Literally the worst KFC I've ever been to.. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo with a side of fries and kfc sauce, 5 piece Nashville tender combo with fries, and a chicken little. My chicken little tender was the thinnest chicken tender I've ever seen in my life... literally a sheet of paper thin. My 3 piece tender combo was the saddest thing ever! I was looking forward to this all day and I looked into my box and found 3 skimpy tenders that were super dry. My KFC sauce was no where to be found. My boyfriend was so disappointed with his thin chicken tenders as well. He ordered fries with his combo and they did not include that. The Nashville sauce container wasn't even covered all the way and spilled all over the bag before we even got home to enjoy the food... The staff there are so careless and rude. read more

This stores customer service skills are non-existent. It is absolutely terrible. They also ALWAYS seem to forget an item. The items that I did still have weren't even appetizing. I got a cheesy potato griller and it was 1/4 potatoes and 3/4 sour cream. Which was so disgusting to bite into. Terrible establishment. Ridiculous every single time we go to this place their food is overcooked they screw up the order somehow they always forget to put something inside of the bag where they put the wrong stuff inside the bag. This is definitely the last time that we ever go to this place again. How hard is it to put chicken inside of a frio later and wait for it to come to the top. Once it does that the chicken is done there's no point in letting it sit there and burn. On top of that if you can't tell the difference between corn and french fries there's something seriously wrong with you you need to open your ears. I'm so tired of people doing their jobs wrong and not getting in trouble for it do your job right. If I pull this crap at work I would be fired in a second. read more

RE TACO BELL AKA Taco Hell Taco Smells. It's 2:30 and we are running an hour late to see my mom down 138. I only had a piece of toast for breakfast so we gotta pull over, but we blew by the Burger King and that was unfortunate as next up was a Taco Bell embedded in a KFC and since we were having chicken for supper thought a burrito would hold me over. Got the Supreme with beef. Guy kept saying steak? I kept saying beef like 4 times I started laughing and said ya Ok steak. Actually not bad for 3.99 it was definitely edible with sour cream. Bad part was the $8.99 meal of two tacos and a Mexican pizza with a drink. For drink Nance say I want that pink one the guys says Pepsi products only, she says the picture of the pink drink on the menu. He recites each of like 10 drinks She says ya lemonade. Not sure who was at fault but it too was funny in a way. The 2 hard tacos were OK but the 2 star is for the Mexican pizza which is just an open laid flat taco that is totally nasty and gross looking not even close to the menu picture. It was thrown together unthinkingly which created a mess. Cell phone had died no picture but you get my point. Pure vomit. Against my instinct I took 1 bite and was going to bring it back to the window and say this shit is too good for the dumpster please flush it down your toilet but said not letting this get me over riled and being already very late we drove off in wonderment at how we just wasted 15 bucks. If it ever comes down to it again I am not passing BK. read more

Just tried to get lunch here, not one item that was ordered was correct out of about 4 meals worth of food. The employees here are probably the worst I've ever seen. Ordered 48 pieces of chicken wings for quick pick-up, but when we got home and opened the bag, it was only 24 pieces. Called the store repeatedly but noone picked up. Left a message on their machine but no one called back either. Sometimes mistakes happen, but a business should try to rectify it. read more

We went around 9pm and it was the first time going to this location. First impression was that it was clean and the team was polite and courteous. We had to wait on getting biscuits due to some still baking, but the cashier let us know that as we ordered and we didn't mind the wait. The food was fresh, hot, and correct. Apparently it is also a TacoBell but theres hardly any evidence of it. Like its 95% KFC and 5% Taco Bell. Just the menu that is off to the side and not as well lit with a small outside sign. The rest of the decor is KFC. Other than that; this place was a pleasure to grab a late night meal. read more

The rudest crew working today. Went there today and the drive through was down, then went inside and watched as a customer came in with a online order that should have been completed, and the crew was rude as hell to them. The manager didn't even ask what they ordered to help, she just rudely told them she couldn't help them, while the cashier complained of them being short staff as a reason their online order wasn't filled. For my order the gravy was watery and biscuit was hard as hell. read more

I won't be coming back. We went through the drive through and ordered 3 things. 1 5 PC tender (just the tenders) Nashville hot tenders, and 1 original 4 piece tender. The guy that took our order was extremely confused, we repeated the order 5 times and then there was just 30 seconds of silence. The manager came on with an attitude and explained they only do the tenders as a combo. So we said that's fine and she told us to drive up. Then they completely got the order wrong. They gave us the tenders and a sandwich and mashed potatoes. That's it! We had such a simple order and they just couldn't get it right. It was a waste of time and we won't be going back. read more

Terrible KFC/Taco bell location, the drive thru wait is around 8-15 minutes, and for a fast food location that's a very long time. Their food is always under cooked, it is always missing items from combo meals, for example my KFC combo was missing the cookie, something that I find unacceptable given that I paid for that to be included. The window workers are always moody. Overall this location needs a complete overhaul from management, to workers, to the dinner which looks very old. read more

Hoonestly, when your hungry for greasy food, and craving it - let's admit it - 1st thing you think of is Taco Bell man! This Taco Bell/KFC had some very disrespectful workers. HUGE miscommunication on the drive through window we said to double the order and they disobeyed and have us attitude. This place is disgusting. Every time I want Taco Bell or KFC, I think 'man, we've got that place up the street. I know it was terrible last time, but it CAN'T be that bad again.' And yet, it's always that bad. It's KFC and Taco Bell! I don't want gourmet food, but I expect at least the mediocre standards of a fast food joint. What it is about Stoughton that all of their fast food places stink? The food is either overcooked and dry, or they are out of what I am ordering, or they lazily combine food items. KFC potato wedges do not belong in the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Not having any chicken at lunch time on a weekend is unacceptable. I hate that this place exists instead of the overwhelmingly average Taco Bells I have been to in my life. This whole building needs to be bulldozed. Shame on you, employees. If I could put zero stars I would! Walked in and was told they couldnt serve me and the door was supposed to be locked. The manager asked me and 3 other people to leave, they were only doing drive through! I asked why, there were 6 employees there and she reprimanded me and said one was new, 2 were cooks and the rest needed to do takeout. A busy Sunday and we were told to leave!! This establishment has the worst service I have ever experienced. Even past experience with drive through has resulted in large wait times. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

This particular location is horrible. I Love kfc & taco bell and have never had a bad meal at them - until I moved down the street from this locaton and tried their food. It has been consistently bad the 5 times I have gone, I kept thinking - hey, there's no way it could be that bad again..but sure enough, it was. I got a churro that was hard as a rock and hollow, I had chicken that was barely fried crispy so the breading was a weird yellowish color, I've had a chalupa here where the bun was not cooked enough..it goes on. This place is terrible. I would rather travel to a much further away one to get my taco bell/kfc fix. Hopefully they fire the horrible ghetto employees here and get people who care about their job and serving actual fresh food that hasn't sat for hours. Get it together!!!!!!!!!!! read more
