After a terribly bad experience with the nearby Subway shop (inside Walmart) my daughter and I came over to get something to eat from this business. We ordered from the car and the person taking our order was not only professional but extremely nice. He even helped us figure out what we were asking from as we were going off of an app. What he helped us get was even better than the app! He was also very pleasant as we paid at the window and I wish I had gotten his name. The chicken was great, as was the rest of our order. Not sure what was happening yesterday but the weight was LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! There was a lot of people inside looking real busy, but it was a long wait to order, to get to window and to get food. On the upside, the food was fresh and warm, the biscuits were soft and tasty. Saw ad on tv about tenders box for $5. Checked the website using this zip code location and shows $5. Drove down there and saw the price on their menu board was $9 something. I said the tv and your website show $5. Employee says we don't know anything about that and you're the second car that came through asking about it. The concept of KFC and how processed/greasy their food is just makes me cringe. It also causes me to have explosive diarrhea. So I rarely eat if. My husband tolerates it a lot better than I do. I am not a fan of this particular location for a variety of reasons. The first and biggest being they're out of food half the time. Last time I checked, KFC was a FAST food restaurant. There's nothing Fast about waiting 20-30 minutes for take-out. Talk to me when I'm in and out in three minutes. That's fast. I don't see why they can't monitor these things better. You know, cook 8 legs, you get down to 4, cook more. Don't wait until all 8 are gone and make people wait forever. Employees here are less than great as well. I've never seen one who has any social or even basic customer service skills. I'm waiting for the day my service (if you can even call it that) will come with a smile. There's no greeting when you go in. If there's no one standing at the register, you're not greeted by anyone else working the line. It's like you're invisible. How hard is it to turn and say hi, someone will take your order in a moment? Shouldn't be rocket science, but it clearly is here. The other problem is the cashiers are putting orders together. There's no hand washing between touching money and turning around to box up my order. They use tongs, but no gloves. So touching money, touching the box/wax paper my food will go in, but using tongs to place the actual food in. Box is already contaminated, so the tongs seem completely pointless. This makes my skin crawl. Next would be the restaurant. They don't keep it clean. I've never, ever seen employees wiping down tables, mopping, restocking napkins, etc. It's like playing 'find the least dirty table' in here. I keep hand sanitizer in my purse for dirty tables and bathrooms. It's not ideal, but I feel like I'm putting some sort of barrier between myself and whatever germs are lurking on tables. Honestly, you're better off going to Fred Meyer and buying one of the whole ready-made roasted chickens. It's cheaper to do that, some cole slaw out of the deli and a container of potatoes or mac and cheese that you can microwave at home. Not only is it cheaper, your service comes with a smile, but the prep conditions are much more sanitary, and it doesn't make me ill after eating it. read more

Wow..its to bad to see how far downhill KFC has gone. I'm remember ordering a Chicken Pot Pie years ago and getting your moneys worth of chicken included in the pie. The top was bulging with chicken with bite size pieces A month or so ago, went over to the KFC on Olympic st ordered a Chicken Pot Pie and received a Potato pot pie, contacted the company and a certificate was sent out. Went down and redeem the offer, got a pie and it was perfect. So today I went out to the same KFC.. (shame on me) ordered two chicken pot pies and what do you know..I ended up with TWO Potato pot pies AGAIN, this is something I don't see on the menu, but I keep ending up with em. I opened up the pies, tipped it upside down and had to dig around a bit before finding any strands of chicken. Lots and Lots of Potatoes to dig thru but I founds some . (strands) Quality control don't exist is this store and that's to bad. This KFC location has been the best KFC experience I have ever had, I went through the drive through and ordered a $20 fill up when I got home and bit into the chicken I was immediately surprised it was the juiciest most tender and Crispy chicken I have had from any KFC the side dishes were also perfect but the chicken really hit home.
