresh food is really a matter of luck. Maybe a matter of knowing someone who works there??? I prefer to get the chicken and then make my own sides. Ambiance is fairly standard for a KFC. There are the nods to the original Kentucky Fried Chicken locations in the dining area. There is signage indicating the latest promotion. read more

General manger says nothing and will allow this because he/she wants to smoke too. Dishes are never fully clean and they will make your food in dirty dishes. I wanted to try the new "Nashville Hot Chicken", so I decided to hit up the drive thru. Ordered the 3 piece hot chicken meal and subbed out mashed potatoes for the coleslaw. I also ordered a "Go Cup" with popcorn chicken. Total was about $9.00. Here is how it was............. Nashville Hot Chicken Combo- They give you 3 strips, a small mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. The strips were pretty big, and coated extremely well with their seasoning. The seasoning has a wet texture to it and had the heat of cayenne pepper. They were decent. Not crave worthy, but not bad either. I'm glad I tried them out! The potatoes were kind of nasty. I much prefer Popeyes/Churchs potatoes over KFCs. They tasted too pasty, and I let them sit for a minute while I ate all my other food, and when I came back to them, they tasted worse! I threw most of them away. The biscuit was alright. Not as good as I had remembered past KFC biscuits being, but it served its purpose. 2 Star entree. Go Cup- I got this with popcorn chicken. It was only $2.99 and was a great deal. It came with maybe 10 pieces of popcorn chicken, as well as a pretty big mound of fries. The chicken was tasty and had a good texture and flavor. The fries were crispy and hot and pretty damn tasty. I liked this item a lot better than the Nashville Hot Chicken. 4 star entree. Service at the drive thru was friendly and I got my food pretty quick. Overall, an average experience.
