Event worse, my mom spent so much time trying to call over there just to get a refund on the items we didn't receive, but they don't pick up their phone, and they haven't responded to her calls or messages. We ordered steak tips medium rare and a chicken sandwich. The steak tips came out severely overcooked , burnt on the outside, tough, and hard as a hockey puck. The chicken sandwich seemed absolutely drenched in what tasted like Frank's RedHot or a similar hot sauce, completely overpowering everything else. What's frustrating is that we've eaten here before and had a great experience, which is why we came back. This visit felt completely different. I honestly wondered if there was a different chef in the kitchen. The service itself was okay, and to be clear, we weren't looking to make a scene or demand items be taken off the bill. However, most of the food was left on the plate, and nobody stopped by to ask if there was an issue or why it wasn't being eaten. Maybe this was just an off night, but based on this experience, it's hard to justify spending $100 here again.

Having beat the early dinner rush, I got in the short line after having made sure everyone else nearby had already placed their orders. I asked the cashier if I should go with the honey garlic or soy garlic. Honey. Okay, an order of 16 wings to go please. Being told it would take 30 minutes only gave me time to fill out my dinner with a few other food hall items. bb.q Chicken was the only spot to ask to see my pick up number before handing over the chicken, only 20 minutes later. When I got to eating my order at home, it was room temperature, but still nicely crunchy with a delicious flavor. Yum! The drumettes were so big! A flat wingette or two were a bit scrawny. But the pieces leaned oversized for the most part. My dad did comment that the flavor was all on the surface only, but what yummy flavor it was!
