Went to the KFC ...wanted to get the 20$ fill up deal thats been advertised (ITS ON THE SCREEN ICON!!), only to find out that this KFC would not honor that deal. Instead they had a"24$" fill up deal and they make you buy a cake for 4$. I feel this is is unfair and that they wanted to get a 20% markup just to give a cake I did not want. I showed the worker the deal on my phone, and they claimed it was not updated which I dont believe. This to me is just dishonest and is the classic bait and switch. It's a KFC, not much to say. Food quality is fine, service is FAST, it's one of the few places in Natomas without a mile long line in drive thru. This leads me to my one gripe.. they are almost too fast. They are in such a hurry that they practically throw the food out the window as you drive thru, without regard as to what you bought. Want dipping sauces? You have to tell them as they are trying to hand the bag to you.. they will not ask if you want any. Need forks or napkins? Better check the bag before leaving, because they may well have forgotten. read more

I love my fried chicken!! KFC is pretty much the main attraction when it comes to fried chicken! The main competitors are wingstop and Popeyes... Both I have tried and KFC is still the best! Don't get me Wrong, I still enjoy Popeyes and wingstop but KFC still gets my vote! I really like the flavor and the texture of the skin on the chicken! My absolute favorite is the hot wings... Party sized wings with great flavor and slightly spicy... With great crispy skin... The potato wedges are great and the box of wedges is the perfect size to share with friends or even by yourself because that means.... LEFTOVERS!! We also love to get the mashed potatoes and gravy... Can't go wrong... However, it's not the best mashed but it's decent and goes great with chicken! Usually i always go through drive through because I like to eat the food at home and watch the game or a good movie! The only reason I mark one star off is because sometimes the chicken will be over cooked, wedges may be only room temperature, or the drive through may have left something out... If you live in the area then you know this strip of fast food restaurants gets packed. KFC however does it right as they are fast, usually friendly and offer a wide selection of A&W burgers or KFC chicken. I usually get their four piece chicken strips but occasionally I get a burger; they are pretty good. Recommend the root beer since it's A&W and made with cane sugar. In addition I haven't had a bad experiencing of them forgetting items like the Taco Bell across the street. read more

I've had multiple negative experiences at this particular KFC. The manager is rude, very rude. It's insulting the way I've heard him treat his workers. Also, the food is always old tasting. This is easily the worst KFC I've been to. Lacks good management. It all started because our food was cold so we went back to tell the manager, he snatched the bag went into my chicken box with gloves hands and pulled out cold chicken and threw more cold chicken in my box. We Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and both were almost as hard as a hockey puck! It was almost inedible and we only ate them because we didn't want to go back to the restaurant How can they expect us ever to come back when they serve garbage like this!! The manager yelled at me for someone picking up my mobile before I got there. Terrible store. Terrible food too.

Went in for lunch. Upon entering, we were yelled at and told that the lobby was closed. When we asked how to order, we were again yelled at that the lobby was closed. We asked again how to order, such as a drive through or maybe an app. He just looked at us like we were trespassers. We decided to take our business elsewhere. I've been to this KFC several times in the last two times I've been there the foods been terrible! This time I ordered a chicken sandwich and they literally put two chicken strips on a bun threw some bbq sauce. There was more barbecue sauce on my wrappers than there was on my sandwich. The menu never said anything about a chicken strip sandwich the picture was completely different on the board. Also French fries were cold. For the amount of money KFC charges their food it should not be cold or old tasting. This is the last time KFC at this location will get our money. read more

I know, two reviews in a row on chicken. The KFCs in Davis and Elk Grove are so much better, orders are always correct and prompt. Drive thru here took my payment and gave me the box with the food, but totally forgot my medium A&W root beer drink and let me drive off without realizing it! Next time I want fried chicken I'll just go to Chicken 'n Waffles right next door! End rant. The $5 fill up 2 piece box with biscuit, mashed potatoes, drink and a cookie is pretty good. The 3 piece big box has a biscuit, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and drink for $9 I believe. Of course, can choose from original, crispy or grilled and various sides. I miss the cornbread option. This KFC, in a contest of speed against a tortoise--in it's last stage of life, with it's body sinking in a 20 mile pool of molasses, carrying the hare and his family of 12 on it's back, would STILL LOSE. The survey doesn't work. I was only behind one car. Their order took a good ten+ minutes at the pick up window. Ok, I'm thinking, mine might be sitting ready with all that time. I have an uncomplicated order of twelve pieces dark meat, original, with large potato wedges, and a large root beer float. NOPE. STILL UNEQUIVOCALLY SLOW. Thank you. Ridiculous, and when I finally got up to place my order and questioned why it was taking so long there was not apology for the delay and instead was told it would be another 11 - 15 min to actually get up to pay. So I don't know what was going on at KFC last night but they were on point!!! I used to manage fast food joints in college so I'm extremely picky when it comes to good service!!! My husband had a craving for chicken pot pie late last night so we decided to go to KFC. The $5 dollar meals are a great deal. My chicken tenders came with a side of mashed potatoes and cookies, and a drink. My husbands pot pie meal came with just a cookie and a drink. But the best part was the guys working back there! They took our order and it was out before they even finished running our card. The guy was over zealous and trying to get us through the drive thru super fast. Calm down dude just wanted to check for sauce lol So we were worried they missed something or the food was gonna be messy or old. Nope!!!! Piping hot food all the way through the meal. Everything was neat and they had napkins, sporks, and condiments!! Trust me we were looking for errors haha Keep up the good work. Chicken tenders were so good. They NEVER have any ready and just now I went into the drive thru line to order just 1 POT PIE AND IT WAS A 20 minute wait?!?? I'm giving one star because I can't give none. Very simple post here. I purchased a 3pc chicken crispy with corn and was sent away with grilled chicken and a very cold piece of corn on the cob. Ok so I attempted to eat the chicken and it was RAW!!!!! I contacted the store and was told to bring the whole box back the next day. So I did that. But because I ate raw chicken I feel my meal should have been replaced and free. The employees gave me 29 hot sauce packs and I even returned those back as well.
