Before we get to the food lets discuss the place and service. First the restaurant looks really nice and clean outside and the drive thru. The person taking my order and the one who gave me my order were extremely nice (5 Stars). The order was received correctly, the New Chicken Sandwich Box that included a Chicken Sandwich, french fries, coleslaw and mac n cheese. I also got an unsweetened tea which I think was also included with the $8.99 plus tax price. Again (5 Stars). Unfortunately the meal itself wasn't the best I had. First, the chicken sandwich tasted as if the chicken was cooked in oil after a batch of fish, it had a slight fishy oil taste, maybe the oil needed changed. It was edible but with all the Chicken sandwiches available nowadays it was one of my least favorites. (3 Stars). The fries and mac n cheese could have been good but were both cold. Again (3 Stars). The coleslaw was good. (4 Stars). With the selection of restaurants in the area, I probably won't be returning to this KFC. read more

I ordered the two piece box with cole slaw as the side. I had shied away from KFC for 6 months as the size and quality of the chicken pieces had diminished. To my surprise, the thighs were back to being large and cooked perfectly. The cole slaw was good as always. The service was good as I was allowed to substitute a second thigh for a leg and cole slaw for mashed potatoes. This was the KFC I remembered! The place looks great but the food sucks as it's never fresh and always greasy or they forget to give you what you asked for. Seriously how hard is it to put the right food in a container/ bag? The quality of the chicken is miserable as is either really greasy, tastes as if fried in old burnt oil, or dry and reheated or left out too long. If you want a great place for chicken go down the road and visit the Local Publix as they are always on point and fresh. Blah! The Colonial wouldn't be happy with this store at all! The store got a facelift, but the food and service is still underwhelming! KFC used to be a decent 'quick' meal, not so much anymore. Original chicken thighs and legs seemed that they had been sitting in oil for awhile or not properly drained when removed from the fryer. Chicken tenders were dry and tough/chewy! Only thing that tasted decent was the mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuits. Ordered the $30 meal online and didn't get the sauces I had ordered. Of course none of the above is discovered until you bring it home and unpack. I should have listened to my husband and ordered elsewhere, but I had a hankering for KFC chicken... lesson learned... same horrible quality and service as before at this location. this has to be the worst KFC there is. i don't think they get their cooking oil hot enough as their chicken retains so much grease it tastes like biting into a block of lard. i ordered their chicken on a doughnut and whoever came up with that was a sadist. they put a hot greasy chicken breast in a glazed doughnut and put it in a clear crystal to go container and it turned into a melted greasy mess. i couldn't bring myself to try it as it looked so disgusting. the employees there also make the food from taco bell which is in the same place, thoroughly disgusting, too. it amazes me that franchisees spend big bucks to get into business and then won't spend the time training employees! believe me, this place has the worst food i've ever had. anywhere. and even though they recently remodeled, the employees have it like a pig pen. i will not go back. read more

As I was very Hungry on this evening and decided to order from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I ordered a 3 piece dark and 2 piece dark (chicken). I received my order with no issues. I was actually greeted with kindness by the cashier at the window. It wasn't until I drove all the way home, looking forward to enjoying my lunch. Is when I opened my boxes of food and seen all pieces of chicken undone and undercooked (You could still see the flower residue on the chicken). I was highly disappointed to the point where I lost my entire appetite. From the comforts of my home, I decided to get up and return the inedible food i received back the KFC. When I got their I was met by the Manager who decided to argue with me that the chicken was done and defend her case. Her words were, "I can assure you the chicken is done and it looks like that because we changed the grease last night, I promise you". This place isn't great. It is run by a manager who is more interested in flirting with his female workers (they are cute) than keeping his kitchen prepared. 3 Three times in less than a month I went hoping to purchase a K9 w/ a Pepsi. Three times I was told there were no chicken strips available and I would have to wait for them to cook more. I was told 10 minutes. The first time I waited, and it took 23 minutes. I waited so long they forgot about me waiting in the parking lot out front. I had to go in and get it. So now the manager has lied to me. Three times. It wasn't like the place was busy. It was because the manager failed to manage in support of the people who pay his salary. The Customer. I usually do the drive through because the store inside is filthy and constantly being sited by the Board of Health. Sticky tables and garbage all over the floors and tables. I read this continuously in our local paper. Yet I still want my KFC. I just will never understand why this particular store is so out of sorts. It's the Manager. The kids under him do as they are told. Nothing more, Nothing less. I can't imagine how much business he have driven away with this kind of experience. First it took 5 that's right 5 times to get my order placed. Twice the person taking the order said just a minute and seemingly went and did something else. Each time she returned I was asked may I take your order? After 5 times she seemed to have it. The order a $5.00 chicken dinner a soft taco, a XXXL. Stuft steak burrito with hot sauce and a Pepsi. Got home no napkins no plastic wear no straw and no hot sauce. The food here is of lesser quality than a stand alone KFC or Taco Bell and the offerings of the Pizza Hut side are laughable. Worst KFC I have ever eaten! A month and a half ago stopped in after work and ordered a 2 piece white meal. Chicken must have been fried the day before. So dried out that breading was burnt and breast and wing had NO MEAT left on it! Can't believe that they served us nothing but dry bones and old sides! TERRIBLE! Last night 10/20.....I decided to try it again. Husband and I went to the same Sebastian KFC at 6:30 pm, with a coupon for 2 for 8.99 and were told that they had NO white meat and couldn't honor our coupon. Looked like the same crew! Oh, man! I love that Nashville Hot chicken. Especially the chicken strips, which are so much easier to eat than the whole pieces of chicken I made the mistake of ordering at home. The chicken is hot, moist, tender, and TASTY! My friends and I stopped in while visiting another friend in Sebastian a few months back; but, I forgot to post the review.
